Mario was on time, very professional, did a FANTASTIC job on the installation, and I am 100% satisfied with the install and performance of the antenna. Even my wife (who is very much OCD) is glad we went with the roof mounted antenna. The reception is way better than I hoped for, and we get nearly twice as many broadcast channels as we did with the amplified indoor antenna. We ran the antenna cable to our HD HomeRun DVR box which uses our router to send the broadcast station signals to our iPhones, iPads, Windows PCs, and 5 TVs using Amazon Fire Sticks. I knew it was just a user error, some kind of configuration issue, but how wonderful to get the system all functioning properly and so quickly! It sure beat having to call my husband, who got left behind this trip, and have him try for an hour or more to walk us through the issue. The two guys who came were very pleasant as well as prompt; the price was reasonable for a service call. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a minute.

Internet seems to be running smoothly with no issues! When I had cox it was always cutting in and out of out of service and it was paying almost 100$ a month. With fiber it's 50$ the first year. They also cater to our military keeping it 50$ all year and beyond as well first responders, for the rest us it goes to 75$ after first year. I think I def get my value for what I now pay having no issues and fast delivery service being great!

My bill increased again and is now $295/month for internet, phone, and cable. When I called to discuss it, I was given the runaround, had calls dropped, and ultimately wasted several hours with zero resolution. I then emailed and was met with more obstacles. They refused to assist or escalate my issue unless I verified my account via text message, despite me providing all other requested information. I eventually received a corporate contact, which hasn't been much better. It's been days with no response. It's clear they don't value their customers. Several friends have already left Cox, and I'm about to join them. Do yourself a favor and choose another provider. Google Fiber and a streaming service will save you money and frustration.
