Our terracotta tile roof had been great for years, but some really battering rains caused leaks to our garage and one bedroom. I dealt with their general manager Alex, who was courteous, concerned, and efficient. He assigned Anthony to take care of our roof. The offending section of the roof was almost a puzzle. Several roof edges came together and it was tough to "diagnose" what was happening. Anthony kept at it until he figured it out - and ripped what he'd done out after additional rains added to the leaks. He found a flaw from the original roofers who installed the roof. The wooden base had several grooves in it! The grooves were acting as a channel to cause our leak! This was something that obviously was a rare occurrence. We've had several more rain storms since Anthony's final fix - and we're dry! Anthony is a young man with a terrific work ethic! He shows up, keeps working, and is totally courteous and effective in what he does. He is a licensed roofer who is proud of his work and his efforts show that. These days, it's hard to find the level of courtesy, commitment and competence that both Alex and Anthony demonstrate. What a pleasure to deal with them at Castile Roofing! Bravo! The corrals were built perched on the side of the mountain and completely un-level. Chris took one look at it and immediately designed it to have a level roof which now makes it look perfectly symmetrical. Due to the fact that I live on the side of a mountain, digging three-foot holes for the support poles in solid rock was also a significant obstacle to getting this project done, but where there is a will there is a way, he made it happen. Despite the fact that they were working in 110+ degrees, they showed up on time every morning and it only took them a few days to complete the whole thing. Chris even added an additional panel behind the dog houses to keep my large dog from jumping the fence.
