We had some broken roof tiles that we knew needed to be replaced, and I was lucky enough to find Jordan from Eco Roofing Solutions, at a home and garden show in Scottsdale. He came out for a free inspection and confirmed that we needed maintenance. Jordan took photos and a video and explained everything he had found. For a very reasonable price, he sent a team out, led by supervisor Jake, to get our roof back in tiptop shape. They sent photos of their work after completion so we knew everything looked great. We will definitely be having them come out annually for routine maintenance; and when it's time for a full replacement, there's no other company I would consider going with other than Eco Roofing Solutions! Their customer service and communication is above and beyond. And their honest, no-pressure approach to business was so refreshing. We can't say enough good things about Jordan and his team!

Justin responded quickly, managed everything related to insurance quotes, and did a stellar job. All of his crews showed up on time and got the job done right. It's also nice to see the owner doing some of the work himself - He had a close eye on any imperfections that needed a little extra work. Also was happy to take care of other little tasks that we asked for help on. This was my first experience with a re-construction company where EVERYTHING went as was described up-front - no shortcuts - no surprises (except from our side, as additional needs came up.) Thank you Justin, for making our lives a little easier at a difficult time.

Several considerations figured into our decision on Expressive Roofing. Their sales representative responded the next day after we contacted. After sending out a field inspector to view the roof a repair cost was developed. Because of seasonal rains approaching a replacement date was agreed on. The materials used were exceptional quality and after completion the new roof and trim looked great. So in closing we can only say Cost was fair, crews were efficient, materials were top quality and final experience was superb. Thank you Rene, Jeremy, Jenna and all the team at Express Roofing

He did a thorough inspection of the roof and actually took me up there with him to point out areas of concern. Having worked on roofs in a past life, I could tell that his concerns were legitimate and honest. Jordan was extra communicative, and even helped to walk me through the insurance experience when filing for roof damage due to wind (did not end up going through insurance). When it came time for the repair, he gave an initial quote that I thought was fair and actually lowered it when the invoice came due. These were just a couple examples of his integrity & how Jordan went above and beyond for no other reason than wanting to help. I highly recommend using Ascent for any job. You are dealing with professionals who truly care about your experience.

ROOF UNDERLAY REPLACEMENT…read more It was getting time to replace the underlay on my roof. I had already called and had gotten two estimates, when a trusted handyman I worked with recommended Clarity Construction. I contacted Clarity Construction and within a day received a call from Jason to for my third estimate. He told me how long it would take (about 4 hours) to complete the work. Without coming to my home, Jason sent me things the other two companies did not: a picture of my roof, along with three options from the lowest cost to the most expensive and long lasting option. With all that, there were few questions to ask. Jason was polite and patient in explaining the few questions I had. I liked with the middle option. Clarity's pricing was the lowest of the other two companies I contacted, so I went with Clarity Construction. Clarity worked with me as I had to get a loan for the work. Even though it took two weeks waiting for my loan approval, Jason never put any pressure on me, and the price estimate did not change, which I really appreciated! Once the funding was in order, their people arrived in a timely manner on the date and time we established. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up so well you could barely tell they were ever at my home! I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!
