They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

If you enjoy a sales pitch written by a used car dealer by all means then this is your company…read more Their salesman showed up almost on time but was at 237 W instead of 2370 W. The sales pitch started out with a PowerPoint presentation on why you should do business with this company. Then it was a pitch on what I needed when I told him I knew what I wanted and already had other quotes. He asked me what the price was for the quotes I had. I said that wouldn't be fair so just give me your best quote and your panel choices and if you're in the ballpark we can go from there. His quote was 40k more than 2 other quotes I had. I told him he wasn't even in the ballpark. He said that if I was willing to let them put a sign in my yard for 30 days he could offer me a price 30k less. After I laughed he asked what it would take for me to make a deal today. There was nothing at that point that would get me to make a deal ever but I was game to see what his boss who he needed to call would offer. He said his boss would come down another 5k. Still over by 10% I said thanks for coming out but no sale. He asked if I had any issues with him personally and I didn't. Nice enough guy and he wasn't really the high pressure pushy type, just a nice guy working for a questionable company. I would not waste my time with these folks and have no idea how they are SRP Certified. Get your solar elsewhere. Once the company I chose finishes there install I'll let everyone know who they are if they live up to their promises. I will say that they are a small family business where the sales person is the boss and his assorted employees are mostly family. And dad used to own a very large electric company that sold out to private equity. So odds are good even though they are young they will be around a long time.

He told Jordan from APS in a email how I was dying of cancer and he was helping by not charging me for the work. Because he knew how expensive cancer drugs are. I paid him a total of $2350.00 in deposits and got nothing. Every time I contacted him he would give me excuses. Starting with being on vacation in Seattle, then the rain washing away blue stake markings, it was to hot for him to work, his insurance had lapsed for non-payment for 2 months so City of Phoenix would not issues him a permit until he reestablished a new policy, he was having domestic problems with his spouse ( he said soon to be his ex wife ) and was having to look for another place to live, Finally, he told me was being evicted because he was watching the neighbors dog and the management company saw it and wanted to charge him. Then asked me if they could do that ! I told him I didn't know. But I told him I wanted him to stop doing anymore. And asked him to pay me back part of my deposit of $2350.00 He agreed to send me back $600 but has not. The whole project consisted of stringing a new power line ( provided by APS ) to existing mast and adding a new breaker box so I could have 240v at my house instead of the 120v

Fenix Pool Solar had been sold so we had to deal with a different company. It was a pain but they came and fixed it. This last time (yes, it's failed 3 times in 2 years) we were told to deal with the new company. They refused as the original owners had taken the company back. Three weeks of fighting to get someone to fix it under warranty and nothing! Fenix's own tech told us to register a complaint with the BBB. We did but of course Fenix never replied. My husband ordered $20 in parts and fixed himself. So it's a crappy install and non-existent warranty. Do not use this company!
