Dave used to work for the company that installed my system, but is now one of the owners of Sunny Energy RX. I reached out to him with some questions, and he answered right away. Every once in a while, I have questions about my system or things it does, and Dave is always available to answer my questions and give me advice. He is under no obligation to help me out, but always does. He is always friendly, professional, and gets back to me quickly. I wanted to sign up for the monitoring service they have (one less thing for me to worry about). Unfortunately, they do not support my system yet (they are working on it, though), but Dave said that he will check on it from time to time on his own, just to help me out! Wow! It's great to know that there is a company that will assist us, diagnose problems, and do repairs for those of us who had our installers go out of business. He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge.
