This company installed some gutters for me a few years ago (2022?). At that point, I was very happy with them and the product. About a year later, I contacted them again to install one more downspout where I was having overflow issues with heavier rainfall. They responded about a week later and made me feel like I was incredibly stupid to ask for it. Pointed out leaf litter in an existing downspout and chided me for not cleaning the gutters (I had just done so about a week and a half prior). Told me they probably didn't have the same color. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. BEWARE! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL GUTTERS! they installed the gutters ON the drip edge instead of under it as seen in the photos. As a result I now have many leaks on the backside of the gutters. After the installation I called to complain and was told this was their "standard method".
