I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. Disappointing Service After More Than 6 Years as a Customer…read more I've been a Green Mango customer for over 6 years and, up until my most recent service in October 2026, I had always been happy with their service. Unfortunately, this last experience completely changed my opinion of the company. The technician arrived at my home, sat inside the company truck for over 20 minutes, got out, left paperwork indicating that my home had been serviced, and then left. The problem? I have exterior security cameras that record 24/7, including a Ring doorbell camera at my front door. After reviewing the footage, I watched the technician pull up and sit in the truck for over 20 minutes. He then got out, walked to my front door, left the paperwork, returned to the truck, sat there for another 8 minutes, and drove away. My cameras clearly documented what happened, and I saw no evidence that the service I was paying for had actually been performed. I called Green Mango the following day and canceled my service. They apologized, offered to send someone back out to redo the service, and said a manager would call me. I declined. I simply asked them to credit my account for the service that I believe was never performed. I told them there was no need to reschedule or have management call because, at that point, the trust had been broken. After more than 6 years of being a loyal customer, this was extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but leaving paperwork indicating that a service was completed when the available video footage appears to show otherwise is unacceptable. Trust is earned, and once it's broken, an apology isn't always enough. Unfortunately, Green Mango has lost me as a customer. I hope management takes this complaint seriously so other longtime customers don't have a similar experience.

I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet.
