So my knock here is really just price-based. If you choose to use them, I'd just recommend to have at least one more bid to sanity check the price. The agreed cost was $399 to remove the pigeon, conduct a full inspection -- including the attic -- and then provide a proposal to permanently resolve the issue. The technician came out and removed the pigeon, but he never completed the inspection. Apparently, his boss realized how quickly he left (less than 10 minutes) and instructed him to return to perform the inspection, which never happened. We also never received the proposal for a long-term solution. Since Friday -- before the holiday weekend -- we have called and texted multiple times trying to get answers. Today, instead of a phone call, we received only an apology text. I then called the company directly. Mackenzi admitted she was confused and new to the job and said she needed to check with her boss. We requested that he call us directly, but he never did. She later called back and said her boss would not be calling and that she was authorized to assist us. The proposed solution was to have another technician come out sometime within the next seven days. I explained that waiting seven days is not an option when birds are actively flying in and out of our chimney. This entire experience has been a waste of money and extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, we have zero confidence in this company's ability to follow through or properly resolve the issue, and as a result, they will not be receiving any additional business from us.

We once even had a very expensive treatment that I want to say cost $1000 or or so for a trench around the house.   But come this recent issue we've had I just feel I'm being hit with the "caught living in Gilbert tax."  Just because I live in Gilbert doesn't mean I'm a CEO and loaded.  I'm well below the median and just can't afford this company any more.  They didn't seem to care about loyalty on our part coming to them year after year. I don't like that they aren't open on weekends so guess what?  Someone is taking time off work (burning vacation time, yay!) to meet with the tech.  The tech came out looked at the problem spot we wanted treated and offered $350 with no warranty just to treat one spot.  Didn't do anywhere near the inspection I expected (and another company had just provided that we didn't know from Adam). I can go to Bug and Weed Mart and buy what I need for a fraction of that cost and have no warranty doing the work myself.  It's not hard to dig or drill a hole. We called another company and their quote to treat the ENTIRE property WITH A WARRANTY was only $150 more.  Guess what we did next?  We went with the new company. If money is no object and you're aren't concerned with receiving a complete inspection when they come out then go with this company.  If you want to shop around there are other equally good (or better) companies with a much more competitive price.
