Worst customer service I've experienced. Ordered window screens with installation and window washing. Screens dumped on porch at 7am. Owner walked away. Called as to when someone would be back to install, clean windows. I was hung up on. Now I have screens not installed and no hardware to install myself. The mesh screens on some are very loose and some frames are bent. read more

Sparkle Tech was recommended by my realtor. I was quoted $462.00. I thought that was very reasonable for our 4,600 square foot home. Jared did a great job. He was very professional. He removed all the screens and put them in the garage where we asked him to put them. He told us about the windows that were broken and explained why and how he thought they were broken. The windows were beautiful when he was done. The difference was amazing! He then informed us about the three day guarantee . If it rained, they would come out and do touch ups. And also, if we need them to do a touch up while our house is on the market (I think he said 90 days), they would come out and do it for half the price. I thought that was awesome! Jared did a great job! He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job and company. I would recommend Sparkle Tech! They are family owned and I talked with the mom when I booked my appointment and she was a hoot! read more

The person that came out to clean our windows, decided to close our security doors and slammed the pin into the door, and bent it. In tandem, we had the tiles on our patio coated recently and he used a hard spray and it took the coating off the tiles. I reached out to the company, and they would not accept accountability and continued to state, to look at the terms of the contract. Hence, this isn't the first complaint the company has dealt with. Looking at BBB, they have had numerous complaints and are not a company you want to do business with. No apologies, no accountability. read more

Just a bad all-around experience. I never leave a bad review for a company - I usually just ignore them and never call them again. But this time I'm leaving a one-star review. This was not their first time at my house - I think they've been here several times. They said they'd be here at 10 AM. At about 11:30, they phoned to tell us we were not home. We were definitely home and waiting for them. When they finally arrived, they walked around the outside of our house for ten minutes and knocked on our door. They said we were given the wrong price because "you have a two-story house." Our entire house of 4000 square feet is on one floor except for ONE room, an office, in a loft upstairs (with a total of just three windows). They said the price would now be DOUBLE what they quoted us (even though they've been here before and I told them that while they were attempting to double the price). They COULD have said "if we don't do those THREE windows, the price will be as we quoted you." Instead, they argued with me and I told them to leave. They were arrogant and condescending to me while standing in my yard. They are not people we'd do business with again. read more

When the tech arrived, he told me the price was too low for the number of windows I had and I needed to pay more. I've had sparkle tech wash my windows for over 7 years. Repeat customer steadily. When you have your windows cleaned at full price they offer a 90 touch up for outside only for a fee. I called and I was 11 days past the 90 days. I understand rules but this seems a bit of a slap in the face to a long time customer. I will take my business somewhere else gladly. read more

I hired them to clean windows and replace screens. To start off : The price they quoted when they first came out doubled half way into the job. The screen's they replaced are so ill fitting- I have two screen doors that do not open because the track is SO ill fitting and the screws up on top are at 2 totally different angles. Call for appt to have cleaned again in 90 days and pay and fee of only $120! That's what we have done over the last year. Now paid Oct 7 at $220 and HE won't honor a new appt to clean windows this month per his offer at $120. It started out good. I called for a quote for 6 sunshades and the salesman showed up in about a hour. He quoted me 875 and I offered 800. Awesome. He asked me when I wanted them installed I said in the morning the next day. He call his father and told me it would be a extra 150, we negotiated that to 75. All good!! Not! One of their trucks just almost ran me off the road. I was on carefree highway (two lanes) he came screaming up behind me and was tailing me incredibly close until I was able to pass the truck next to me and switch lanes - he then swerved into my lane and rolled down his window proceeding to flip me off and screw at me. We've used Sparkle Tech three times and the first two experiences were superb - they did a great job, arrived on time, were polite and personable and offered a seven day rain guarantee. (Which is why we continued to call them.) This last time, they again arrived promptly, were polite and personable and it was consistent with our previous two experiences. Shortly after our cleaning, we noticed large scratches on our picture windows that face east. Those windows pretty much "sell" the house and having them scratched is unacceptable. We noticed these scratches shortly before departing on an extended trip and in order to address the matter promptly, I asked my best friend and house-sitter to contact them. Their policy states they are not responsible for damage once they've left the property. While I understand this from a legal perspective, it's not in the least advantageous to the consumer because you can't necessarily see issues immediately because of the sun's position (which was why we discovered the scratches in the morning). My best friend contacted the company who did come out to view the damage but they continued to insist that they didn't cause it. As a satisfactory solution wasn't reached, my friend scheduled a phone call with the owner who adamantly denied their equipment couldn't have caused the scratches. Honestly, I believe their equipment doesn't cause scratches but Arizona being windy and full of gravel, it's easy to imagine a piece getting caught in the equipment. My friend has relayed that the owner told her never to contact his business again and hung up on her. Disappointing end to a previously positive business relationship. read more

Horrible service. I scheduled the 90 day touch- up and was scheduled for a Friday 12-3 time. At 3:15 I called the office-- no answer. Had to leave a message. I said I was scheduled for cleaning for a time frame of 12-3, but noone had arrived. I left my number.at 4:20, Manny arrived. I told him I changed my afternoon to be home from 12-3 and I would have appreciated a phone call to tell me he was running late. I said "just clean". Several minutes later he rang the doorbell and said we were hostile and he was leaving! Do Not use this service! They do not want to honor the $85 window washing after the initial service. Window washing was a joke. Their quote was $350 inside and out, but since I told them I did not need all the windows cleaned on the inside they decided to take advantage of that and not clean them. On email the conversation was that this was the minimum charge for full windows cleaning for the house size that I have and that it was "no problem" if I had more windows on the inside than the original 4 that I requested. When they arrived things changed, they claimed they needed to charge extra and when I refused they did not even want to clean the four windows on the inside that was on their invoice. Eventually they cleaned those, but the job was halfway done. Their recommendation to my complaint at the BBB site? - clean your house before calling for windows cleaning. So wash your windows before you call us because all we do is splash water on them. read more

DO NOT USE!!! This is my first review, EVER! They damaged walls and installed a screen that is 1" too short! After letting them know about the walls, the tech cam out to put in the useless screen and I showed him the damaged. He admitted that it was from the ladder they used and that someone would call me "after I speak to my dad". I was also told there was a "free 90 day touch up offered with my service" when I called to redeem this I was told it is no longer offered and that I didn't pay for it (I was told it was included in the service as it has always been for the past 3 years with sparkletech. First of all, let me say I'm glad I didn't read the YELP reviews before I hired the team from Sparkle Tech. I had also purchased a Living Social deal. James advised me, due to the size of my home, that the deal wouldn't cover everything I needed. He immediately offered to refund my money or credit the entire value of the voucher for the service I actually needed. He was polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They are just now finishing my house, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They even cleaned off a ledge in my two story dining room that I had been unable to reach. I'm absolutely thrilled with their service, and I would recommend them again. Are they the cheapest deal in town? No. Are they professional? YES Did they get grime off my windows I'd been able to handle myself? YES Bottom line... I'll hire them again. read more

I am so disappointed in this company. For our first years of service, when they were a smaller company of father and sons, they did a wonderful job on our home. We have a two story, bottom half being mostly a basement with only 4 windows on east side, top half is approx 2200 sq ft. They were a great family business and we referred them often. Now, they have grown and I feel have lost the small business touch and are no longer the honest, Christian company, they portray. We had an annual fee, then missed last year plus a couple of months due to two family tragedies in late 2018 and mid 2019. When I called for service this year, I was told BY THEIR OFFICE it would still be the same fee plus my $20 thank you for a referral of a huge home in Paradise Valley. I then received an email the fee would be the same as before, but not including the $20 off as they already discounted it $100. Then I received an email it would be even more money. Then the last email said it would be $325 plus screens. When I spoke with the wife, she wouldn't budge and refused to let me speak with the owner who had given us the original price. Inflation, I get that, but increasing from $180 to $325 over 2 years??? Inflation isn't that high. I will say they have always done a lovely job but the business is no longer honest in honoring a stated quote when booking a job. They have lost their integrity. read more

The young men (owners sons) that actually clean the windows are very courteous, polite and professional. They do an excellent job! I bought my Groupon in January. After leaving three messages, they called me back to schedule an appointment. Yay! Took time off from work, I waited & waited - then finally the tech called to say not only was he not coming he knew he couldn't make it hours ago. Bummer. Wished he'd called then so I didn't leave work for nada. Second try scheduled a couple of weeks later at 8:00 a.m. on a weekend. Excited again. But -- No show, no call. BIG bummer. When I called to reschedule, I asked for the owner to call me. (That was a month ago, will, let you know if the call comes.) Today, hoping for the third time to be the charm . . . the company called to say they were not coming. Three appointments, no service. I've contacted Groupon for a refund.
