I've been using SparkleTech for at least 10 years and I won't use any other company. Always, always does a perfect job.

These people are scammers. They have never provided their last name They showed up to do a job replacing screens and frames. Every single window has gaps around it. Jared a family member named Jared came back and went over the screens with me and I showed him inside and out all the faulty window frames showing a gap large enough to let a mouse in let alone a bug. He said he would make it right. I told him if he didn't do the job right the first time and walked away, leaving all of that undone work. What made me think that he would do it right the second time so on his own, he showed up on a Friday when I was at the hospital picking up my husband, and I had no idea he was going to be there as I saw him on my ring doorbell. there was an email I found later in the day and of course like many others, I don't check my email first thing every morning, but even so it said he would be here Friday but no time specified like I was supposed to sit around all day and wait for him I didn't see it until after the fact when Friday was almost finished and I saw them approach on my ring doorbell. I called the office and spoke to Haley. It was the phone call from Hell. I asked for a refund she compared it to refunding groceries to Walmart duh, then she hung up on me telling me that I was talking over her and told me to never call again and has blocked my number. I have called countless times all of the phone numbers and each time. I am told that I could not reach them from this area. The which blocked my phone number I am left with 17 old S screen frames instead of new. And with every single window more than 17 with gaps all around them, some gaps are as big as half inch screens loosely held with no clips on side and none on bottom Jared offered to take away my old screens as I was going to leave them for bulk trash day. Sure, he wanted the old screens they came back on MY windows it was as though I I paid for my own stuff that I gave away as trash. There was no way that I had 17 usable screens. Jared claims that he told me that he reduced the price because I agreed to use old frames. It was a flat out out lie never once. Did he tell me because I want it all new screens. This is plain fraud I will report them to the Better Business Bureau not that they ever do anything. But at least others will know what they may be getting into who knows if all the good reviews they get are legitimate The best thing I can do is perhaps call channel 15 in Phoenix as they offer help to consumers who have been gypped. Used to be cold "ask Gary" but now it is advertised with a different title. If not there, I will report them to the state level. I will not relent. They have not heard the last from me. I called them at least 25 times today. I called them at least 25 times today each time the call is rejected blocked. read more

Worst customer service I've experienced. Ordered window screens with installation and window washing. Screens dumped on porch at 7am. Owner walked away. Called as to when someone would be back to install, clean windows. I was hung up on. Now I have screens not installed and no hardware to install myself. The mesh screens on some are very loose and some frames are bent. read more

Sparkle Tech was recommended by my realtor. I was quoted $462.00. I thought that was very reasonable for our 4,600 square foot home. Jared did a great job. He was very professional. He removed all the screens and put them in the garage where we asked him to put them. He told us about the windows that were broken and explained why and how he thought they were broken. The windows were beautiful when he was done. The difference was amazing! He then informed us about the three day guarantee . If it rained, they would come out and do touch ups. And also, if we need them to do a touch up while our house is on the market (I think he said 90 days), they would come out and do it for half the price. I thought that was awesome! Jared did a great job! He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job and company. I would recommend Sparkle Tech! They are family owned and I talked with the mom when I booked my appointment and she was a hoot! read more

Very professional and they do a marvelous job. I recommend highly and use them annually for over 10 years

What a great company, they do an amazing job, are polite, competent and reliable. We've referred them to our whole family and have used them for years. read more

The person that came out to clean our windows, decided to close our security doors and slammed the pin into the door, and bent it. In tandem, we had the tiles on our patio coated recently and he used a hard spray and it took the coating off the tiles. I reached out to the company, and they would not accept accountability and continued to state, to look at the terms of the contract. Hence, this isn't the first complaint the company has dealt with. Looking at BBB, they have had numerous complaints and are not a company you want to do business with. No apologies, no accountability. read more

Quote is worthless. No matter how asked during quote and booking appointment - there are mandatory add-ons INCREASING price.

I have used this company for years. They are very professional and do exceptional work. I also have had my screens redone and gotten a patio door screen. Wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Our windows looked great afterwards and recommend them if you need your windows cleaned

Just a bad all-around experience. I never leave a bad review for a company - I usually just ignore them and never call them again. But this time I'm leaving a one-star review. This was not their first time at my house - I think they've been here several times. They said they'd be here at 10 AM. At about 11:30, they phoned to tell us we were not home. We were definitely home and waiting for them. When they finally arrived, they walked around the outside of our house for ten minutes and knocked on our door. They said we were given the wrong price because "you have a two-story house." Our entire house of 4000 square feet is on one floor except for ONE room, an office, in a loft upstairs (with a total of just three windows). They said the price would now be DOUBLE what they quoted us (even though they've been here before and I told them that while they were attempting to double the price). They COULD have said "if we don't do those THREE windows, the price will be as we quoted you." Instead, they argued with me and I told them to leave. They were arrogant and condescending to me while standing in my yard. They are not people we'd do business with again. read more

Do NOT use Sparkle Tech for window cleaning. Do NOT use Sparkle Tech for screen replacement. James, the "owner" and his sons do the labor. The office is facilitated by Jame's wife ("family run business"). The business aspect of Sparkle Tech is managed awful and soon will be run in the ground. All aspects of the business are done for saving them money and time NOT for customer satisfaction. I could site specifics, but the main point you need to know is to avoid dealing with this company. You will not be happy. read more

I've had sparkle tech wash my windows for over 7 years. Repeat customer steadily. When you have your windows cleaned at full price they offer a 90 touch up for outside only for a fee. I called and I was 11 days past the 90 days. I understand rules but this seems a bit of a slap in the face to a long time customer. I will take my business somewhere else gladly. read more

The most expensive window cleaning I have ever had. Will never call this company again. 3200 sg foot house. $650.00. Outrages.

Sparkle Tech had cleaned my windows for several years. The last time I called them for an appointment, they gave me a quote over the phone. When the tech arrived, he told me the price was too low for the number of windows I had and I needed to pay more. I called the Sparkle Tech office and she said her hands were tied if the tech wouldn't do the work for the price she had quoted me. While we were on the phone, the tech left. read more

I hired them to clean windows and replace screens. To start off : The price they quoted when they first came out doubled half way into the job. The screen's they replaced are so ill fitting- I have two screen doors that do not open because the track is SO ill fitting and the screws up on top are at 2 totally different angles. I had a dog and cat escape because they were inept. They didn't even try to make the new screen doors work. Very unhappy. Scale from 1-10 : minus 5. read more

See his very unprofessional response because we posted an honest review and WE DID PREPAY for home window cleaning if he would check his receipts! You pay double for service to get half price on next call for windows iwithin 90 days. Great deal - BUT now James - the owner says he isn't honoring his 90day price deal any longer but took the double price last month from us!! I have referred them to friends. I am so embarrassed. He's not an honest business owner! James the owner replied to a invalid issue. HIS policy is pay $220 to have exterior windows cleaned. Call for appt to have cleaned again in 90 days and pay and fee of only $120! That's what we have done over the last year. Now paid Oct 7 at $220 and HE won't honor a new appt to clean windows this month per his offer at $120. I can post the receipts if needed to show that is what they honored as part of their service and office gal says James won't honor that service to anyone anymore. So, the price is ridiculous and he is not truthful! read more

We've used Sparkle Tech three times and the first two experiences were superb - they did a great job, arrived on time, were polite and personable and offered a seven day rain guarantee. (Which is why we continued to call them.) This last time, they again arrived promptly, were polite and personable and it was consistent with our previous two experiences. Shortly after our cleaning, we noticed large scratches on our picture windows that face east. Those windows pretty much "sell" the house and having them scratched is unacceptable. We noticed these scratches shortly before departing on an extended trip and in order to address the matter promptly, I asked my best friend and house-sitter to contact them. Their policy states they are not responsible for damage once they've left the property. While I understand this from a legal perspective, it's not in the least advantageous to the consumer because you can't necessarily see issues immediately because of the sun's position (which was why we discovered the scratches in the morning). My best friend contacted the company who did come out to view the damage but they continued to insist that they didn't cause it. As a satisfactory solution wasn't reached, my friend scheduled a phone call with the owner who adamantly denied their equipment couldn't have caused the scratches. Honestly, I believe their equipment doesn't cause scratches but Arizona being windy and full of gravel, it's easy to imagine a piece getting caught in the equipment. My friend has relayed that the owner told her never to contact his business again and hung up on her. Disappointing end to a previously positive business relationship. read more

It started out good. I called for a quote for 6 sunshades and the salesman showed up in about a hour. He quoted me 875 and I offered 800. Awesome. He asked me when I wanted them installed I said in the morning the next day. He call his father and told me it would be a extra 150, we negotiated that to 75. All good!! Not! They were supposed to be at my house by 10 am, they showed up at 2:40. I called the office and asked for compensation and the lady laughed at me! Warring do not pay up front. One of their trucks just almost ran me off the road. I was on carefree highway (two lanes) he came screaming up behind me and was tailing me incredibly close until I was able to pass the truck next to me and switch lanes - he then swerved into my lane and rolled down his window proceeding to flip me off and screw at me. I had my two young children in the car. DO NOT LET PYSCHO MEN IN OR NEAR YOUR HOUSE!!!! read more

Horrible service. I scheduled the 90 day touch- up and was scheduled for a Friday 12-3 time. At 3:15 I called the office-- no answer. Had to leave a message. I said I was scheduled for cleaning for a time frame of 12-3, but noone had arrived. I left my number.at 4:20, Manny arrived. I told him I changed my afternoon to be home from 12-3 and I would have appreciated a phone call to tell me he was running late. I said "just clean". Several minutes later he rang the doorbell and said we were hostile and he was leaving! Do Not use this service! They do not want to honor the $85 window washing after the initial service. I have never ever given a poor review, but this company truly does not deserve your business. I will no longer use them or recommend the. read more

Worst company to do business with. Flakey, unprofessional and rude. They Made a big big mistake $$$$$ with my business. I will let everyone know to not do business with the company. I called made an appointment was given an estimate, emailed the wrong estimate left vm to fix issue never received a call back, had to call from a different number and then she answered. Next, had to change the day of my appointment, didn't receive a call back called from a different line and she picked up. Finally, received a text 1.5 hrs from start time saying the job was given to Janes. Three minutes later the job was canceled and the text said to call if I had any questions. Still waiting for a call back. read more

I have used this company for many years. Recently, their rates more than doubled. When I spoke with customer service, concerning this, I was met with extreme rudeness. That is not how to treat a loyal customer, especially one who has recommended this company, many times. I will no longer use them, nor recommend, anymore. read more

Window washing was a joke. Their quote was $350 inside and out, but since I told them I did not need all the windows cleaned on the inside they decided to take advantage of that and not clean them. On email the conversation was that this was the minimum charge for full windows cleaning for the house size that I have and that it was "no problem" if I had more windows on the inside than the original 4 that I requested. When they arrived things changed, they claimed they needed to charge extra and when I refused they did not even want to clean the four windows on the inside that was on their invoice. Eventually they cleaned those, but the job was halfway done. Their recommendation to my complaint at the BBB site? - clean your house before calling for windows cleaning. So wash your windows before you call us because all we do is splash water on them. read more

DO NOT USE!!! This is my first review, EVER! They damaged walls and installed a screen that is 1" too short! After letting them know about the walls, the tech cam out to put in the useless screen and I showed him the damaged. He admitted that it was from the ladder they used and that someone would call me "after I speak to my dad". Over a week later and 3 phone calls, I finally get a call saying they are not the one's that damaged my newly painted walls. She asked to put me on a brief hold and hung up on me. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE Sparkle tech. This coming from a guy that supports small business in everything I do. This small business should no longer be in business. read more

Terrible, rude and service! I was given a quote that wasn't honored initially. I was also told there was a "free 90 day touch up offered with my service" when I called to redeem this I was told it is no longer offered and that I didn't pay for it (I was told it was included in the service as it has always been for the past 3 years with sparkletech. To the owner who commented below...You don't get to say "this is not a customer of sparkle tech" just because you didn't honor the contract we entered into and never delivered the service I paid Sparkle Tech and Groupon to provide. I was most certainly a customer of Sparkle Tech and Groupon. Unfortunately you did not provide the service I paid for and the breach of contract was on YOUR part. And don't bother with the threats of an attorney like you did in the other review of your company as I'd be happy to provide you the name and number of my attorney. YOU HAVE 30 FILTERED NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT COMPLAIN OF THE SAME TREATMENT BY YOUR COMPANY. PERHAPS YOU NEED TO REEVALUATE HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF JUST POSTING ON YELP THAT WE AREN'T YOUR CUSTOMERS. read more

First of all, let me say I'm glad I didn't read the YELP reviews before I hired the team from Sparkle Tech. I had also purchased a Living Social deal. James advised me, due to the size of my home, that the deal wouldn't cover everything I needed. He immediately offered to refund my money or credit the entire value of the voucher for the service I actually needed. He was polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They are just now finishing my house, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They even cleaned off a ledge in my two story dining room that I had been unable to reach. I'm absolutely thrilled with their service, and I would recommend them again. Are they the cheapest deal in town? No. Are they professional? YES Did they get grime off my windows I'd been able to handle myself? YES Bottom line... I'll hire them again. read more

I am so disappointed in this company. For our first years of service, when they were a smaller company of father and sons, they did a wonderful job on our home. We have a two story, bottom half being mostly a basement with only 4 windows on east side, top half is approx 2200 sq ft. They were a great family business and we referred them often. Now, they have grown and I feel have lost the small business touch and are no longer the honest, Christian company, they portray. We had an annual fee, then missed last year plus a couple of months due to two family tragedies in late 2018 and mid 2019. When I called for service this year, I was told BY THEIR OFFICE it would still be the same fee plus my $20 thank you for a referral of a huge home in Paradise Valley. I then received an email the fee would be the same as before, but not including the $20 off as they already discounted it $100. Then I received an email it would be even more money. Then the last email said it would be $325 plus screens. When I spoke with the wife, she wouldn't budge and refused to let me speak with the owner who had given us the original price. Inflation, I get that, but increasing from $180 to $325 over 2 years??? Inflation isn't that high. I will say they have always done a lovely job but the business is no longer honest in honoring a stated quote when booking a job. They have lost their integrity. read more

I bought my Groupon in January. After leaving three messages, they called me back to schedule an appointment. Yay! Took time off from work, I waited & waited - then finally the tech called to say not only was he not coming he knew he couldn't make it hours ago. Bummer. Wished he'd called then so I didn't leave work for nada. Second try scheduled a couple of weeks later at 8:00 a.m. on a weekend. Excited again. But -- No show, no call. BIG bummer. When I called to reschedule, I asked for the owner to call me. (That was a month ago, will, let you know if the call comes.) Today, hoping for the third time to be the charm . . . the company called to say they were not coming. Three appointments, no service. I've contacted Groupon for a refund. I've also noticed this company has several recent complaints on the BBB website. So, I do not recommend this company. read more
