I wish I could give 15 stars! We had just installed turf and failed to realize we should have installed sun screens prior to avoid the reflection off our windows potentially melting the turf. Yes, I know - fail. I found Daniel's team through Nextdoor and called their office to schedule a free estimate. I spoke with his wife who was very kind and helpful and got me an appointment scheduled within a couple days. Might I add, I contacted numerous companies and wasn't going to be able to get an estimate for at least a week. Daniel's team came and measured all of my windows, showed me the variations of colors you can select and provided me what I thought was a great price. We decided to move forward and fast forward to LESS THAN a week and a half later, they were installed within an hour!! No other company could have had this quick of a turnaround time. The first time they came out to clean our office front windows they did a great job and for a great price. I have scheduled them twice since then, even requested to set up a monthly service, and they never showed up. No call/no email to reschedule or say that they couldn't make it. It doesn't matter how good a job you do if you can't show up to do it!! Looking for a new window service now... Update: Innovative Cleaning has reached out to me regarding the issue and will be out tomorrow to complete the service. They were extremely apologetic, it seems there was an issue with their scheduling software, and even offered me a discount for tomorrow's service. We scheduled window cleaning on our residential home through Amazon services. The contractor responding was Innovative Cleaning Service. Rodrigo was our technician who cleaned multiple windows, screens inside and out. He did a fantastic job. He handled the inside wood blinds and slight movement of furniture professionally and replaced it back in place. We have used various window cleaning services over the years. Today I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who really knows how to wash windows and takes pride in his work. It was Sunday, I was going out of town in one day and needed someone to clean all the windows in and out, window seals, lubricate the tracks so everything should work perfectly. Daniel not only that accommodated my request on a Sunday afternoon but spent more than 4 hours on a 4 bedroom, two stories house and left everything crystal clean. His price was reasonable too.
