I wish I could give 15 stars! We had just installed turf and failed to realize we should have installed sun screens prior to avoid the reflection off our windows potentially melting the turf. Yes, I know - fail. I found Daniel's team through Nextdoor and called their office to schedule a free estimate. The first time they came out to clean our office front windows they did a great job and for a great price. I have scheduled them twice since then, even requested to set up a monthly service, and they never showed up. No call/no email to reschedule or say that they couldn't make it. It doesn't matter how good a job you do if you can't show up to do it!! Looking for a new window service now... Update: Innovative Cleaning has reached out to me regarding the issue and will be out tomorrow to complete the service. Rodrigo was our technician who cleaned multiple windows, screens inside and out. He did a fantastic job. He handled the inside wood blinds and slight movement of furniture professionally and replaced it back in place. We have used various window cleaning services over the years. Today I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who really knows how to wash windows and takes pride in his work. It was Sunday, I was going out of town in one day and needed someone to clean all the windows in and out, window seals, lubricate the tracks so everything should work perfectly.
