Avoid at all costs....I purchased a guttering system from City Seamless Gutters and Cody was nice initially he came out and made adjustments and I paid my bill.... then I identified an area where the water was flowing over the gutters...He made the arrangements to come out take care of the job then texted and said "Oh sorry for the inconvenience we won't be able to complete the job" that's it....Great customer service. read more

Had some gutters done by these guys and Cody had to come out once very quickly after install to repair a leak in the gutters. While talking it seemed like he was trying to imply that they were going out of business? Here we are years later and I can see that they're very much still in business and not returning any calls for their alleged "life time warranty". I've been trying to get in touch with someone for MONTHS to repair the gutters that are now falling off the house. Just wanted to add my complaints to the many others listed here. Not an honest company. read more

We had a 5 star experience with City Seamless from the very beginning through the end! Incredible customer service and communication, easy/seamless scheduling, and super professional installation for our new rain gutters. Bonus - we got them just in time for Arizona's monsoon season :) Highly recommend! read more

I bought a new home 5 years ago and have worked with many companies since. City Seamless has been by far the worst decision I made. Poor installation quality and will not return service request phone calls. Avoid them. read more

As others have stated from the 3 bids we received they were the lowest. The Gutters installed were installed in a professional manner and looks beautiful with gutters color matching the house. They also showed up on time and was installed in a timely manner with no mess left behind. Matt did an outstanding job and would hire City Seamless Rain Gutter again. read more

This company is not honoring their warranty. After several attempts to contact this company since September 2023 via phone calls and emails regarding the 20 year warranty clearly stated on the contract. There has been no response from this company regarding honoring the warranty. Now we have a unit that has a really bad leak because of the improper installation of the collector box and scupper and they will not even contact me. I do not recommend. read more

City Seamless is the only gutter company I will ever use. We've had bad experiences with other companies, but Robert and his team made up for all of it. Their tech was friendly and on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and they gave us a much better price and experience than any other company we've struggled with in the past. Thank you Seamless for making this such an easy process and taking great care of us! read more

Highly recommend this company! The lady was very friendly who scheduled our quote. Robert arrived on time to give us the quote & Eric who did the job did outstanding work and was very informative. :) read more

My team and I have been working with Cody and Ming for several years, and they're the real deal: professional, thorough and the most honest and hardworking folks you could hope to work for. Fully recommend! read more

Obtained an estimate which I approved and scheduled the work. Nobody showed up for the work. Contacted the office which informed me the original estimator quit and never scheduled the work. Had a new estimator come out, but never sent me an estimate. Emails and voice mails to office are not returned. Guess they don't want my business. read more

The estimator did a good job. The installer showed up as scheduled and appeared to do a good job. With our recent, heavy rain we have seen that two of the gutters are leaking. We would like more gutters installed on a separate building from our home. I have called several times over the last three weeks with no response from them. I have even requested another estimate and again no response. I haven't even mentioned the issue to them of the leaking areas since they won't respond to me. Respond quickly--no because they won't respond now. Reliable--they wwere but I don't know about now. Just a little disappointed. read more

Wow.  They do such great work that I had to write a good review.  They completely went out of their way to address our needs and we are very happy with our seamless rain gutter system and our brand new 10x14 foot patio cover!!! It's beautiful and functions well.   We've been screwed by contractors before and we've never been treated so well. Joel and Ilona and Matt and the installers Alex and Jesus were all extremely professional. They won our confidence and did exactly what they said they would do - the estimators and the installers called when they were on their way, arrived right when they said they would, and were done with the gutters and downspouts in half a day and the patio cover in one day (plus a few days digging the holes etc). A few of their competitors had come in at higher prices - except for an unlicensed guy, and we weren't about to go with him.  We were looking to hire someone who could show they were licensed, bonded and insured. We've had enough bad experiences in the past that we've had to learn to be wary. We needn't have worried. City Seamless Rain Gutter and Patio Covers is legit!!! Thank you guys! - C C read more

Used city seamless to have gutters installed 6 months ago. Started having issues and needed repair work completed. Finally got an appointment but no one ever showed. Left multiple voicemails and emails and no response. Wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business. read more

Same experience as Eric I from Gilbert. The "seamless" gutters have seams and the seams leak. After several phone calls and left messages with no response, I finally got through to someone to schedule service. Service was scheduled for September 19th and they did not show up or communicate with me. I have left several voice mails for the Phoenix location and for the corporate location in Las Vegas. Still no response. I do not recommend this business. read more

Still waiting for company to come back and pick up their materials they left on May 14 when they couldn't do the job because they didn't have all the parts. Have called and contacted repeatedly. read more

Apparently the business closed and the company which had appointments set up with customers never bothered to call and let them know the appointment would not happen. They just let them hang out there as in my case was supposed to have an appointment today, called to see what's up after a no show. Terrible business ethics and probably good they are out of business. Nobody cares about good service anymore! read more

Horrible customer service. A miscommunication within the company lead them to bring the wrong color gutters the day of install after a two week wait. Not a big deal, I understand that mistakes happen. As long as they could get it finished in the next week or two it would have been ok. Nope, they offered a date over a month away. Talk about not trying to keep a customer and NOT trying to fix a problem that was their fault. I won't not recommend wasting your time with them in case something happens. They won't go out of their way to fix it, only make you wait longer. read more

Based on recommendation from a neighbor, I made a confirmed appointment for a free estimate. I waited pataiently for five weeks then at 8:30 AM on the morning of the appointment (which was for 1-3 PM) I got a call saying he was on the way over and would be at my house in 10 minutes. I was not available at that time so I tried to get him to come at the appointed time - he flat out refused said he was "busy". When I then asked for a new appointment in the near future he just blew me off and said he wasn't interested. This company may do good work but their professionalism, customer service and attitude is simply terrible. I would not recommend dealing with this company. read more

Do not use this company. They cancelled our first appointment. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Came to install a week after that and installed them wrong. Came back to fix the incorrect job and did terrible, sloppy work the second time. Called and left message. No return call. Sent a text later saying the quality of work was terrible and included the attached pictures and they responded by text! I said I would just fix it myself and he can deduct the labor from my bill and he said OK sounds good! What? Really? A good, reputable company would CALL the customer back, apologize for the poor work for the SECOND time and make it right, not allow the customer fix their crappy work. Take your business and money to a company that will do a good job and one who cares about the finished product and their customer. read more

On time and excellent interaction in setting appointment and getting quote. Reasonable price. Installer arrived on time, did the job quickly and to drawing requirements. The gutters look great but the one on the back of my house has a ton of leaks. Their customer service is horrible. I have tried to get them repaired twice. Both times they no showed. We just had gutters installed around our entire home and could not be happier with City Seamless' response time, ability to schedule us quickly, and thorough installation. Anthony completed our install and walked us through the entire setup. He made sure all the downspout mounting locations fit our preferences and actually made our home look a bit nicer with gutters. If we ever need rain gutters installed again, I know who I'm calling. read more

DON'T USE City Seamless Rain Gutters Unbelievable. I waited two weeks to get an estimate. They missed the appointment for a flat tire. They couldn't get me an expedited appointment so I waited another 2 weeks for an appointment. An guess what they missed it again and can't get me another appointment for 2 more weeks. An this was all for just an estimate!!! read more

Our back patio needed a rain gutter installed and city seamless did an excellent job. From the estimate appointment to the day of install everything was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and the install team did an excellent, clean job. read more

The installation was adequate, but the technician damaged some plants, including trimming tree branches and leaving them lying across my oleanders. Sharp metal scrap was not cleaned up. Despite the fact that I discussed the need to direct downspout to French drains, I was given 3 connectors for the 4 drains and was told I had to connect them. This required me to remove the downspouts to trim shorter, farther from the ground. I still have some small adjusting to the installed gutters, but at least they were on when promised ahead of the rain. Don't feel I could recommend. read more

I asked for seamless gutters and was told by the installer he had to do have a seam because he didn't have another installer to help him, but that they had a lifetime warranty to not leak. They have been out here several times to fix them and they keep leaking at the seam. I wish I had gone with another company who would actually give me "seamless" gutters! read more

Bobby was very patient, professional, and responsive to answer all my questions about rain gutters and he provided very helpful advice on everything about my rain gutter project. Larry was very punctual and professional to install the rain gutters. I am very happy with their service. Fair price with very good quality. Highly recommend their business! read more

I just had rain gutters installed about a week ago...I can hardly wait for it to rain so I can see how well they function. They look really nice. None of the colors they came in matched my house perfectly, and my HOA required a perfect match. No problem, the customer service rep told me I could paint them, so I just painted them to match after they were installed. Easy peasy. The customer service has been wonderful from beginning to end. Keep in mind you may have to wait a week or two to get your apply, they're busy. To me their busy-ness is only a sign of how good they are and how high in demand their gutters are. I did not mind waiting a couple weeks at all. read more

City Seamless did a great job. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service

I understand confusion caused by Covid19, what I don't understand is gross miscommunication. I had requested an estimate for work that I needed done. They could only book a visit two weeks out. The inside person told me time frame would be between 3 and 5 so I scheduled my life around that. I got a text at 11am from the estimator that he was 10 minutes out for our estimate. Tried to remind him of the 3 to 5 timeframe but he insisted that he had us at 1 to 3 for his work and was trying to expedite the work. Told him I would maybe be home around 1pm. He agree to wait until then. I got home and texted him at 12:40. He responded that he would be at our house in 10 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. I called the main number and had a conversation with the scheduler who advised me that his timeframe was 1 to 3. I countered with what my original conversation was and "they" were the ones that said 3 to 5. At that she said "let me call the estimator" after I told he about his statement about being 10 minutes away. It was a back and forth from there and I finally said cancel the estimate because I lacked faith that they could actually do anything. I then get another text from the estimator who addresses me by a name not even remotely similar to mine and said he was right around the corner and it was just a simple little miscommunication. Good luck to others that have success getting any work done. I am very disappointed with their confusion. read more

Seamless Gutters did a great job on our gutters and they stand behind their product which is guaranteed for life. We had a horrific storm at our house and it ripped roof shingles and part of the gutter off the house. Cody from City Seamless fixed our problem and did a great job. THX. read more

These guys are the real deal. So about a month ago I decided to reach out to Yelp and find a company that can do a small project of getting new gutters installed. I reached out to two companies that had high ratings. The first company who had 2 5 star reviews got back to me quickly and gave a good quote. I said let's proceed and the following week he cancelled and then never followed up. I left several messages without any call back. I should leave a bad review for that company, but decided not to. I then got fed up and called another gutter company on Yelp with high ratings and they quickly got back to me on a message but never followed up. I then decided to contact City Seamless Rain Gutters and couldn't be happier. They showed up when they were suppose to, installed my gutters in a week and I love them. Don't waste your time with the other companies that might have higher ratings like I did because they all failed. A+ service from this company. read more

City Seamless Rain Gutter - Gutter Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This complaint is for City Seamless Rain Gutter's failure to perform warranty work. My gutters were installed on 8/23/2021. I wasn't aware the seamless gutters would in fact have seams until they were actually being installed. The installer told me not to worry because they have a lifetime warranty against leaking. Well it didn't take long for that to happen. One of the seams started dripping a few months later with the two others not far behind. The company came out to repair the seams on 7/5/2022. The person stated they weren't sealed with the correct sealer and that is why they were leaking. They sealed the gutters and went on their way. Again, it didn't take long for them to leak once again. Basically the next time we had a hard rain. I called the middle of August and left a message. They called me back and stated they couldn't get to me till 9/13/2022 between 8-11 am. Well they never called or showed up to make the repairs. I called the same day and left a message as well as 9/14 and 9/15 and never received a call back. I even stated on the last message that I would be pursuing a different course of action if they didn't call back. Guess it didn't matter to them, because they didn't call back. This is very poor business practice to just ignore your customer and not show up for follow-up warranty work. I guess once they get paid, they figure they can treat you like they no longer care. One thing I find interesting is the fact that their local address doesn't appear anywhere on any paperwork or business card they produce. The address shown is an address in Las Vegas, NV. read more

I found this company through an advertising coupon in one of those books you get in the mail. I was a bit reluctant to call, but I needed a repair and not a full installation. Apparently, it is hard to find someone to do a job that doesn't involve putting gutters on the whole house. It is especially difficult when you live in a somewhat rural area. I had a good impression from my initial contact. We made an appointment to get an estimate, which they delivered on right away. They just finished the job this morning. They were a little late because they needed to go buy something for the job, but most importantly, the job is finished and it looks great. The team that did the work were very professional and easy to work with. The time estimate they gave me to complete the job was right on. Their address and phone number is not from Murrieta, but I think they work all over S. Cal. I know we wouldn't hesitate to call this company for any future work we need. They were excellent and I would highly recommend them. read more

The company scheduled me for a free estimate to replace an existing rain gutter on my home. They gave me a two hour window (which I took off work) and they never showed up or called. Then, after I told them what happened and that I'm looking elsewhere, they tried to schedule another appointment for 6 days later. No apology from the company. If the company can't make a scheduled appointment to provide an estimate, what kind of future service will they be providing? I strongly recommend you look for another company to install seamless rain gutters. read more

In my 50 years I have never had such horrible service. The estimator came out gave a quote and said he could install them on Wednesday, April 17th. I told him I was off work on Friday, the 19th can we do it then. He said no. I said how about Monday the 22nd he said no. So I said fine I will make it work on Wednesday, the 17th. I called the office the day of at 11 to confirm appt and it was confirmed Larry was coming out to install. Well apparently Larry got lost and didn't show. So rescheduled for Friday the 19th. Again called to confirm and was told installer will be there between 3 and 4 "don't panic if he is not there right on time I guarantee he will be there 100%." Well, so much for 100%. They no showed again. Two days of vacation time wasted on no show company. He offered to install the following Saturday and take $100 off. Then he tells me he is sorry, this never happens. Looking at the other reviews it seems this happens often. Use this company if you have vacation time to waste. read more

Original installation last year was better than expected. Follow up call this year to add additional gutters for a new addition was no exception. STOP! Why you should AVOID City Seamless Rain Gutters. The following information of the damage that was caused by this UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, AND DISRESPECTUL COMPANY SHOULD MAKE YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! Let me start by stating that City Seamless Rain Gutters boasted to me about their gorgeous and effective "seamless rain gutters" and how their company was one of the best companies with a superior product. Now let me bring you update about this Company. The day of my install, Installer Steven arrived on time and went right to work. Approximately 2 hours later he requested for me to evaluate my new seamless rain gutter on my back patio area. Just prior to showing me my professionally installed superior seamless rain gutter, he told me that there was a slight problem with my gutter just PRIOR to installation? Steven told me that the rolling door on the company truck damaged my gutter. When he was confronted about why he would install a damaged product on my home, he stated that he would knock $50 off the total price of the gutter? Upon viewing the gutter, it looked HORRENDOUS! A huge dent that was spray painted with a different colored paint than the original gutter? I immediately told Steven that the product was inferior and was totally unacceptable. He immediately asked what price I thought would be acceptable and he was immediately told, "ZERO"! I told him that I did not want the damaged sloppy looking gutter on my new home, which by the way, also had a seam? City Seamless Rain Gutters with SEAMS? Steven then told me that he would install another seamless rain gutter with no damage and no seams in the color of my house? This leads me to a reasonable and common sense question, "WHY WOULD ANYONE INSTALL A DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE INFERIOR PRODUCT?" Once Steven left my brand new very expensive home, I walked out into my front yard to do yard work. This was when my NIGHTMARE began. What I saw was more HORRIFIC THEN THE SEAMED DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE RAIN GUTTER THAT WAS PRESENTED TO ME AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF CITY SEAMLESS RAIN GUTTERS. Right out in front of my driveway was what looked like half of the City Seamless Rain Gutters company vehicles engine oil? I could not believe that a SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED AND BONDED COMPANY would not immediately apologize for the engine oil leak and immediately request to start cleaning up the large engine oil spots out in front of my home. Instead, the installer/representative quickly leaves causing me time (4 hours) and money (2 gallon jugs of Costco Degreaser (great product by the way), a wire grill brush, and thousands of gallons of water) to clean up City Seamless Rain Gutters engine oil mess. Not only did this leak leave oil stains out in front of my home, it left stains out in front of my neighbor's homes that I had to apologize for after cleaning up the City Seamless Rain Gutters oil mess. HERE COMES THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISREPECTFUL, JAW DROPPING STATEMENT EVER MADE TO ME BY ANY BUSINESS OWNER, especially after what I had to do to correct a serious problem caused by City Seamless Rain Gutters. Per the owner of the company, the ENGINE OIL that was dumped out in front of my house was not oil, it was "GATORADE". Yes, OWNER told me in his snotty sarcastic tone, "GATORADE". After his so called comic statement about the leak from his vehicle being Gatorade, the owner proceeded to threaten me with a Mechanic Lien on my brand new home if I did not pay him for the damaged and defective City Seamless Rain Gutter product that was installed on my home. By the way, any Reputable, Respectable, and Professional company would not have ever installed a DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT to anyone's home. The owner would also not listen to any alternative recommendations, one of which was taking down his DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE INFERIOR PRODUCT along with caulking and painting the damage to my fascia board and paying me for my clean-up of his companies blunder.
