While talking it seemed like he was trying to imply that they were going out of business? Here we are years later and I can see that they're very much still in business and not returning any calls for their alleged "life time warranty". This company is not honoring their warranty. After several attempts to contact this company since September 2023 via phone calls and emails regarding the 20 year warranty clearly stated on the contract. There has been no response from this company regarding honoring the warranty. Obtained an estimate which I approved and scheduled the work. Nobody showed up for the work. Contacted the office which informed me the original estimator quit and never scheduled the work. The estimator did a good job. The installer showed up as scheduled and appeared to do a good job. With our recent, heavy rain we have seen that two of the gutters are leaking. We would like more gutters installed on a separate building from our home. I have called several times over the last three weeks with no response from them. I have even requested another estimate and again no response. I haven't even mentioned the issue to them of the leaking areas since they won't respond to me. Wow.  They do such great work that I had to write a good review.  They completely went out of their way to address our needs and we are very happy with our seamless rain gutter system and our brand new 10x14 foot patio cover!!! It's beautiful and functions well.   We've been screwed by contractors before and we've never been treated so well. Joel and Ilona and Matt and the installers Alex and Jesus were all extremely professional. They won our confidence and did exactly what they said they would do - the estimators and the installers called when they were on their way, arrived right when they said they would, and were done with the gutters and downspouts in half a day and the patio cover in one day (plus a few days digging the holes etc). A few of their competitors had come in at higher prices - except for an unlicensed guy, and we weren't about to go with him.  We were looking to hire someone who could show they were licensed, bonded and insured. They just let them hang out there as in my case was supposed to have an appointment today, called to see what's up after a no show. Horrible customer service. A miscommunication within the company lead them to bring the wrong color gutters the day of install after a two week wait. Not a big deal, I understand that mistakes happen. As long as they could get it finished in the next week or two it would have been ok. Nope, they offered a date over a month away. Based on recommendation from a neighbor, I made a confirmed appointment for a free estimate. I waited pataiently for five weeks then at 8:30 AM on the morning of the appointment (which was for 1-3 PM) I got a call saying he was on the way over and would be at my house in 10 minutes. I was not available at that time so I tried to get him to come at the appointed time - he flat out refused said he was "busy". When I then asked for a new appointment in the near future he just blew me off and said he wasn't interested. Do not use this company. They cancelled our first appointment. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Came to install a week after that and installed them wrong. Came back to fix the incorrect job and did terrible, sloppy work the second time. Called and left message. No return call. Sent a text later saying the quality of work was terrible and included the attached pictures and they responded by text! I said I would just fix it myself and he can deduct the labor from my bill and he said OK sounds good! What? Really? A good, reputable company would CALL the customer back, apologize for the poor work for the SECOND time and make it right, not allow the customer fix their crappy work. The installation was adequate, but the technician damaged some plants, including trimming tree branches and leaving them lying across my oleanders. Sharp metal scrap was not cleaned up. Despite the fact that I discussed the need to direct downspout to French drains, I was given 3 connectors for the 4 drains and was told I had to connect them. This required me to remove the downspouts to trim shorter, farther from the ground. I still have some small adjusting to the installed gutters, but at least they were on when promised ahead of the rain. Don't feel I could recommend. read more

I asked for seamless gutters and was told by the installer he had to do have a seam because he didn't have another installer to help him, but that they had a lifetime warranty to not leak. They have been out here several times to fix them and they keep leaking at the seam. I wish I had gone with another company who would actually give me "seamless" gutters! read more

I just had rain gutters installed about a week ago...I can hardly wait for it to rain so I can see how well they function. They look really nice. None of the colors they came in matched my house perfectly, and my HOA required a perfect match. No problem, the customer service rep told me I could paint them, so I just painted them to match after they were installed. Easy peasy. The customer service has been wonderful from beginning to end. Keep in mind you may have to wait a week or two to get your apply, they're busy. To me their busy-ness is only a sign of how good they are and how high in demand their gutters are. I understand confusion caused by Covid19, what I don't understand is gross miscommunication. I had requested an estimate for work that I needed done. They could only book a visit two weeks out. The inside person told me time frame would be between 3 and 5 so I scheduled my life around that. I got a text at 11am from the estimator that he was 10 minutes out for our estimate. Tried to remind him of the 3 to 5 timeframe but he insisted that he had us at 1 to 3 for his work and was trying to expedite the work. Told him I would maybe be home around 1pm. He agree to wait until then. I got home and texted him at 12:40. He responded that he would be at our house in 10 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. I called the main number and had a conversation with the scheduler who advised me that his timeframe was 1 to 3. I countered with what my original conversation was and "they" were the ones that said 3 to 5. At that she said "let me call the estimator" after I told he about his statement about being 10 minutes away. It was a back and forth from there and I finally said cancel the estimate because I lacked faith that they could actually do anything. I then get another text from the estimator who addresses me by a name not even remotely similar to mine and said he was right around the corner and it was just a simple little miscommunication. This complaint is for City Seamless Rain Gutter's failure to perform warranty work. My gutters were installed on 8/23/2021. I wasn't aware the seamless gutters would in fact have seams until they were actually being installed. The installer told me not to worry because they have a lifetime warranty against leaking. Well it didn't take long for that to happen. One of the seams started dripping a few months later with the two others not far behind. The company came out to repair the seams on 7/5/2022. The person stated they weren't sealed with the correct sealer and that is why they were leaking. They sealed the gutters and went on their way. Again, it didn't take long for them to leak once again. Basically the next time we had a hard rain. I called the middle of August and left a message. They called me back and stated they couldn't get to me till 9/13/2022 between 8-11 am. Well they never called or showed up to make the repairs. I called the same day and left a message as well as 9/14 and 9/15 and never received a call back. I even stated on the last message that I would be pursuing a different course of action if they didn't call back. Guess it didn't matter to them, because they didn't call back. This is very poor business practice to just ignore your customer and not show up for follow-up warranty work. I guess once they get paid, they figure they can treat you like they no longer care. One thing I find interesting is the fact that their local address doesn't appear anywhere on any paperwork or business card they produce. The address shown is an address in Las Vegas, NV. read more

These guys are the real deal. So about a month ago I decided to reach out to Yelp and find a company that can do a small project of getting new gutters installed. I reached out to two companies that had high ratings. The first company who had 2 5 star reviews got back to me quickly and gave a good quote. I said let's proceed and the following week he cancelled and then never followed up. I left several messages without any call back. I should leave a bad review for that company, but decided not to. I then got fed up and called another gutter company on Yelp with high ratings and they quickly got back to me on a message but never followed up. I then decided to contact City Seamless Rain Gutters and couldn't be happier. They showed up when they were suppose to, installed my gutters in a week and I love them. I had a good impression from my initial contact. We made an appointment to get an estimate, which they delivered on right away. They just finished the job this morning. They were a little late because they needed to go buy something for the job, but most importantly, the job is finished and it looks great. The team that did the work were very professional and easy to work with. The time estimate they gave me to complete the job was right on. Their address and phone number is not from Murrieta, but I think they work all over S. Cal. I know we wouldn't hesitate to call this company for any future work we need. In my 50 years I have never had such horrible service. The estimator came out gave a quote and said he could install them on Wednesday, April 17th. I told him I was off work on Friday, the 19th can we do it then. He said no. I said how about Monday the 22nd he said no. So I said fine I will make it work on Wednesday, the 17th. I called the office the day of at 11 to confirm appt and it was confirmed Larry was coming out to install. Well apparently Larry got lost and didn't show. So rescheduled for Friday the 19th. Again called to confirm and was told installer will be there between 3 and 4 "don't panic if he is not there right on time I guarantee he will be there 100%." Well, so much for 100%. They no showed again. Two days of vacation time wasted on no show company. He offered to install the following Saturday and take $100 off. Then he tells me he is sorry, this never happens. Let me start by stating that City Seamless Rain Gutters boasted to me about their gorgeous and effective "seamless rain gutters" and how their company was one of the best companies with a superior product. Now let me bring you update about this Company. The day of my install, Installer Steven arrived on time and went right to work. Approximately 2 hours later he requested for me to evaluate my new seamless rain gutter on my back patio area. Just prior to showing me my professionally installed superior seamless rain gutter, he told me that there was a slight problem with my gutter just PRIOR to installation? Steven told me that the rolling door on the company truck damaged my gutter. When he was confronted about why he would install a damaged product on my home, he stated that he would knock $50 off the total price of the gutter? Upon viewing the gutter, it looked HORRENDOUS! A huge dent that was spray painted with a different colored paint than the original gutter? I immediately told Steven that the product was inferior and was totally unacceptable. He immediately asked what price I thought would be acceptable and he was immediately told, "ZERO"! I told him that I did not want the damaged sloppy looking gutter on my new home, which by the way, also had a seam? City Seamless Rain Gutters with SEAMS? Steven then told me that he would install another seamless rain gutter with no damage and no seams in the color of my house? This leads me to a reasonable and common sense question, "WHY WOULD ANYONE INSTALL A DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE INFERIOR PRODUCT?" Once Steven left my brand new very expensive home, I walked out into my front yard to do yard work. This was when my NIGHTMARE began. What I saw was more HORRIFIC THEN THE SEAMED DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE RAIN GUTTER THAT WAS PRESENTED TO ME AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF CITY SEAMLESS RAIN GUTTERS. I could not believe that a SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED AND BONDED COMPANY would not immediately apologize for the engine oil leak and immediately request to start cleaning up the large engine oil spots out in front of my home. Instead, the installer/representative quickly leaves causing me time (4 hours) and money (2 gallon jugs of Costco Degreaser (great product by the way), a wire grill brush, and thousands of gallons of water) to clean up City Seamless Rain Gutters engine oil mess. Not only did this leak leave oil stains out in front of my home, it left stains out in front of my neighbor's homes that I had to apologize for after cleaning up the City Seamless Rain Gutters oil mess.
