When I had a leak a few years later, even though it appeared to be from the flat roof nearby, they came out several times to be sure it didn't involve their work. Prior to hiring Trademark, I had reached out to a couple other companies which yielded poor results all around. When I submitted my request to Trademark Roofing for an estimate, Josh contacted me within minutes and was out in less than 24 hours. He took the time to discuss the age of our house, the built, the history of our roof and style, the progress the industry has made transitioning from the old 3-tab shingles that had been on our roof the last 26 years to new product now lasting 30 years, and addressed the fascia boards that needed replacing. I received Josh's estimate the next day which detailed the work and also confirmed in writing the verbal statement he made to me that there would be no additional charges for substandard or rotten wood that is found as the work progresses and that other incidental repairs will be performed at no additional charge. As my husband was not present for the initial quote, Josh was willing to come back out a second time to address additional concerns regarding four of the rafter ends that had previous termite damage. Josh examined those and said he could replace them with new wood for no additional charge. Within 2 weeks, Josh and his crew were on site stripping the old roof, replacing fascia and wood, rafter ends, and putting the new roof on. His crew members are nice, have multiple years of knowledge and experience under their belts, and worked hard to complete everything in under 2 days. All of the wood that was replaced looks great and everything fits with no gaps and looks like it belongs. Trademark was recommended to us and I have to say, they did not disappoint from the first contact. They were prompt to come and inspect our roof, and provided a quote immediately which came to a lower price than 3 other competitors. In addition, their quote was the FINAL price to pay, they took care of 8 plywood boards which were rotten without asking any questions or increasing their price in the process while other would charge +$65/board. And finally their quote includes a 20years workmanship and warranty for any leaks. Ray's son was leading our roof repair project, and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (except for a few nails we found later which must have rolled off the roof during the 3 days repair.) They were also great at communicating about the work done, leaks found, etc. and with other parties involved such as the solar system company scheduling uninstall and reinstall of the panels. read more

I can't reach them and they won't return my voicemails. We bought a home that had a roof replaced by them in 2014 with a 20-year transferable warranty. We have issues with it and need them to inspect/make repairs presumably some of it under warranty and some of it not. I've been calling/emailing every other day for 2 weeks and have left two voice mails and haven't heard back. I'm a homeowner in Fountain Hills and this was my very first ever major house project. When owner/estimator Ray T. showed up he displayed such an easy & detailed grasp of our (complex) job and is so professional, I thought, Oh, this guy's gonna be expensive. But guess what? Trademark's estimate came in at the BOTTOM of the pack of 10. (Yeah, that's a lot of estimates. But two didn't even get back to me (??). Two were unbelievably high: $5,700 more plus wood, the other a whopping $7,700 more (67% higher!). One was local, good no doubt, but still +$2,800. And one didn't even look at the roofs, said they'd just use the satellite.) Trademark is licensed (of course), insured (including General Liability), super-efficient (first day crew of 9!) and included all plywood & 90 feet of fascia & all tiles in the estimate. And the low cost not due to cutting corners: 20-year warranty 2-layer SBS underlayment and 2-layer granular cap sheet (peel-and-stick) on patio (not 1 like others). Even threw in roof on add-on stucco shed (not in contract). Super attention to detail - you should see some of the precision cuts. 30 years experience, one employee (no subcontractors) has been with him for 20 years, and Ray T. is easy to talk to. That's the long-version review. The short version is: stop reading reviews, get an estimate from Trademark, sign the contract, write the deposit check, and ... relax. We hired Trademark Roofing and they were AWESOME! The price they quoted us was the price we paid even though there was a lot of extra work after the job was started. We had a different company do a rental we own and in the end it cost us almost a thousand more dollars and the work they did was sub par. Ray explained everything to us before, during and after the job was done and everything they do is very professional.
