I would not recommend Prowest. Six months after my roof replacement, the roof still makes unexplained popping and creaking noises, day and night -- loud enough to wake me up at night. Despite multiple requests, Prowest has never investigated the cause -- I was just told it needed to settle. The estimate stated the vent caps would be replaced. They weren't -- the old ones were simply painted. When I questioned it, the project manager said they didn't need replacing, even though replacement was what the estimate stated. That raised many concerns for me: if the vent caps hadn't been replaced as stated, what else was not done? I hired my own roofing consultant, at my own expense, to see what else hadn't been done. Because of these issues and other overcharges, they gave me an extended 10-year warranty. Because the underlying issues were never resolved, I declined to sign the Certificate of Completion. Prowest then revoked my original 5-year warranty AND the 10-year warranty. To top it off, they're now using my own paid consultant's report -- which I shared with them in good faith -- to claim there's no issue with the roof, even though the roof noises were not addressed in that report, because I was still under the impression it would settle. They are still refusing to investigate the noises. Steer clear. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Prowest Roofing. They installed my roof while it was raining, and as a result, water started leaking into my house. This caused unnecessary damage and stress that could have been avoided. What made the experience even worse was the lack of concern from the project manager. Instead of showing empathy or taking ownership of the situation, it felt like the only priority was getting the job finished at any cost so the project could be completed and payment collected. I never felt like my concerns as a homeowner were taken seriously. When you're trusting a company with one of the biggest investments you'll ever make, you expect quality workmanship and customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I would not recommend Prowest Roofing based on my experience. read more

Had ProWest come and install a new roof back in 2020 and I have not been happy with their work. Every time the wind comes through here my roof tiles go flying off. I am the only house in the area that has roofing tiles flying off. WHY IS THAT? As it stands right now won't use them again, or recommend them. Will be looking for a better roofing company to fix this issue. read more

We hired Pro West LLC to install a tile roof in 2019. The workmanship has been disappointing. In 2025, the roof developed leaks after heavy storms. Upon inspection, some areas were missing underlayment, which likely contributed to the issues. The roof came with a 5-year warranty, but problems arose in the 6th year. Overall, the installation did not meet the standards we expected, and we were left dealing with water damage and repairs. I've filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZROC) regarding this work. I share this review to help other homeowners be aware and to encourage Pro West LLC to improve quality and attention to detail. read more

Don't get confused with other companies with a similar name, these guys are the real deal. I had an inspection and estimate done on my home by David and Vincent, both were very respectful and explained in detail what they suggest for repairs. These two gentlemen never talked down to me and reviewed my estimate in language I could understand. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again! read more

****BEWARE**** The most egregious problem with Prowest was the unauthorized esignature they applied to a document then claimed it was an "accident". The original solution offered was - our bad, we won't hold you to it. Finally, as a solution to their forgery, they deducted $500. Other issues included claiming a vent had been replaced when it had actually been poorly spray painted, applying two different colors of roofing, lying about what underlayment was going on the house, showing up on the wrong day, etc, etc. This is a predatory company. You have to give them access to your insurance claim. There is no estimate or bill. You pay everything your insurance company pays and your deductible. You see no prices for materials or labor. They will try to file on other sheds, carports, etc. for more insurance money with no intention of repairing them in the guise of covering the deductible. Less than three months later the roof is leaking. Prowest's response was someone will reach out in 1 to 3 business days, as it continued to rain and snow. My 88-year-old mother had no idea the havoc that would happen by allowing a door-to-door salesman to do a roof inspection. Use at your own risk. read more

I have 3 no soliciting signs, no trespass signs, private property and the lady walked up and saw the signs and turned around and went back to the truck. Began with unprofessional behavior by Salesman at door, Joe Capaldi. I should have learned, but kept using thinking I wouldn't have to deal with him directly. I was wrong. He became my Project Manager after colleague got ill. Mr. Capaldi was never available. When complained at the Sales Management level (Jaimie), Mr. Capaldi finally called. Mr. Capaldi lied about what he had and hadn't done for my claim. After I fired him as my Project Manager, I attempted to complain and ask for new Project Manager. Mr. Calpadi's boss, Jaimie, decided to ignore me. When asked for Prowest Owner's contact information, I was provided generic email address to "Office Staff", so no telling who received it. Staff lied and abysmal customer service, made for a truly unpleasant and frustrating experience. read more

Prowest complaint If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely the worst communication. I needed a new roof due to storm damage. I got someone to start the process at the end of August. I was always the one that had to reach out to get things going. Bryan was the guy that "helped" us. I had to reach out to get the color swatches for our roof. He asked what time worked for us I said 5pm. He ended up dropping it off at 7pm but he never notified us that he was going to be late. When it came time for the roof to be installed we got no notifications that we needed our driveway empty of cars a day before install. So we get notified by our doorbell that someone is here to drop off a garbage can and he needed us to move our car. We had to drive home to figure out what was going on. Again Bryan lets us know the driveway needs to be cleaned at 7pm that night. Thanks dude you are late per usual. They finished the roof December 18th. Amy was there for it and she said Bryan would reach out to us for the letter of completion. We still have not heard from him. I was 32 weeks pregnant when I first talked to them my child is almost 6 months old and I am still dealing with them to get the letter of completion so I can be done with this horrible company. I have reached out to Bryan and I have called the companies phone twice and left messages and still have not heard anything. Bryan finally came to have us sign the letter of completion in January. He told us he was going to send it to our insurance company. It's the beginning of March and We just got a call from our Insurance company and he still has not sent it. This place is absolutely the worse company. read more

Prowest project manager team of Jeramy Hughes and Cody Bloor have excellent communication. Knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. All questions answered. No question is too small or unanswered. Onsite for all the work and cleanup. Provided a well-oiled roofing team. All teams demonstrated a high level of respect for the property. Our home's roof was hit by the storm at the end of August 2025, as were many. Prowest was on site the day we contacted them, and the roof was assessed shortly after. Scheduling was done based on our needs. The roof was completed before the very strong storm arrived in September 2025. The Prowest team coordinated with Maldonado's gutter team--shout out to Juan and his crew--to ensure they were on-site immediately after the new roof was completed. Prowest Roofing was absolutely the best from start from finish. Quick response with quote, delivery of product and installation. Matt, the project manager was responsive and informative. Took care of all the insurance submittals and when the day came, the installation crew was there and worked until dark, to finish in 1 day! They were courteous and kept us informed of what was happening. They cleaned up the entire yard, front and back and used magnets to make sure there were no dropped nails. We were so impressed with their professionalism and quality of the work. The quote was reasonable and fair and great value for the cost. Since this was under our homeowner's insurance, Matt even met with the insurance adjuster to be sure to get the entire repair covered. I can't say enough good about them and the service we received. I would heartily recommend Prowest Roofing. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with ProWest. They solicited work at my home without a permit, despite a clearly posted "No Soliciting" sign. After applying a small emergency tarp, they pushed for a full roof replacement that my insurance later determined was not justified. When the insurer denied their supplement request, ProWest stopped responding completely and abandoned the project without notice. No work was completed beyond the tarp, and they ignored multiple follow-up emails. I've since hired a different contractor who is completing the job properly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. read more

Daniel at Pro-West Roofing was amazing! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He negotiated insurance for us, noting things we needed & damage from past storms that our insurance inspector commended for accuracy & detail. We got a brand new, beautiful roof in Scottsdale at a price we never dreamed of! We were able to choose from great color options & our roof looks like a million dollars. They painted our vents to match the roof and roofed over our side patio cover that blew away in the last storm. I'm so grateful for Daniel's persistence with insurance, his expertise in roofing, and his honest delivery. No more leaks for us- the results speak for themselves. I worked with project manager / sales rep Pat Noon at ProWest. Pat showed up at my front door in late 2024 saying he thought insurance might be willing to pay for replacing my roof. Since my policy was Actual Cash Value, not Replacement Cash Value, I was skeptical, but with nothing to lose we went ahead and made the claim. Pat was very helpful through the insurance claim process and the adjuster ended up giving us a generous settlement, so we hired ProWest to do our roof replacement. I also had a home inspector friend who had his own roof replaced by ProWest in the last couple of years, and he vouched for the quality of their work. The installation went very smoothly and Pat communicated well on the day of installation with any issues that were encountered. It has rained several times since the roof was installed and it seems to be holding up really well. Plus, it looks a lot nicer! ProWest also supplied a subcontractor to take care of removing and re-installing my SunRun solar panels, and that process was totally painless. The ProWest crew also cleaned up pretty well, with very little debris left over after installation. Pricing was very fair, in line with other quotes I got, and the small amount of extra paid past the initial quote was clearly explained beforehand, with no surprises (e.g. had to replace some extra plywood on the roof and patio, etc). I was also allotted one extra pack of shingles for any repairs that might arise down the road. My one-star-missing issue is as follows: Pat was somewhat disorganized during the paperwork process and the communication could have been clearer (which very well may be an organization issue rather than a project manager issue). My situation having an ACV policy meant that I was effectively a cash customer, rather than a direct payout from insurance to the contractor, but most of the paperwork that was initially provided was built for RCV policies. This meant that I had to sign some papers that turned out to be voided in some way by the office, and that always seems sketchy regardless of whether or not there was any dishonesty. RCV customers beware, ProWest will have you sign paperwork ensuring that they get every penny of your insurance payout, regardless of the actual cost of the replacement. I have a hunch this is how they make most of their money. Plus -- and this isn't necessarily a knock on Pat but more on the ProWest organization -- their email system was apparently recently switched and so I had to coordinate extra with Pat in order to get files sent back and forth. I would have given five stars if the paperwork process had been clearer and more organized. Overall, though, the result is that my roof was competently replaced at a reasonable price, and I was able to get insurance to pay for it in part thanks to Pat and his efforts. I am quite satisfied with the job that was done. read more

Never even heard of this company until one of there door to door salesman followed me to my truck and stood outside my window for 2 minutes until my mom had to come out of the house. In that two minutes I kindly told the guy that we weren't interested in anything he was trying to promote because my mom and I were trying to leave the house. He saw my mom come out and walked away thankfully, while sticking his card in the side mirror crack. As he drove off I was pissed. I had never felt more terrified of a man in my life! First of all I am a twenty year old female who was walking to the truck unaccompanied when the white gentleman with an athletic build, low shaved beard, and a hat followed me up the driveway and stood at my door window waving at me. I did my best to ignore him even though I was panicking because this guy wouldn't leave!! When he got back in his car and turned around, I grabbed his card off the side mirror and threw it on the ground because I am not gonna do business with a fkn creep. I'm approaching 400 days without a ceiling in my bathroom, while both my pets and I breathe in the asbestos that continuously falls from the attic. I hired PROWEST for the job but they refuse to answer my calls or finish the project. I have offered to pay them numerous times to complete the work but they have refused payment. They are now increasing the cost in June 2022, saying that I owe $40k for the work at my home (Which so far, is just a new roof that was originally quoted for $10k, then increased to $17k, then increased to $26k and is now up to $40k.) Andddd if I don't comply, they will put a lien on my home. My home is less than 1500 sq foot and has standard shingles. That is the most expensive roof of all time.
