Five Stars ***** Prime Roofing met our need when we really, really needed them on short notice. They were recommended by our realtor 20 years ago and replaced our leaky roof when we needed it 9 years ago. Fast forward 11 years and we're selling our house and an inspector notices a board that was damaged from before Prime Roofing replaced our roof 9 years ago. They are also the recommended roofer for our current realtor. I called desperately needing help to replace it after a failed inspection and they came the very next morning. They were 2minutes early, spoke excellent English, were so polite and were efficient- 20 minutes. I'm so thankful for these guys and have recommended them to two neighbors. read more

It's such a relief to find a contractor who really knows what they're doing, handles everything smoothly, and doesn't overcharge -- that's exactly what we got with Prime Roofing. We needed some maintenance on the tile roof of our new home, and from the very first call, the team was friendly, professional, and super clear about what needed to be done. They took the time to check everything out carefully and explained all the details without trying to sell us stuff we didn't need. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept the place tidy, which we really appreciated. They kept us updated throughout the job and made sure we were happy with how things were going. The work they did looks great, and we feel confident that our tile roof is in really good shape now. Best part? They charged a fair price for quality work -- no surprises, no gimmicks. If you want a roofing company that knows their stuff, gets the job done right, and treats you like a valued customer, I'd definitely recommend Prime Roofing. We'll be calling them again if we ever need anything else! read more

Prime Roofing delivered some very good work in giving us a new roof . Their price was more reasonable than others and they took care to leave our main roof as well as the patio roof in good shape, making sure to replace some of the wood that was not in the best of shape. Since they were doing the whole roof, we asked them to install two solar tubes. Our house is not as dark now! The care with which they worked on the solar tubes was excellent. They explained how they go about that, since it involves cutting holes in both the roof and the ceiling inside. I was able to watch their work and see how careful they were inside the house. They cleaned everything inside and out very carefully. No fragments of old roofing were left behind. We are very pleased with their work. The office and scheduling were ok, but the actual roofers were very good: polite and efficient. read more

On the advice of our realtor, we used Prime Roofing to completely re-roof our newly-purchased home in 2021, since the escrow inspection revealed the underlayment was worn out (and had leaked previously). Prime Roofing gave a competitive quote, showed up and finished on time, did an excellent job, and were great to deal with. They even installed an attic fan I had purchased at no additional charge. When a bird wire got broken by a branch, they came out and fixed it under warranty. During the damaging Tempe microburst last October, water was blown up through our garage attic vents and caused significant damage to the ceiling. Prime Roofing repositioned the vents to reduce the probability that a repeat extreme rainstorm could get through the vents, and they completely repaired the ceiling damage under warranty - despite the fact that it was the existing vent design that allowed the problem, not their roofing job. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had my roof done on 3/21/22. It was done in a rush without attention to details and poor workmanship. Some of the tiles are not aligned. Broken tiles were uses to replaced broken or chipped tiles. read more

Used Prime Roofing nearly 10 years ago for a replacement. At the time they were so quick to come by and show me Roofing selection. Project was completed timely and never had an issue. Fast forward ten years, I am selling my house. After an inspection it was revealed that there was some wear/tear and some nail flashing was exposed. This is nothing major but my buyer is very fussy. Contacted Prime, showed them the photos from the inspection. They came by and fixed the minor exposed flashing. The customer service was good and Stacy was efficient at sending all the photos and invoicing. Definitely check this company out!!! read more

Dealing with this company has been absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!! We had a storm which caused a leak and soaked through to inside walls, needed drywall repair. They deal with Amed drywall, who only answers to emails ....... emails, no phone number at all ! It has been a week since the roof repair no call or email from drywall guy. When you call prime roofing office it sounds like kids answering the phone ! No professionalism at all! They have no clue what's going on. read more

I am updating my earlier review ... Prime Roofing has always been there when roofing problems appear ... What was true in 2017 for me is still very true in 2021. I have been using Prime Roofing since I bought my Chandler home in 1998.  Always great work for both re-roofing and minor repairs ... My home has multiple sections of roof both tiled and flat with 10 skylights.  There is always wear and tear on a roof requiring minor fixes ... Prime Roofing has always been there when needed delivering great service for us.  Thank you Stacy and team we are more comfortable knowing you are near by in case a problem occurs. read more

We had a roof leak so we contacted Prime Roofing for an estimate to repair or new roof. Stacy Benson came out and gave me two estimates, one for the repair and one for the new roof. He said both the shingle and flat roof are still good for another 5 years. He showed a picture where the leak is from and what they can do to fix it. I decided to fix the leak for now. They schedule the repair in about two weeks out. The roofer came out on time at the scheduled day and completed the repair in 2 hours. After the first rain a week later, we didn't notice any more leak. I would recommend Prime Roofing if you have a leak and need an estimate. They have great communication and they show up on time. I will keep the estimate for the new roof for a later time. read more

I went to sell my house and the inspector found a minor roof issue that needed repair. Prime roofing came out and was able to get the roof taken care of on short notice so that we could close on time. The cost was very reasonable. read more

By far the most prompt and efficient roofing company that I have worked with! Being in real estate - many clients need roof inspections and repairs during the process. Stacy at Prime Roofing has been at properties within just a couple hours of mentioning it. Even better - they are very honest, and have the lowest prices I've experienced without sacrificing quality. read more

I received a new roof before I moved into my home from Prime Roofing back in 2018. About a month ago, I noticed my laundry room wall was bulging out. I contacted my handy man immediately because I thought I had a pipe leak. He had an instrument that detects moisture on surfaces and sure enough the alarm went off on this instrument. He cut a hole out and there was no pipe. But the dry wall fell apart and the insulation was damp. So then he cut another section on the wall next to it. Sure enough there was my water heater pipe but the wall and insulation were bone dry. He told me he thought it was a roofing issue. The next morning I contacted Prime Roofing and they immediately sent out two of their workers the next day. I have a 10 year warranty on the roof for leaks and workmanship. The service men checked the entire roof and attic and found the vent pipe from the washing machine to the attic wasn't completely sealed. They repaired the pipe and all was good.i was letting the moisture dry out in the wall but I still had the entire wall in the laundry room now to repair. I decided to contact Prime Roofing again to see if they would compensate me for the repairs because the leak was due to the vent pipe not being sealed. Stacy responded within 7 hours saying YES. The check arrived a few days later and I'm in the process of new dry wall being installed, new texture of the wall and then painting the wall. I highly recommend Prime Roofing for new installation and a company that honors their word. Thank you to your entire staff. You receive an A+!! read more

Prime roofing came in as our lowest estimate to replace the roof on a rental property. We were going to go with a mid-end quote, but ended up reading reviews and thought that Prime Roofing was worth a shot! They did a fabulous job. Were quick and efficient and didn't go over the initial quote. I am very impressed and will use them again on my other properties. read more

They were very responsive and came out and inspects the roof and took photos of all the damage. There quote was fair and they came when they said they would. Also took completed photos of the work. Highly recommend. read more

Prime Roofing was recommended to us by a realtor friend. They are by far the lowest price of the quotes that we received. They did a fantastic job on our new roof and we couldn't be happier. The crew came over and did the work and finished within 4 days. Prime replaced damaged wood panels and flash. The roof looks great. I would recommend Prime Roofing for anyone wanting to replace or repair their roof. read more

I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Prime Roofing since I bought my first home Arizona in 2003. He just completed my 6th home plus 4 referrals i sent them. They are very responsive, efficient and reasonable. AND, they are quiet, no loud radios, no loud talking, and they clean up around the property every evening. Their work is top notch! And, they supply you with pictures of the entire roof before and after the work is done. Great workmanship, great service. Highly recommended read more

As a fellow contractor I know what leaving a mess is all about and how it leaves a disappointed customer. My yard was used as a trash can with cigarette butts, thousands of staples, nails, roofing debris. At 4pm on the second day in, the installer told me he had an hours worth of work left, yet that he'd do it the next day and that he wasn't coming until 2pm because he had to go to court. It didn't work out that way, he didn't show up until 3:45 and was there for two hours, yet still didn't bother to clean their mess. read more

I would give zero if I could. For your safety and sanity do not use this company. We got a flat roof installed in 2014 and have experienced 4 leaks since then, damaging my floor and ceilings. At one point water was coming through my can lighting. They promise to repair, do some shoddy patchwork and then it leaks as soon as it rains. I have a bucket in my room (again) and my ceiling looks terrible, possible insurance claim. I've asked the owner to come look twice and has yet to come see the roof. read more

They installed 3 whirlybirds on my roof and did a great job, priced very well. Will use again for sure.

They completed new roof on our HOA clubhouse which was long overdue and in rough shape. We were very happy with the can-do attitude, workmanship and cooperation from the entire crew. The owner personally oversaw the job and the foreman was excellent and all the guys were a pleasure to have onsite. Efficient, tidy and professional. Price was fair and accurate. Finished job is beautiful - highly recommended. read more

Prime Roofing replaced the roof on our house as a condition of sale with the previous owner. Nearly two years later, a tile needed to be replaced and I called them up and within a minute they had scheduled a replacement date without any hassle whatsoever. The team member showed up as promised and did a great job on the repair. I was very thankful that they honored their warranty, no questions asked. I wouldn't hesitate using this company in the future or recommending them to others based on my experience with them. read more

Prime Roofing has worked at my house when I lived in Scottsdale AND my home in Mesa. The company is fairly priced, efficient, clean, and above-and-beyond in service and friendliness. Whatever team is sent, they do the work, clean up, and are just the best. I hate raving so highly about a company because it might mean if/when I need them, they'll be too busy, but this is a GREAT company in a world where so many can't be rated as highly. One of the things that impressed me the most was how easy they are to get a hold of and how quickly they respond to questions. Great customer service. I have been using Stacy and Prime Roofing for years, at least 10 times for different roofs, flat and tile. They are the best- very professional, very reliable, and they back up their work! Their prices are so reasonable. They will only recommend a new roof if you really need it. If they can't fix it, I can't be fixed. You can trust their warranties as they have been around for years. I would not let anyone else touch my roof! read more

When my garage roof had one spot leak, Prime Roofing quoted replacing roof materials. I trusted and asked them to do it. But during the first raining in March 2020, garage roof had a leak in the same spot. I called them for rework, they told me my warranty passed. When I ask her to talk to Stacy to see if he could do rework and then she told me that she had already asked him in the morning. But when I called Stacy and his message told me he is out of town. I confused and have to rethink of Prime roof service quality including the answer. I share this lesson and hope that Prime Roofing takes quality as a mutual benefit. read more

Prime did work on our roof five ears ago, repairing leaks and concrete tiles. This winter those same areas needed repair. Stacy sent his crew out to fix within a week during the crazy rains storms, and we weren't charged for these same repairs. Excellent service. read more

Prime Roofing was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I had recently had my home painted and some of the shingles had really gotten beat up from being walked on. I contacted Prime to see if they could repair the damage. They were out within a couple days and alerted me to some significant damage including a crack in my skylight that I wasn't aware of. My roof is approximately 21 years old and just needs to be replaced. They provided a fair quote for replacement, but I didn't have time to get the work done before leaving on a scheduled trip. Not wanting to leave with a cracked skylight I reached out to Stacy to see if it would be possible to have the skylight repaired before our trip. Two days later it was done. Can't thank thank Stacy and Prime Roofing enough for getting the job done quickly so we could have piece of mind while gone. Now looking forward to having the whole roof done by Prime Roofing. read more

We're in the middle of several renovation projects currently and Prime Roofing was recommended by our friend and Realtor for a repair job (wish I had listened to her on other trades). I started out getting a couple bids from local contractors. Some wanted double the price Prime quoted me to do the same amount of work. Stacy and the crew did a great job on our house. I'll definitely be referring Prime Roofing to anybody that asks about our roof. read more

No update, as we selected another roofer who showed up on time and spent over an hour explaining everything.

We had Prime Roofing redo the flat roof over our garage back in 2010. During the last series of storms, we noted a minor leak. Stacey sent his crew out right away and fixed the problem. He also had his crew replace a couple of broken tile and remove debris from the flat roof - all at no cost to us. We are very pleased with Prime Roofing and would highly recommend them. I love a contractor that knows exactly what to do, manages every aspect of the job efficiently, and charges a very fair price. For those reasons we had a great experience with Prime Roofing. We don't live in Phoenix full time, so we needed a dependable roofer to get the job done on our tile and foam roof. Stacey, the owner, was always available by phone to explain the project, answer questions, set up the work schedule, and send photos of the finished work. This company is a gem. read more

We have used Stacey and Prime roofing for 10 years now on several projects. We know a family that had a leaky roof but could not afford to fix it. We asked Stacey to take a look. The roof needed to be replaced and Stacey offered a fair price and did the work. Two other houses in the neighborhood replaced roofs and the shingles do not look as good as the Prime Roofing Job. A roof is big investment.- it feels good to pull up and see it is the best looking roof. We have always trusted Stacey to do an excellent job. read more

It rained all day today and there is no water coming in my house! First time in years! Prime Roofing replaced my roof in exactly the time quoted and for exactly the price quoted (and I had received the quote almost a year prior). I never actually met anyone from the company: each day I left for work before they arrived and got home after they'd left but they kept everything clean and organized and when they were finished there was nothing showing that they'd even been there: except a roof with no leaks! Yay! read more
