He came to our home to give us a quote and then he came back to meet with us when we had additional questions regarding the quote and also the installation process. He was always on time and he would always call us the days he would come visit us to make sure we were still available. The Phoenix, AZ location was outstanding. First of all, I want to thank Bobby McBeth for coming out to our house within a few days from my call to give us a quote and for answering all our questions and concerns we had now living in the desert. He picked out our house colors within seconds of arriving and walked the whole house and explained the benefits of doing the whole house and not just sections of our home like we originally planned. We listened to Bobby and have no regrets for following his advise and doing doing the whole house. Now for the installation. We had an outstanding gentleman named OSCAR. He walked the whole house with us and we talked about how Exactly we wanted the gutters installed and the downspout locations. We brought seamless . Initially bummed out I had to wait a while to get on the schedule in order to get a quote I had looked around the valley for other companies. I also received quotes from other companies. However I kept my Original appointment with city seamless and I am so happy I did. Robert showed up to give me my quote and not only did he take the time to walk through what I wanted he had great advice on what color gutters to choose knowing that we will be painting our house in the future. He was very kind and personable to where it felt like a genuine conversation not only a business transaction. The installers were nothing but professional not only did they show up on time and call me prior to showing up they did a great job of installing the gutters along with taking off the shade screens I had forgotten to remove prior to the appointment. I got quotes 3 different companies, and City was the ONLY one that has the Straight Face seamless gutter machine. I did not want the curvy K style that everyone does, did not match my home, not my style. Overall 5 star job. Bobby was quick to get here and quote the job, super friendly as well. Steve and his helper came and did the install. Very professional, clean, neat and the gutters look terrific. Great install crew. Who'd have thought that gutters would make my house look so much better! The seamless Straight Face just makes the house look so sharp. Even my realtor who we used to buy the house noticed that when driving by. Now my house looks better, the rain runoff is controlled, and no more dirt splashing up on my stucco when it storms. From starting with an online estimate request to getting our rain gutter installed today, I am happy to say the whole process went smoothly. The estimator came out within 3 days of my request, he was polite and on time. We waited 3 weeks to schedule the work due to vacation plans but when I called back to accept the estimate we were scheduled within 3 weeks which I was ok with. The company called 5 days before our install to confirm the appt., and the workers called before they came to the house which I appreciated because I got busy and forgot they were coming. They both introduced themselves with a handshake which I appreciated. We went over the job and they quickly got started, their work was fast and efficient and looked great when finished. He quickly saw what we needed and how to work around potential obstacles, drew it up and quoted us in a short visit. We moved forward and were able to get an appointment reasonably fast. Matthew showed up on appt day, and after going over the big picture plan, got right to work! He worked quickly, yet thoroughly, being respectful of the structure, the few shrubs we do have, and even had a recommendation for us to match a rain chain my hubby surprised me with. The end result was perfectly matched to our home's colors, and blended in so nicely it's hard to notice them...until we really will appreciate them as the Phoenix monsoons come this summer! I am completely satisfied with their service from the quote process with Joel through the installation with Jesus. Jesus was awesome and did a very neat and absolutely professional job, the completed job looks great and I am a perfectionist. They quoted different options but finally decided just to do the entire parameter of the house and be done with it. You can tell a professional company because they completed the job and I was contacted to ensure my satisfaction. They did not insist on upfront deposit and even allowed me to mail in a check because we didn't want to put on a credit card. First class company. Had this company come out and give me an estimate for adding a rain gutter to one side of my house that was experiencing excessive groundwater build up after rain storms. From beginning to end this company handled me very well. When the installer showed up he did a meticulous job of attaching the gutter to my home.It looks fantastic as well. We had gutters installed a few years ago by another company who subsequent went out of business. This year, while landscaping our yard, we installed catch basins and underground drainage pipes, but the downspouts did not reach the catch basins. I needed two 12" downspout extensions. I called City Seamless, finding them on the internet, and explained the problem. They cut, painted and installed downspout extensions FOR FREE! These guys were so generous, helpful and kind that I can only imagine the level of professionalism that they offer for large jobs. I had an estimate from Brad who was very professional and honest. A small job on the back of the house and back porch, I had wanted a run of gutter on the side that did not need it as Brad pointed out. He was honest and said it was not necessary and did not want me to pay for something that was not needed.
