The night of Thursday, August 31, 2023 the summer monsoon hit The Valley pretty hard, causing several terracotta roof tiles to fall off my home. I submitted an online form (https://jtdroofingllc.com/contact-us/) Saturday, Labor Day Weekend. I got a text from Mariana Monday asking if someone could come out Wednesday to inspect my roof. We made an appointment. Tuesday morning, I got a text from Mariana that Juan was in my area and could inspect the damage and possibly repair it if I approve the recommended work. I said sure. Juan showed up late Tuesday morning and replaced the missing tiles and also conducted an overall inspection of the roof. The price I paid was fair. I was very impressed with the communication with Mariana and the excellent work performed by Juan. I have this company's contact now saved in my phone for future reference. I highly recommend them. Everyone showed up earlier and everything was anticipated to take one day. JTD came close except for a minor hiccup which they overcame. Juan explained the process as they were removing and installing replacement materials. I researched the Boral Seal they utilized and was pleased. Once completed any questions we had Juan answered. These guys work as a very well organized team, performing professional job, leaving behind the spotless site. I needed the gutter to be installed in addition to the roof repair. My roof need a repair, it is a problem existed a few years, I asked the quote, the response is quick, the price is reasonable. As I learned from the weather forecast, the rain is coming. I asked if we can make the appointment as early as possible, they looked at the schedule, made it work in a Saturday morning, A proper fix is implemented, they send me a bunch of photo (before vs after) on how the fix is done. Requested a quote for a roof leak and possible whole new roof. They scheduled a quote with a 3 hour window. They never showed up. I reached out 2 hours after the end of their scheduled window of time. I was told by the "owner" that they were really busy today and two people called out, so they couldn't make it today and he is sorry for not letting me know. As the owner I would think he would be more on top of what's going on in his business. I could only imagine what would happen if he was hired.
