Very good experience from the initial team quote to final day of work. Matt helped us from the beginning for installing a new drip system from scratch, along with putting in a bunch of rock ground cover. The crew installed the system very quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They installed my Rachio system I had already bought in my garage. After a lot of trenching and digging, the lines were in, along with a valves connecting to my hose/water source. The rock was dumped in 2 loads since it was such a large quantity. 2 guys from the crew worked hard over 2-3 days shoveling it into our front yard. They cleaned up everyday and finished the jobs perfectly. Very professional and didn't take any shortcuts. Matt came by several times to make sure everything was done properly which was great. Called on Pro outdoor systems here in Cave Creek to repair & add some irrigation drips along w fixing a definite leak in a line. Quoted $175 an hour. Quoted 2 hours to complete the work. Kinda pricey but agreed. After 3 trips out, charged over $800. Poor work completed and noticed drips aren't working. They've asked for another $100 trip to check on work. When it became obvious that it was time to replace our irrigation system, I got 3 quotes for that job along with installment of a paver walkway along the side of my house and stairs down a slope in my back yard. After discussing this job with the 3 contractors, it was an easy choice to go with Pro Outdoor Services. Josh was the only contractor really seemed interested in what we wanted, the only person to offer options on the irrigation system, and offered suggestions based on his experience in this business. For example, Josh asked if we had considered adding lighting along our driveway as it would be a much less expensive job if the trenches were already dug for the irrigation. We had been thinking about this but had not put the two projects together in our minds. This saved us a lot of money over doing it as two jobs. The job was started on the day that was promised and ended within the timeframe Pro Outdoor Services had promised. Josh and/or Robert, the manger who oversaw the job on a daily basis, checked in with us daily and kept us informed. The crew was extremely neat and polite. In all the times I've dealt with contractors, this was, by far, the most pleasant experience. The irrigation is working without any problems. The paver stairs and walkway are beautiful. Josh, the owner, was very fast to respond to a quote request for a mister system. He give us an accurate estimate within about 15 minutes, and then installed 3 days later. He also gave us some recommendations for 4 cool effects that we hadn't even thought of, like foggers around the pool, 5 cluster nozzles over the lounge chairs, etc. The upgrades were only acouple hundred more and well worth it - so glad he recommended them! I called this company to get a quote for a mister system for our back yard....got an email same day saying we'll be in touch. Took a few days to get a call back, the young lady says "are you still interested in getting a quote?".....uhhh yes. OK someone will call you to schedule.....she calls me back a few hours later, says "I forgot to tell you our minimum price for mister systems is $2500.00....do you still want to get a quote?" I said that's interesting I've never heard of a "minimum" how do you know my size yard, etc.... she says well $2500.00 is the minimum regardless of how small. I'm intrigued to get a quote now, I want to see what $2500.00 gets you. OK a few days later (maybe a week) Matthew calls me. We discuss what I'm looking for....he says "let me pull you up on Google map, I can see your house that way", long story short, he's giving me pricing over the phone.....really??? "Well I can see your house on Google Map so I see your layout" Really??? I say... "How old is the Google Map you're using...do you see the addition we added on at the end of house?" "Oh, no I don't, this is probably 2015 version" OK I say, "we just built the additional this past year. So you're not really getting current and exact info using Google Map"....but my pricing now goes up to $2800.00 to $2900.00. He continues to tell me what or how they could possibly install our mister system...but also keeps adding "possible" extra costs, $100.00 for this $100.00 for that, etc.....we'll know once we get out there to do it. I tell him let me digest what you've shared and I'll get back to you. Meanwhile I call another company - company owner calls me back, comes out to my house, gives me a detailed, written out quote on what his company will provide along with his pricing. Returned from a trip to find a hole in my yard. Yup, one of my drip lines went pop, and water was simply drilling its way towards my foundation. Well, it was time to look at some rehab of the whole system anyway, so I called Pro Outdoor, and they had someone out the next day to assess. The following day, the work began, and the team was great, very professional, very clear with what was happening. Reading the other reviews, I cannot believe that this is the same company. I had contacted the company for a backyard remodel. I was very pleased with them at our initial meeting. They informed me that in order to move forward I would need to pay $1,000.00 for plans. Thinking that this was a reputable company we chose to pay the $1,000., that if we went forward the money would go towards our renovations. I thought we couldn't lose. I was so wrong. When we went to see what they had come up with we were so disappointed. The 3D images showed materials that don't exist, so tile that we liked wasn't even real. They had no samples of actual tile, and only one example of low grade artificial turf. The main things they focused on were not what we requested but turned into their own priorities that we felt were unnecessary. We left very disappointed and only received one email with small changes made. Needless to say our trust in them was gone and we have not heard from them since. I would be very wary of paying the upfront fees. We feel we absolutely wasted time and $1000.00 by calling Pro outdoor services! read more

Be warned! This company will not pay for its mistakes. I had a broken irrigation value replaced - in a timely and functional manner in June. However, the technician inadvertently left the sprinkler valve open. This cost me approximately $600 in inflated water costs and killed a half dozen of my plants due to overwatering. When I called the company for resolution, I spoke with a friendly, responsive woman who received photos of the bills and plants. The response from management was incredibly illogical and used as a basis to refuse to provide any compensation to remedy the damage due to their negligence. Their claim was that my water bill was not high enough for ProOutdoor to take responsibility. $600 of wasted water doesn't interest them in claiming responsibility. Perhaps $1,000 would? Or, $2,000 or $3,000? Utilize this company at your own risk. I find ProOutdoor's conduct in my case to be unethical. read more

I called because our backyard was becoming a swamp and water was collecting on the side of our house. Luxe Outdoor Environments came out to assess the situation, told me what was wrong, made some recommendations, and came a couple days later to complete the work. Robert, Manuel, and another nice man whose name I cannot recall were extremely professional, thorough, and hardworking. They completed the work an hour earlier than they thought they would, so they reduced the cost because of the saved labor. They installed a pressure-reducing valve, repaired leaks in drip lines, replaced bad emitters and a sprinkler nozzle. In addition, they replaced valves and replaced the timer (as ours was not working). I usually do my research before I call a company for help. This time I called randomly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this company: professional, reliable, and affordable.
