I have only had one worse company do work at my house. I am so very, very disappointed with Eli and brother Nehe. Early September 2024. I advised them the next day that they missed a sliding glass patio door and another small window. Said they could stop by the next time they were in Sun City. After not hearing from him for 3+ weeks, I told Eli now that the sun was coming in thru the other patio door, it was quite streaky. Then started all the excuses and accusations against me. Including his plea that he has never gotten a bad review. I guess that was to mean I must be nuts. Well surprise!! NOT. Furthermore, window track dust etc was just brushed onto the floor and carpet. Today was the first time we had our windows cleaned by Squeaky Clean. Although we had a scheduled time they called and asked if we minded an earlier time, which worked out fine for us. We were thrilled with the work they did. Tracks were vacuumed, screens were brushed and windows were washed inside and outside. The couple that did the work were kind, personable, and professional. Used them for a couple of years. Made an appointment last year for this year. It was to be this morning between 8-9. I called to ensure that they would be, it was an absolute yes, so I moved furniture. Only reason I called was because you would have thought "They" would have called as a reminder. However, I was ready for them. At 10:30 I called again, no answer and voice mail full. I tried again at 11:30, again, no answer. So I will never use them again! When you make an appointment a year in advance you should have service. So I'm done! I would suggest you not use this company. read more

My outside windows really needed cleaning. I called Squeaky Clean and they responded quickly and scheduled a cleaning within the week. They arrived when they said they would although the time was adjusted slightly. The guys were very personable. They did a beautiful job in no time. The cost was reasonable. Called to get a quote from Squeaky Clean. Whomever I spoke with asked where I lived, if my windows had screens, and how often they're cleaned. I told him no screens, and they're cleaned every six months. My home is only 1300 square feet, single story, but he didn't ask the size of my home, or how many windows. Just quoted me $180.00...which is at least $60.00 more than most companies!! He wasn't friendly, and didn't seem to care to have me as a client. Bye Bye! read more

Clean window 2 weeks ago put in offer on market place , i made a reservation for them to come to clean my windows they said they couldn't come until tge fallowing week I schedule them to come and I cancelled my work appointment to be there for them on a Friday , I add an event planned on the sat , the Thursday they just cancelled by text telling me that wasn't convenient anymore for them to come , they dumped me , I told them that they need to reschedule but I hit no answer since , and I believed that the reason is that the promotion better than anticipated and they thought why work with a discount when we can charge full amount terrible I lost my day and my event was without my window clean Shame on them read more
