We negotiated and agreed on $150 per month, which he accepted. However, after his first visit--where he spent about an hour and a half cleaning--he demanded $150 immediately, insisting it was per visit. My staff explained that we were quoted $150/month, not per service, and that we normally pay vendors by invoice. Despite this, he refused to leave the store, repeatedly harassing my staff for immediate payment. They felt uncomfortable and pressured, especially since they're not responsible for handling payments. To make matters worse, after inspecting the windows, they were streaked and looked worse than before. He later began calling us, still demanding immediate payment. We won't be using his services again and would not recommend him to other businesses based on this experience.
