I created a Yelp project and within 5 minutes, Jerry contacted me. Super nice guy! And, to my amazement, he was able to come to my house within 30 minutes and begin the projects. Jerry is very nice, very capable, organized and motivated. I was amazed at how quickly Jerry and Trey were able to get my small projects completed. Jerry quoted me a price and delivered for that amount without any issues! The hole caused leak in garage and water gushing thru from recent heavy rains!! We had to fix it and asked the owner of AZ Holiday Lighting to pay for partial or refund our money. She said, "There is absolutely no way possible that we had anything to do with your roof and if we did, it's states in our contract that we have a right to fix it first". Do not use!!!

She took my 25% down and they came to install the day before Thanksgiving. The people who came out to install seemed nice and the install was quick. Well that night the lights didn't come on, found out the timer was broke. Then when we turned them on they were not the LED we paid for and some strands were not working and there is a ton of broken bulbs. I have called and left FOUR voicemails. I know they have received my calls because their voicemail message has changed. I was told the day the lady gave an estimate they would be out the next day to replace broken/ none working strands if we had any. What a joke. I am very upset with this service. It's my kids first Christmas with their dad not here and thanks to them we can't even have the Christmas lights we paid for. Don't trust this company because obviously they only care about the money and not the quality of work. And to add to my review I noticed on the contract they didn't put what lights I wanted (tricky) luckily for me I have a camera who recorded our whole convo and clearly stated I wanted LED and how they would be out right away to fix the lights if not working.
