Mike prefers to bid jobs. His bid actually seemed low to me for all the work I wanted him to do. Mike works very meticulously, he is a details guy. This translates to excellent work and he isn't fast because of it. But he is very good, so it's ok. I ended up giving Mike a substantial tip, because he did such great work, and he was at my home much longer than I expected. I hired Mike to do windows and a lot more on a single house. I had him clean and wash the roof which had been covered with oak tree mulch for years. I had him power wash all exterior walls, and finally clean all windows and screens. In hindsight, I realize he does this for a living and bids jobs all the time. My point is that I doubt Mike under-bid my job, he just doesn't price gouge. He offers a fair price for excellent work. Finally, I cannot leave out mentioning that Mike is the kind of person who you can trust in your home. You will know what I mean right away when you meet him. He is hard working, professional appearing, a good communicator, sticks to his job and doesn't banter or make small talk. He just comes to do the job, and he will even call a couple days later to see if you noticed anything he may have missed. I'd hire Mike again for sure. read more

I utilized the residential window cleaning services of Super Clean Home Services recently and I am very happy with the results. Not only was I happy with the windows but I was actually surprised with the level of customer service and professionalism. Michael (the owner of the company who completed the job) wore shoe covers to protect my floors. He also placed absorbent cloth under each window when he cleaned them to catch any drips.
