I found Apple High on a search on the BBB website, reached out for an estimate and heard back immediately (this was a Sunday evening). The very next morning, Tyrone came right on time and provided an estimate to replace 8-9 glass window units per an inspection, in the home I'm selling. He was knowledgeable, personable, and gave a very honest and competitive quote. This was our 4th estimate we received, and it was clear we wanted to use Apple High (all other companies were gimmicky and telling us we needed a full window replacement, very slow to respond, gave unreasonable quotes, etc.). I let Tyrone know we were up against a very tight timeline (had to be out of current house within 9 days of the estimate, and this was 6 days before Christmas). He was very honest and informed us he would give me a timeline once he had materials in hand. I paid my deposit online (it was a very easy payment system that Apple High uses...another issue with the other companies: they wanted cash or zelle, that seemed strange to me!) Anyway, Tyrone ordered glass the same day, confirmed delivery on the 20th. He was very communicative every step of the way. The 20th of December rolled around, and Tyrone texted me bright and early to ask if he could come install today (I was assuming we would push the date, as it was raining this day). I was definitely not expecting him to get all supplies and do the job within 2 days of the estimate! He came right on time, quickly got to work (in the rain!), and did a FANTASTIC JOB!
