I've never written a bad review before, but I have also never been treated this horribly before. This company only cares about upselling and doesn't actually care about your needs. There are much more qualified companies out there. These guys charged us $3,000 for nothing. they did not fix the door. Told us there was a problem with the door and then tried to get us to buy a door from them, claiming they would help by offering a discount. I stupidly believed them and thought there was something wrong with the door. But after bringing in another company, they told me the door was perfectly fine and fixed everything in an hour! ONE hour and for only $1,000! After this company said that the door was broken and charged me $3,000 for their time and a not properly installed door that wouldn't open. To make matters worse, when I confronted them they responded with horribly rude comments, calling me a Karen for wanting my money back, commenting on my livelihood. Alex and his team were referred to me by another one of his existing or past customers. I had a sliding glass door that had cracked and broke into pieces due to the recent summer heat wave. I had reached out to other companies and most were not responsive or just plain incompetent. Alex and his team came onsite to measure the glass and then contacted the manufacturer to place the order for the specialized glass. After waiting about two weeks, he scheduled time with me to replace the glass. His team came onsite and cleaned up after themselves, after installing the new glass. They installed the window, and it looks fine, but there were definitely issues. First off, they were very responsive in the beginning and came back with a quick price and only a 2 week lead time. But that is when things started to go bad because it actually took 5 weeks for the install to happen. When trying to schedule an install date, they also became very unresponsive. Finally, when the install happened, the old glass window shattered, and they did a very poor job cleaning it up. I ended up spending a good amount of time cleaning up broken glass after they left. They also left a mess inside, which could have been easily cleaned up if they cared at all. There was also a lot of chips to the outside brick, and huge chips to the inside drywall that they just filled with a massive amount of caulk. It was a really old window in a 1950s home and probably not easy getting it out, but the whole job just seemed sloppy. On top of that, I paid for a frosted glass, but they installed a clear glass. They agreed to install a frosted tint for their mistake but still charged me for the more expensive glass. It just seemed like they didn't really care, and I would definitely not use again. read more

After a few other quotes, we had them out to give an in person estimate. They even helped answer some questions about other windows not related to the window we needed replaced. They followed up that same day with an estimate and it was competitive and lower than the other quotes. They were accommodating and understanding when we had go old school and use checks for payment ( I know it was more of a hassle) They were prompt to respond and follow up with questions we had while waiting on the manufacturer.
