Beware. There are much better companies out there with better prices. This team is inexperienced in installing doors and botched our door install. If they couldn't complete the install then they should have given us our money back but they never refunded us. read more

I've never written a bad review before, but I have also never been treated this horribly before. This company only cares about upselling and doesn't actually care about your needs. There are much more qualified companies out there. These guys charged us $3,000 for nothing. they did not fix the door. Told us there was a problem with the door and then tried to get us to buy a door from them, claiming they would help by offering a discount. I stupidly believed them and thought there was something wrong with the door. But after bringing in another company, they told me the door was perfectly fine and fixed everything in an hour! ONE hour and for only $1,000! After this company said that the door was broken and charged me $3,000 for their time and a not properly installed door that wouldn't open. To make matters worse, when I confronted them they responded with horribly rude comments, calling me a Karen for wanting my money back, commenting on my livelihood. I hope no one else falls pray to this horrible customer service. The texts speak for themselves, so unprofessional. read more

Alex and his team were referred to me by another one of his existing or past customers. I had a sliding glass door that had cracked and broke into pieces due to the recent summer heat wave. I had reached out to other companies and most were not responsive or just plain incompetent. Alex and his team came onsite to measure the glass and then contacted the manufacturer to place the order for the specialized glass. After waiting about two weeks, he scheduled time with me to replace the glass. His team came onsite and cleaned up after themselves, after installing the new glass. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Highly recommended for your glass repair and install needs. read more

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot. And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here read more

These guys are the best company to come to for any window repairs. My house was burglarized and I called another company but they told me I had to wait. When I called Golden Arrow, they told me I could get same day service. I was so grateful & felt a sense of security. Thank you! read more

Doesn't work on weekends or after 4pm. Refused business because they work less than bankers hours. What a joke of a company - avoid

Alex and his team with Golden Arrow Glass was wonderful to work with! We had a large double pane window crack on the outside and it needed to be replaced. Alex was very responsive to my request for a quote and out of the other 3 people I received quotes from he was the only one to reach out and communicate with me and follow up on what are needs were. Golden Arrow Glass received our business because their estimate was fair and consistent with all of the other quotes we received, but most of all because of their responsiveness and excellent communication! Excellent work and I would recommend Golden Arrow Glass for any window or glass needs. read more

We needed an adjustment of a sagging glass shower door. I called Golden Arrow and they scheduled us for later the same day. Adrian and Carlos arrived and immediately went to work. It didn't take them long to discover that we needed more than just a door adjustment. We ok'd the job and they went to work on the repair of our shower door. These guys were terrific. They were a great team and couldn't be more professional. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. read more

I was so pleased to find Golden Arrow Glass Co. They were incredibly responsive. Each time I had a question, they responded immediately. All of the people at Golden Arrow that we worked with were a pleasure. I mentioned that they were so responsive, and Alex said they try to treat everyone as if they are family. I truly believe that--because that is how we were treated. The response time was fast, the bid was competitive, the glass came in very quickly--within two weeks, I think, and the installation was great. Great company. I will use them again when necessary and I highly recommend them. Kay F. read more

Golden Arrow did a great job from start to finish! They replaced glass on a large custom door and replaced the screen door, wheels and door handle on my patio slider door. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced. The custom door glass fix ended up being more complex than we all thought but they provided us options and the door looks beautiful. I highly recommend them! read more

They installed the window, and it looks fine, but there were definitely issues. First off, they were very responsive in the beginning and came back with a quick price and only a 2 week lead time. But that is when things started to go bad because it actually took 5 weeks for the install to happen. When trying to schedule an install date, they also became very unresponsive. Finally, when the install happened, the old glass window shattered, and they did a very poor job cleaning it up. I ended up spending a good amount of time cleaning up broken glass after they left. They also left a mess inside, which could have been easily cleaned up if they cared at all. There was also a lot of chips to the outside brick, and huge chips to the inside drywall that they just filled with a massive amount of caulk. It was a really old window in a 1950s home and probably not easy getting it out, but the whole job just seemed sloppy. On top of that, I paid for a frosted glass, but they installed a clear glass. They agreed to install a frosted tint for their mistake but still charged me for the more expensive glass. It just seemed like they didn't really care, and I would definitely not use again. read more

From start to finish Golden Arrow Glass was top tier customer service. I began with submitting a project request through Yelp and they were one of the first companies to respond. After a few other quotes, we had them out to give an in person estimate. They even helped answer some questions about other windows not related to the window we needed replaced. They followed up that same day with an estimate and it was competitive and lower than the other quotes. They were accommodating and understanding when we had go old school and use checks for payment ( I know it was more of a hassle) They were prompt to respond and follow up with questions we had while waiting on the manufacturer. On the day of the window replacement they messaged the approximate time of arrive and they were right on time. Quick and clean install. Overall just good people. They will be our go to for any glass needs. read more

I shattered our patio glass door and contacted four companies. Golden Arrow Glass was fast to respond, had outstanding customer service, a reasonable price, and was able to complete the job in less than a week. This was faster to complete the job than another company that couldn't even come out to make a bid for weeks. They were clean, respectful, explained what they were doing, and made me very comfortable with all aspects of the job. I am so impressed with this company, that I would give them an even higher rating if I could. Alex and Julien, the owners, provided the outstanding service for me. They also do screens, shower enclosures, and other glasswork. I am so impressed that I am having them do additional jobs for me! read more

Golden Arrow Glass is prompt and professional. Other window repair companies had not responded back in time, therefore I went these guys; and so glad I did.
