We are so grateful to Daniel Lopez with Renaissance Home Repair and Hauling, LLC for the wonderful…read morework he did to make my senior citizen mom's bathtub safer and easier for her to use. My mom had been struggling to step into her bathtub and had even fallen in the tub. We knew we needed to find a safer solution, but a full walk-in tub was simply not affordable for us. Daniel recommended modifying the existing bathtub so that my mom could step in and out more easily, while also adding sturdy support bars to help with her balance and safety. We couldn't be happier with the results! The modification has made such a difference. My mom can still step into the tub, which actually helps her maintain and practice her balance, but it is now much easier for her to get in and out. The support bars give her the extra stability she needs, and most importantly, I now have peace of mind knowing my mom is safer when she takes a shower. Daniel was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very considerate of our needs. He completed the entire project in just one day--and finished even faster than he originally anticipated! We truly appreciated his recommendation to find a solution that was both practical and affordable for our family. We highly recommend Daniel Lopez and Renaissance Home Repair and Hauling, LLC to anyone looking for quality work, reasonable solutions, and someone who genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you, Daniel, for giving our family something priceless--peace of mind and a safer bathroom for our mom!

In our opinion, we would not use Mr. Buff again. We took out full insurance (paying extra for this…read moreservice) and were not reimbursed for a broken/damaged vacuum. It would have only cost them $150.00 to resolve the issue. The wife pointed out the damage and claimed to have fixed it during the move however it was left cracked and broken needing to be replaced. They also broke/damaged two mirrors so the bad luck is theirs to own. When we texted to file a claim they left us on read and failed to respond. When we called them, they hung up on us and blocked us. Additionally, they had issues with their bank making processing our check and wiring funds a time consuming headache and frustrating inconvenience as we were attempting to get settled in to our new home. When attempting to resolve this issue they were insulting and unprofessional. Further, when arriving at our moving destination, Mr. Buff was more concerned about beating rush hour traffic than a senior citizen's and pets safety and well being during a stressful time. Additionally they miscalculated the move and had several items, including furniture, strapped to the back of the truck and placed in our personal vehicle to transport the items. We had to leave several items at the old house since they would not fit in their truck. We did not find their behavior or performance to be professional. Moving forward (pun intended) we would not work with Mr. Buff again. * Update to Mr. Buff's response. There was an issue with Buff's bank processing our check that cleared despite his false claim. Before we could even check with our bank to verify the issue, Buff threatened to call the police on an elderly senior citizen falsely claiming fraud. The stress caused by Buff's threats almost sent this senior citizen to the hospital that morning. As far as we know, the issue was a glitch with Buff's bank, and that bank apologized to us for the inconvenience, stress and trouble. Buff was paid in full that day but he fails to note this fact in his response to our review. He could not have been paid in full that day if we had insufficient funds as he falsely claims in his dishonest response. Shame on Mr. Buff and his shady team.
