Michael quoted me at 6 hours to complete some tasks, then after he was done for the day he…read moreestimated he needed another 4-5 hours to get the other tasks completed. Total list of tasks were: Replace 2 ceiling fans Replace 2 towel rods Swap the motors on 3 bathroom exhaust fans Swap the faucets on 2 bathroom sinks Replace 3 bathroom toilet roll holders I told him I was unwilling to pay for additional 4-5 hours worth of work that he estimated it would have taken to get all the tasks done. I felt like $300 worth of labor should have been plenty to get the tasks done. In my world if you quote someone for a price for a job, that's what they pay, not double. When I called to let him know that the one toilet paper holder he mounted was crooked, he claimed it wasn't until I told him I used a digital level to determine it was mounted 5 degrees off. I guess that's my fault for not checking his work before he left. He said he'd call back to schedule to come by and fix it, but that never happened. Michael is more trouble than he's worth. My fiancée couldn't get any work done due to constant interrupting, requests for her to help him during the tasks, and personal questions that were none of his business that had nothing to do with completing the job that he kept asking. Its none of his business to know my custody arrangement with my ex-wife.

True to his word, he arrived exactly on time. He was incredibly informative, explaining the entire process and how long it would take. Because it was a pressing matter, my in-laws let him know we needed it done as soon as possible. The very next day, Evan arrived with his team to begin the installation. Every member of the crew was professional, respectful, and efficient, completing the job within a few hours. The new door is actually higher quality than the original! Evan just needs to return for a quick paint touch-up to perfectly match the existing trim. Evan did an amazing job and delivered on every single promise. We cannot thank him enough for the professionalism and empathy he showed our family during a stressful time. We are definitely keeping his number for future repairs and highly recommend Evan and Moody Desert!

I can't say enough great things about Bill! We had four holes that needed to be repaired after a…read moreplumbing issue, and because our walls are textured, matching the texture was incredibly important to us. From the start, Bill took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and how he planned to do it. He carefully taped off the work areas and treated our home as if it were his own. He was efficient, meticulous, and left everything clean when he finished. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and takes pride in his work. On top of that, he's simply a kind, good human being. He even took a few minutes to help me troubleshoot a small electrical issue while he was here! His pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed that I've already passed his card along to family members. I would recommend Bill without hesitation.

If you are looking for professional service and excellent quality, William will deliver!…read more William responded promptly to my call, provided a fast and fair estimate; and completed the work a few days later. We had a ceiling water leak from an AC condensation pipe. The AC pipe was moved to outside by plumbers so that proper inspections could be made with heating and air checks, but the ceiling was left damaged and stained. The water ran along one of the cathedral ceiling support beams. It was a definite eye-sore. We found William (owner of Drywall Perfection) through on-line reviews. All his reviews are excellent and they do not lie. William's work is the best we've ever seen. His work is seamless. He does not do touch up painting, however we could not tell where the damage began or ended. There was no evidence, other the eye-sore of a stain was gone, that drywall work had been completed. In addition to William's quality of work, he's professional and personable. He respected our space and time. We appreciate the service and quality William provided. His work will impress you too, no doubt!

I made a post on the Peoria Community Group Page on Facebook and looked for recommendations to have…read morethe spigot in our backyard replaced. Functions with no issues, but it has had a slight drip since my wife and I bought our home a few years ago. The spigot gets direct afternoon sun all year long and is exposed to the elements. It's understandable that it would need to be replaced at some point in time. Unfortunately, I am no plumber. Actually, who am I kidding? ...I'm not really all that handy at all. My wife knew this before she married me. Thankfully, businesses like J&M Home Maintenance Services exist because of dudes like me! I had several suggestions recommended to me for local businesses that could help me replace the spigot in my backyard. I reached out to J&M Home Maintenance Services and Eric (the business owner) reached out to me almost immediately. He was the first to respond and therefore, he got my vote. After the other quotes started coming in, he was also the cheapest! WIN / WIN! Not only did he reply immediately, but he did so on a Sunday (the day I sent my request for a quote to him) If that's not customer service, then I don't know what is. Anywho, Eric was able to get us scheduled on Tuesday - just 2 days after my initial request. It wasn't an emergency by any means so this was completely fine. He was a little late for the appointment, but shot me an e-mail as a courtesy to let me know which I appreciated. He e-mailed me again to let me know when he was on his way and when to expect him which was also awesome. He introduced himself and was very professional, polite and courteous. Not only did Eric replace the spigot that we initially requested, but he even went so far as to replace the secondary spigot that shares the same line (which we never use). He replaced that one at the same time in case we ever want to add a secondary hose for watering purposes. My wife and I were very impressed by the work he did as well as how efficient he was. He obviously takes a lot of pride in the work he does and the business with which he operates. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Eric at J&M Home Maintenance Services for all of your home maintenance needs! We will most definitely be utilizing him again at some point in time in the future. Thanks again, Eric!
