If I could give this guy a zero I would. THEY ARE A SCAM. He quotes me a 4hr job to repair two holes in my wall so fine. He sends over a repair man who told me like 5 times he was sick so he will be a little slow. After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I guess that's what I get for not hiring someone licensed and bonded. Lesson learned.

To say that Gino is as professional as they come would be an understatement. His staff is second to none when it comes to the quality of work that they give you and the final cost is extremely fair where you'll feel tremendously satisfied once the work has been completed. Gino will respond quickly to you as well, which is contrary to a lot of those other handyman services around the valley. This company obviously takes pride in their trade which is why I would highly recommend Cracker Jacks to anyone who is looking for unfinished projects to finally be completed around the home.

Excellent Customer Service!…read more I recently hired Scott at Diamondback Home Theater to mount three, large screen TVs in my Scottsdale Home. From my first contact with Scott to the completion of the project, I could not have been more pleased. Scott was great at communicating in advance of his service. We discussed the project, my expectations, and specific needs. Importantly, I did not want to see any wires and that some of the mounting locations would be difficult, including one wall that was curved. Scott kept me apprised of his schedule via text and arrived promptly. He brought the perfect mounts for each location and his price for the mounts was very reasonable. Meticulous in his work, Scott put down tarps to protect our floors and carpeting. He measured everything carefully in advance, ran new Romex wire behind the walls and installed new outlets behind the TVs. He connected the RF boxes via HDMI and hid the boxes behind the TVs, as well. The result was a very clean and streamlined look in each room and TVs that function perfectly. The price for the entire project was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Scott was friendly and courteous throughout the project and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely contract with Scott/Diamondback Home Theater again and highly recommend him.
