Once I paid him in full prior to the job being done he stopped being as responsive and I currently don't even know what's going on with the rest of this. Which was actually a fair price compared to other estimates I got. He completed a laundry list of items for me. With recessed lighting in 3 major rooms. Required several new light switch re-wiring as well as exterior outlets and many other things. He was very precise and did an excellent job! Anything I didn't like (which wasn't much) he was quick to fix and correct to make sure I was happy overall. Check out the photos. I'm a perfectionist and quite honestly very happy with the level of work he did and how it looks. Super happy.

I had a horrible feeling this was way over priced but I said yes because I didn't know any better, he said "he already had the part with him". He completed the job in less then half an hour. It got completely inappropriate as he was leaving he forgot a tool in my kitchen, I reminded him to take and he said "I was trying to leave it here as an excuse to come back" this was extremely unprofessional, NOT welcomed or acceptable! I then went about my day until I actually looked at the "new receptacle" IT is NOT new! When he replaced my receptacle all he did was go to his vehicle and retrieve a receptacle it was NOT in any packaging or a box because the only thing tossed out was my old receptacle. This discovery (a used part put in as new) was extremely alarming because I don't know how long it will last, etc. I forgot to mention: This guy also when asked how payment was accepted I asked do you accept Venmo, Check, card and I stopped because I was like who expects cash and he said I don't have the capability for those... Red flags! When I called a friend at finding an old part installed as new, My friend advised me to request an itemized invoice and 3 days later this man sent me not an Itemized invoice but an invoice with a total on the bottom of $300. My friend reached out to this guy for a quote in secret and this man quoted for 2 receptacle replacements $300 so why am I getting charged that price for one? and he still won't send me an itemized invoice. But I chose Super Electric because they were very professional and responsive. I was not in any rush, but scheduling the estimate was easy and they were able to send someone within a couple of days. I also really appreciated being asked if I wanted them to wear a mask when they came over. Joe came and did my estimate. He was very professional and friendly. I know for professionals, installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet is not complicated, but Joe explained the process very well and made sure all of my questions were answered. We played a little bit of phone tag to schedule the actual install, but when he came out again, he was just as friendly and professional. He had someone with him who I believe is named Bill. He was also very friendly, funny, and professional. They finished the job and cleaned up and vacuumed the debris they had made when drilling the hole which I appreciated. As I mentioned, Super Electric was not the cheapest of my options, but I am extremely satisfied with their workers and the job they did. I will definitely use them again for any electrical needs.

I hired Super Electric to install a ceiling fan. Super Electric advised ceiling fan installs start…read moreat $183. I sent the fan webpage and installation manual approximately a week before the install. The spot was wired for a fan and had a mount. Shortly after arriving I was initially quoted $600, plus a $99 membership that would give me 10% off. After advising how outlandish the charge was when compared to the initial quote of $183, I was told the fan had special wiring because it was a smart fan, and larger. The fan is not some massive 90" fan: it was 62", so ten inches larger than a standard fan. I have also installed three smart fans myself, there is absolutely ZERO extra wiring involved. That is a complete lie. I recognized that the fan is a bit larger, so I told the installer to leave my property and call his owner, because I would pay no more than $250, which is still more than $70 more than the initial quote, give the increased size and weight of the fan. I also told him I would absolutely not pay a service call fee, which was not even mentioned in the chat. After about five minutes, Super Electric agreed to install it for $250. After installing it, the fan made a loud knocking sound, which the installer could have probably heard if he removed his headphones and turned the fan on to full speed. After one day of use at a low speed, the knocking sound returned. I got up on a ladder, something I was trying to avoid by hiring them, and noticed that 4-5 screws were not even remotely flush. I contacted the manufacturer with pictures, who confirmed the mistakes. Total waste of $250. I contacted Super Electric on 5/10 via email and will give them a business day to remedy the mistake, or I will be forced to charge back via my credit card. Do not trust a single quote you get from them.

He set up an appointment with us knowing my husband had work that day so he would be getting up an hour earlier than normal. That morning came and the appointment time came. After 30 minutes past my husband tried calling him but he didn't answer. My husband texted him asking if he was running late. He received a reply. Garret said he wouldn't have time for us afterall and gave us a number for a different company. If he knew he wasn't going to have time then he should have been professional about it and called to cancel instead of making us reach out twice before telling us. If you want someone reliable then definitely call a different company as this guy wasted our time and couldn't be bothered with calling us to tell us he was blowing us off.

"For the numerous visits to your house" He was out once to assess the project, free of charge. He had another appointment after the second visit. Obviousl, he did not schedule enough time to complete the work. According to the hours he worked the bill should have been $250. I gave him $300. He did not give me change. We called the owner, Sead, yesterday morning, desperate to resolve the AC breaker issue and not wanting to spend another night sleeping lightly and getting up in the middle of the night to reset the tripped AC breaker, and he made an appointment for us as soon as we got off of work yesterday. (He was actually sitting at my house waiting for me as I drove up last night!) As usual he was a true gentleman and extremely friendly as I demonstrated our current issue, which as it turned out is a recurrence of a similar breaker issue we had three years ago and Sead was able to recall it perfectly and even remembered that when he came out to fix the issue three years ago that I was in the hospital on mandatory bed rest. (He even remembered that, like him, we are fans of the German rock band Rammstein!) I was extremely impressed with his memory recall and touched at his exclamations of delight when meeting my toddler that I was on bed rest with three years ago. Like I said, he's super nice! Anyway, on the business end of things Sead is a straight shooter, he will tell you *exactly* what you need (and no more) and what it'll cost to get it done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and super friendly electrician!

Sead came and did not have all the parts needed so I had to go and get what he forgot to get, I had work to do but had to play errand boy for him most of the day. The lights went in "ok", some were missing the guts after he left so we had to beg him to come back to fix things. The switches were installed as well even though he made the holes too large for the beauty plate. Sead also made 8+ holes in our walls to try and get the wires down the wall, we were not expecting this nor were we told about this and when I asked who was going to pay for it he said "not me". Lots of pictures to show the damage he caused. Sead also failed to install an outside receptacle as we hired him to do and when we ask him about it a day or two later he get mad and said we never had an agreement to do that, we did, and that he would charge us $75 to do it! Sead installed the other two outlets but just left the wires in the box and not wired into anything! We have photos of that too. He said we only hired him to do a "rough in" what kind of non sense is that?! I hired an electrician, a professional, to do a complete job not half done. We have now filed a BBB complaint as well as a open complaint to the registrar of contractors and will go after his license to make sure he doesn't screw anyone else over.
