Repeat customer here, but a recent experience left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I scheduled not one, not two, but three appointments, and somehow Jeff miss-handled every single one of them. The first appointment was completely forgotten with no notice or communication until after I reached out to follow-up. We then agreed on a second appointment and on the same day, he canceled. We further agreed to a third appointment, and 30-minutes before our scheduled time, I received a text saying he could not make it and to find someone else to do the job. While communication with Jeff was cordial and polite, the schedule mismanagement and lack of respect of a repeat customer's time was not. read more

Jeff was referred to me so I called for a quote to remove two lights and install two new ones. He asked how tall of a ladder he would need so he could provide me an estimate over the phone based on the height of the ceiling. I also offered to provide more information such as photos and he indicated that was not necessary. He then quoted me what the job would cost and I accepted. After Jeff arrived, he needed help with the removal of one of the lights from me, his customer which I realized I must offer. This was a heavy light and in fairness probably would have increased his quote up front. Nonetheless, he should have told me before doing the work how much more it would cost and ultimately the light diffuser was destroyed while lowering the old light which I had planned to sell. He completed the job and also added a dimmer switch for another light he installed that was not part of the original quote which I was happy to pay for. However, when the job was completed, he charged me 30% more than his original quote. I feel this was a classic bait and switch. read more

The electrician was able to come in same day we called. The service was very efficient and he offered to change two light switches for the price of one. He was very professional, prompt, and quick. I would highly recommend him and add him to your phone list as an electrician! read more

I was a repeat client and gave this guy a lot of business he no showed me two times in one week without even a courtesy phone call and asked me to be patient a little longer this guy is very inconsiderate and has changed his business model tremendously from the service we were used to getting I have also let those who I referred him to know not to use him any longer I suggest you find a reputable electrician who sticks to their word read more

Being new to the area, we relied on Yelp for help find a good electrician to help with hanging pendant lights in the kitchen and well as in the master bath and hanging a chandelier over the jacuzzi tub. Jeff came out within 24 hours on us reaching out to him and gave us a verbal quote and we scheduled later in the evening and he was able to get us in the very next night. Jeff and his team were true professionals from the start of the job all the way through the end. They knew that my wife was the "boss of the job" and not to listen to anything I said and we had some great laughs throughout the job. I was really impressed. I believe the man's name was Mike ( he did the work a few weeks ago). He came out and installed a chandelier in my bathroom. The kicker was that I needed a trim peice to go over the wall/box in the ceiling. This man went to lowes and picked out the perfect one and chandelier light bulbs. Also he informed me prior to the install that the ight bulbs i needed were from france and would have to be specially ordered. I had him do the install anyway. For everything it was $120 and what a nice guy. The next day I got a call from him that he found adapters for the bulbs so that I wouldn't have to order bulbs from france. If you want the hardest working, the most innovative, a "can-do" electrician, you need to hire Jeff. A Navy vet, this guy is heads and shoulders above anyone else.
