Artistic Entry Transformations put an amazing door insert in my parents' home. They had a very dark entryway and it utterly transformed their house from curb appeal to interior appeal. I decided to get a consultation, too. The company is family owned and everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful. I picked out a decorative door insert and we set an installation date. They took down my existing door, cut out the larger opening to accommodate the insert. Two hours later, the team of brothers brought in my new door, added some touch up paint, cleaned the glass and BAM! Total transformation. This is a great company. A few years ago we contracted with Artistic Entry based in Scottsdale, Arizona. My issue with this company is not the design of the security door, rather the poor, inept customer service they have offered since our purchase. I have been having problems with the fit of the door itself, overtime it's not a good seal. The bottom right side of the door is bowed, allowing dirt and bugs in. I called in March to have it looked at. PATRICK (owner/designer of said company) informed me because we lived farther away it would take time to have it looked at. There was no guarantee as to when they would be able to get to me ?!?!? Yet they had no problem accepting my $4,000+ door when I originally purchased it. He said he will inform (SANDY, his scheduler). He assured me they would call me as soon as they had another install in my area. (note - I live about an hour from their location). He informed me I don't need to be home when and if they do come to repair. I informed him I DID NOT want a contractor on my property while I am not there. I want to be home when their repairman comes. I literally waited a month and half for a phone call. Nothing. I called SANDY to find out what's going on? When she picks up she immediately says .. " Oh we'll actually be in your area next week for an install." Yet had I not called I would have never been informed or scheduled. I already had the vibe that they were trying to dodge me, after this call I knew that was the case. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a call from SANDY informing me they would need to reschedule my appointment a few days later because their worker had come down with heatstroke!?!? I guess it's possible, even though I was already suspect, sounded convenient to me. More delays. My problem with the rescheduling was that it was now on a Friday and I had a doctors appointment in the morning across town at 10:30am. SANDY assured me it would be fine, as she went into this long winded dissertation that the installer will be working a mile away from my home installing a new door and those usually take 4-5 hours. They wouldn't be to my home until 1pm ish. I reiterated I would not be home until atleast 12:30pm and did not approve workers to be on my property unless I was present. She said "no problem and I'll even keep you posted the morning of their progress so you'll have plenty of time."Along comes Friday. I am literally just finishing up my doctors appointment I get a phone call at 11:04am, it's SANDY. She informs me the workers finished early, and are almost at my home. I informed her I wasn't home and reminded her of our conversation that I wouldn't be until closer to 1pm and that I did not approve having their worker on my property. SANDY replies to me "well I can't have them wait for you until you get home" ?!!? I informed of her prior agreement, she became very flip and terse. I asked her why didn't she call me earlier with an update like she had informed me of? SANDY replies "well they were finished early so .." I said I understood that but without me being there, there would be no repair. I kept on her, she became flustered and had no answers. She then said "well let me see what we can do and I'll call you back. " Fast forward 90 minutes later, I arrive home. I noticed my front gate wide open, it's always closed. I walk up to my front security door and noticed it had been tampered with. ARTISTIC ENTRY still decided to enter my property after I had SPECIFICALLY informed both parties PATRICK & SANDY several times that I did not approve or want their contractor on my property while I am not home. The bafoon they sent, decided to saw down a piece of metal that made contact with the screen door. The angle of the cut was crooked, there is now a very sharp and jagged piece of metal sticking out. There is now a gap between my frame for bugs, water and dirt to enter. The frame to my security door is damaged. I was never informed or communicated to about what options I had, they just did it. This repairman didn't even clean up the mess he made. Left the metal piece and debris all on my welcome mat. HOW PROFESSIONAL! The whole point of this repair was to fix the bottom right corner from allowing bugs, dirt and water from entering, this half assed repair did nothing but create more damage. Since I was not home they were unable to open my front door to properly assess and view the issue. Which was one reasons I did not want them there without me. I was trying to avoid this exact thing from happening. This company is unreliable and rogue ! AVOID IT ALL COSTS. SANDY & PATRICK should not be in business if they cannot communicate effectively with their costumers. Their contractors are rogue imbeciles who don't know how to do basic assessment of repair. To add insult to injury, SANDY left off by saying she'd call me back, that has not happened. Think it's time to file a formal complaint with BBB. read more

I had a bad experience with this company. I had their son come out to give me an estimate really liked them . They took half of my money in April and we're supposed to install in August. They were not responding to me about the design or returning my calls and we were already almost into October. I had to go there to speak with them they had family issues etc. I asked for my money back they did give me my money back but I felt like I was never going to hear from them. they had 1 million excuses but all they needed to do was communicate told me that it was supply problems but I was calling them constantly without getting any return calls no emails explaining what was going on. very unprofessional I would not use this company.. read more

DO NOT go with this company unless you want to be the one chasing them. Poor customer service!!! I was quoted by mid March to get my security door (NO GLASS) and now it's April. This process has been on going since October 2021!!!!!!! So far we are highly disappointed. read more

Love our new door, it totally changed the look of our home. We have done several remodel projects over the past 30 years and this is one of the most professional companies we've worked with. Covid delays did occur but understandable. The installers were great and paid attention to the tiniest details. The owner stopped by during final installation to be sure we were satisfied. We do need help figuring out how to remove the screen and the owner assured us she would send her employee out to assist us and make any changes, if needed. Don't hesitate to use this company. Careful, you will be promised your product with in 22 weeks, we ordered April 2021 and still not scheduled for installation as of October 5th. You will hear nothing from AE on your order, they have little trouble taking half of the money and blaming ships sitting offshore waiting to be offloaded. Biggest issue with AE, you will never hear from them, if you do it will likely be in a form of a text. We get the supply issues just keep people informed. .
