I write this review for my wife as she is the one who directed us to Best Glass…read more We have an antique table that belonged to my wife's mom. The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. So if you have some glass work to be done try Best Glass.

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry, came out the same week to assess the situation, and confirmed he could replace just the door. The first door that arrived had a scratch on it, and Mike immediately called to let me know. He refused to install anything less than perfect and reordered the panel without hesitation. When the new door came in, the installation took less than 30 minutes and the quality is excellent. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend this team. About 1 hour later, 2 guys showed up with 3 sheets of plywood. They removed all the broken broken glass swept up, fit, cut and installed the plywood over the opening. All in a little over an hour.

No fault of Dwane's. the problem was that when the reordered glass was in Sunny State wound make an appointment and at the last minute would call and say they couldn't make it out and had to reschedule. They did this twice. Very annoying when I changed my Schedule to meet him. Then they backed out and told me to find someone else to install and they would drop the glass back to the store (window depo). NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
