Clear View has had our window replacement since the end of July and has not made any effort to contact us. Today, I sent an email to the CEO of Simonton Windows. I called Clear View, we are not a priority for this company. Eddie could not promise a time or date, maybe the end of September or October. He became rude when I tried to explain we are frustrated at the lack of response. I told him, it was unacceptable and I would write a review. Eddie responded he considered the review a "threat" and will cancel the work order. What a joke. Brandon Wendt is more than welcome to personally reach out to us.

I was really impressed with Ismael's thoughtful approach. He strikes a nice balance between giving you objective professional advice but letting you ultimately choose the path forward. He was patient with my myriad questions as well. His quote for service was also the best price I received of 3 vendors I obtained quotes from. Once I gave him approval to order the glass it only took a week from the order to Ismael doing the install. I give him extra credit because we have a textured surface in the shower which adds complexity to the sealing process because the texture means variance in the gap between glass and shower surface. He handled it like a pro though; the sealant is smooth despite the challenge. We really appreciate the help and strongly recommend Victory Glass to anyone who needs a good glass team. Thanks Ismael.

Victory Glass came in with a competitive price and were very professional as well as timely. It is a father/son business and we wanted to support our local community rather than a national company. The appointment time came and I did think it odd that I didn't get a reminder text/call but I started waiting for the tech to show up and about 20 mins after their scheduled arrival I called and they didn't have record of my appointment. They said they would look into it and contact me back. They called about 30 minutes later to say they never had an appointment listed but their tech could come out in the afternoon. Luckily I work from home so I said that would work. When the tech showed up he said he was new and forgot to put my name on the appointment book but confirmed it was him that I originally talked to. He did his measurements and said he would get right back to me with the quotes. That was on Friday -- I did finally hear back from him on Monday afternoon. The quote is pretty competitive but since I didn't hear right back from him I am getting a couple of more quotes now. I will update my review if I decided to go with Roadrunner but so far not that impressed.

It was easy to contact them, and they arrived promptly to do an estimate. Their price was reasonable, and I decided to hire them for the work. They have a quick turnaround, and they would have completed the work in 3-4 days or so. Only in my case was there a problem: the golf ball broke not only the window but also damaged the frame and the window trim. That window trim had a specific design, and the window manufacturer was no longer in business. It took Louis a couple of weeks to search everywhere, but he did not give up, and in the end, he found a replacement. The new window looks just like the original. I could not be more content.

I write this review for my wife as she is the one who directed us to Best Glass…read more We have an antique table that belonged to my wife's mom. The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. So if you have some glass work to be done try Best Glass.
