They were hires to fix bad patching by another contractor and their work was excellent. Everything blends properly now. They responded quickly with the quote and finished the job within one week of the quote. When they got here they were very considerate. I work from home so they were very accommodating and communicated what to expect and their progress through the day. In addition, they were able to fix a hole in the ceiling in my garage that was made by the electrician when they were in my attic to install ceiling fans. This was not planned, duh, but they were able to add this additional work making me very happy. I will hire them again and again if I need any drywall repair. They know how to do it right.

I called The Patch Boys of Phoenix out to my home for a simple, non-destructive visual assessment…read moreand quote to cut a tiny 4"x4" inspection window in my laundry room ceiling to locate a pipe leak. I received an official appointment confirmation explicitly stating this visit was for an "on-site assessment" only. Instead, their estimator, Joey, arrived with zero professional tools, zero safety equipment, and zero authorization to do physical work. Without any warning, discussion, or contract, he pulled a personal pocket knife out of his clothing and aggressively jabbed it straight into my drywall, carving out a massive, jagged 2-foot by 1-foot rectangular cavity directly above my clean appliances! In seconds, a hazardous avalanche of raw attic fiberglass insulation exploded all over the room, filling the air with dust and leaving me standing ankle-deep in toxic waste before I even had my morning coffee for this 7:00 AM appointment. Instead of cleaning the dangerous disaster he caused, Joey completely abandoned the job and bolted right out the door. His cheap tape failed before he even turned the corner of my street. It took me three and a half hours of intense manual labor to clean up their hazardous mess and move heavy appliances out of the way just to clear the room. I am a 73-year-old widow, and I had to completely redo his pathetic attempt myself using a garbage bag and industrial Gorilla Tape just to protect my home's air quality. Unbelievably, the only contact I have received from this company since this disaster is an automated quote charging me $500+ to hire them to fix the very ceiling they illegally carved up like a pumpkin! Unprofessional, overpriced, and absolutely horrible service.

Sales consultant, Robert Clark, assessed the roof and asked if there was any water leaking into the interior (there are no leaks). Then I found RENCO, and the difference was night and day. From the very start, they were professional, responsive, and transparent about pricing and timelines. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic and was done right the first time. No more leaks and all the issues caused from the previous companies were addressed and fixed. It's rare to find a company that combines craftsmanship, integrity, and great communication, but RENCO truly delivered. Don't look to the big name Roofing Companies that put their effort into advertising vs quality workmanship, choose RENCO. You won't regret it. Ignore any negative reviews about Renco, I'm just saying LOL, these guys are the best, period!

I am going through a complete kitchen remodel. I had all the previous ugly 90's tile removed and was ready for floor installation. It had been a month of no floors in my kitchen just unfinished concrete slab. I had purchased the same floor I have throughout my living space "GripStrip plank style vinyl flooring". You know the budget friendly cheap stuff from Home Depot. I thought hey it be easy. Well after some guy basically ripped me off and didn't complete the job I was beyond distraught. STAY AT HOME MOM with a very active 2.5 yr old and a mobile 7 month old I NEEDED floors ASAP. KRIS came to the rescue. She could clearly see how in need I was for floors and wasn't about to let me install them myself (my last resort). This job was small but challenging and I got installer after installer declining the job because "they don't work with that floor". To say the least I was losing hope and then Kris came eased my nerves and GOT THE JOB DONE. Something I'd been trying to get completed for weeks. Kris worked her magic and found two great installers. They were at my house within a couple days and finished install in just a few hours! If your looking for good quality work, a genuine person, honest, professional and veteran! Go with Kris. I know for fact when I'm ready for some great quality floors (real wood) I will be giving her a call. For now I will enjoy my newly installed kitchen floors and have a breath of relief that I can let my toddler run free around my house again. Thank you Kris! You and your company Floor Coverings International were amazing!

Extremely disappointing experience -- installation warranty dispute between previous and current…read morebusiness owners left us with thousands of dollars in damage. We hired this company to install flooring after a house flood. We expected professional workmanship and expected the company to stand behind its installation warranty. We were also attracted to the fact that this company is veteran-owned, as we are a veteran family with a member of our household who served in the military. Less than two years later, the flooring began coming up, curling and chipping. We reported the problem while we were still within the installation warranty period. An independent inspection subsequently determined that the flooring had been installed incorrectly and documented the installation problems. What happened next has been extremely disappointing. The previous owner, Kris Piotrowski, and current owner, Alan Jones, have disputed back and forth over who is responsible for addressing the warranty issue. While they disagree about responsibility, our family has been left with a damaged floor and thousands of dollars in repair costs. The flooring failure itself is concerning. What is even more concerning is how the warranty problem has been handled. Instead of seeing a customer with a documented installation problem and working toward a resolution, we have experienced finger-pointing and a dispute over which owner should be responsible. Alan's proposed resolution has been for us to pay him more money to fix the floors which we rejected as we've already paid thousands to this business and are seeking to have our warranty honored. Both the previous and current owner have different interpretations of the purchase agreement they signed between themselves when the business changed hands -- a transaction that was completely outside of our control and in which we had no involvement. Yet we, the customer who paid for the flooring and reported the installation problem during the warranty period, are the ones left dealing with the consequences of that dispute. This is not the experience we expected when we hired a professional flooring company. Everyone was lovely and accommodating when they wanted us to sign the contract. Unfortunately, our experience changed dramatically once we needed the company to stand behind the work covered by that contract. A business's integrity is not really tested when everything goes right. It is tested when something goes wrong and the customer needs the company to stand behind its work. We would absolutely not recommend this company.
