Sales consultant, Robert Clark, assessed the roof and asked if there was any water leaking into the interior (there are no leaks). My personal experience did not go as well. The condition my belongings were returned to me was disheartening and made the whole experience very stressful. There was much damage done to my property and some itemswent missing. The Resolution Fire and Flood's way of remedying the matter was to say to me "just name your price and I'll cut you a check". How cavalier of them! From a consumer's perspective, how tasteless to suggest my personalbelongings (some of them, of sentimental value were reduced to mere dollars, problem solved ! Chris, the owner of the business,e-mailed me a personal "apology" including an invitation to forge on with my "smear campaign" (a reference to my telling him my plans to Yelp my experience with his company. I found that highly insulting! Until his employees receive further training my review of Resolution Fire and Flood are as follows: I do not recommend using them! I did not appreciate how my belongings were handled while in their care. Do not tell a customer "I'll cut you a check" for damaged belongings as if they have no value to the owner. Belongings NOT returned to the owner are STOLEN (even if items are not expensive). Are before and after photos of my personal belongings !

No one came close to service or price of Riley and his team. We have had our windows for almost a year and wow what a difference they have made. The home is cooler and they look and operate amazing. The one thing we also like was the fast turn around with the windows. Now every renovation or installation has its ups and downs. Ours was no exception. We were supposed to have them installed one day and a situation occurred where Riley and his team needed to come another day. They called and apologized for this and quickly set up a new time to get out and do it. Very professional and friendly. These windows are the best. They are beautiful. Well installed and they keep our rooms cooler. They are also a great value. Everything you look for in a company and more. We did two windows with Cougar and will do the rest later. Thank you Riley and team. Great experience from start to finish.

Our design included a corner spa jet tub, a marble tile shower with rain head and jets and complete new flooring and double vanities.  Stein, the owner and GC, was excellent from the beginning. Tremendous with communication from day 1. We asked for specific tile and design and Stein was very accommodating. The workmen that came to do the tile work were fastidious and hard working. Everyone was on time every day and they became part of the family. We were able to look at the work each evening to make sure it met our specifications. There were a lot of people in and out of the house so that can be daunting, but plumber, electric and stucco were all coordinated by Stein masterfully. We got a text each morning with the plan for the day and time of arrival-this was very helpful since my husband and I both work from home and work around various meetings. Even when there was a slight issue with the vanities, Stein made sure it was corrected and retouched. In fact, every time we asked for an adjustment, Stein made it happen. We would highly recommend Nordic Improvements for your bath or kitchen projects. After a very detailed and labor intensive project, we are SO happy with our bathroom.

After filing a claim with my insurance (USAA), they sent out Nordic Improvements to my house to do the job. They came out to do an estimate, and told me that they could start work the very next day. I was a bit panicked, because that would mean giving them my house key, letting them be in my house unsupervised, etc, but I didn't really have a choice in the matter if I wanted a non-collapsible ceiling. The next day they sent one guy to start working. In one day he had removed the bad drywall, replaced the insulation and put up new drywall and mudded it. The next day he came back and 4-5 hours later, had textured and painted the entire ceiling to match the original color. There is absolutely no discernible difference between where the old drywall ends and the replacement begins. It looks great! He even left 3/4 of a gallon of paint for me for future touch ups. They were very professional, very nice and very fast. Not that I had much of a choice in picking them, but I would recommend them to others.
