We had several window companies make presentations to replace 28 windows and three sliding doors in our house. We were still undecided when we received a call from Jake, the owner of Modern Resolution. He answered some questions we had from his sales rep's presentation and decided it would be best for him to see our house to respond to a couple of concerns we had. We did research and found that the Anlin windows he proposed were highly rated. Jake gave us a good price and we signed a contract. We had a very short delay in getting our windows installed due to the end of the year holidays. The install went well. It was very impressive how hard the installers worked. They were on time every day and were very careful of not damaging anything in our home, including the floor. Per Jake's recommendation, we had a combination of retrofit and new windows installed. The new windows required chopping out some stucco. After those windows were installed, new stucco was put on immediately. Modern Resolution had a great employee named Luis paint all of the new stucco. That was one of the reasons we went with Modern Resolution as most other window companies we spoke with said we were responsible for any painting required after the install. We had a couple of small issues, such as a bathroom screen missing. (it was found in the warehouse behind a box) but Jake always took care of those in a timely fashion. We were shocked how much outside noise was reduced by our new windows and sliders along with the utility savings! Also, it was surprising how nice the windows looked from the inside. If we would have known what a great job we would get from Modern Resolution, we would have replaced our windows much sooner! Thank you, Jake! read more

We first met with Ashton, who was very helpful and helped us pick out the right doors. He gave us realistic expectations going into it so we knew about how long it would take from beginning to end. Then we worked with Emmanuel as the project started. Overall, I couldn't be happier! We had a small sliding glass door, a window, and the wall and they turned that into a 20 ft long accordion door that opens all the way up. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience working with this company to replace sliding glass doors and one window. We had such a wonderful experience that we are getting ready to work with them again on a new job! The sales team was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The first time we had James out and more recently we spoke with Brad. Both of them were wonderful to have in our home. Everything was communicated throughout our first job. We had a 12 week wait on our product, and 6 weeks after our quote and deposit the company reached out just to make sure and let us know that everything was still on track and that in another 6 weeks install would occur. On the install day, the team arrived on time. Juan was in charge for the day and he was very professional and thorough. I felt the crew did an exceptional job of keeping the mess under control (even when tile had to be cut and trimmed down... which can be quite dusty!) At the end of the day Juan went over everything with me and made sure it was to my satisfaction. A few days later, we were having an issue with one of the new screen doors latching. We let Modern Resolution know and they had Juan come out right away on a Saturday morning to attempt to repair the issue. As it turned out, we needed a new screen door. Modern Resolution contacted the manufacturer for us and submitted a warranty claim. The entire thing was resolved quickly and efficiently with little needed from us. We had multiple companies out for quotes for our project and Modern Resolution gave the best price by far! We made sure to compare companies that were offering the same products (Anlin) so we know that we were comparing apples-to-apples with these quotes. This company came recommended by word-of-mouth and I can definitely say that the service they provided lived up to expectations and beyond. Modern Resolution installed my new windows & French patio doors about 2 years ago. The installation job was very professionally done & I was extremely satisfied with them. Recently, the door lock on my patio doors failed. I reached out to them & they were extremely responsive even texting me back on a Sunday. Emmanuel reached out to the manufacture of the doors, Amlin, & he was able to expedite the repair on my doors. The Amlin door tech, Ryan, did a phenomenal job replacing the lock assembly . We started to do some inquiries about replacing windows. We met with a few companies and they were soooo pushy and just seemed to want the business and not really listen to what we wanted or they tried to oversell our needs. We just stopped looking. Then we met with the salesperson (James) from Modern Resolution and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. In fact it took us a few months to decide and he was patient. The installation process was great and they even came to inspect afterward to make sure everything was done the way it was supposed to be... Reasonably priced and look amazing!!! We originally rated Modern Resolutions at 5 stars and still give them some stars because we do love the windows themselves. Also, the people who installed them were fantastic - quick, friendly, etc. However, when we purchased we were told our financing would be zero payments and zero interest for 24 months. We asked many clarifying questions and were assured that no payments would be required until the balance was due in 24 months. We were/are not in a position to pay for them now, and this financing was the reason why we went ahead and purchased the windows now instead of waiting another year or two (which was our original plan). Now that the windows are installed and the transaction has been made, we received a monthly bill for the loan. !!! Naturally, I reached out to Modern Resolutions to find out why we have a monthly bill and am now being told that the sales person was wrong about the terms of the financing and it turns out that while it is interest free for 2 years, minimum payments do need to be made monthly. For us, that's several hundred dollars each month that we did not have budgeted at this time. We did sign the contract for the loan, so even though we were told multiple times that we would have zero payments due until Nov 2024, we are now in a contract to make high monthly payments beginning immediately. We would NOT have purchased the windows this year had we known the true terms of the financing. While I do not really think the sales person intentionally misled us, we are faced with the consequences of this financial obligation that we cannot get out of. And for that reason, I say to purchase at your own risk. read more

They sent me a private message boi hooing about my review. They said they thought the problems were resolved yeta yeta. Maybe but im not revommending them to any family and friends. It wasnt just 1 or 2 things how about 5 at least. And eveytime they are thanking me for my patience. Well i had no choice. If i knew the problems i would of went with another company. He brought up how they took 100.00 off my balance. Umm i asked they didnt offer. For alk the bs stress and aggravation time rtc that was the leadt they can do. He made it sound like they did me a favor. I had both windows installed plus their balance i could of fought them in court etc or wait a ling time ti pay them. My husband could of even finished it. He said my bad revirw could bteak a company. Really. 1 review. Then do better. And you wont have to worru about complaints. This company was putting flyers out in my neighborhood. They were just throwing them all over the place. I have a No Solicitors sign and that didn't stop them. My wife gave it back to them very nicely and they threatened to knock her teeth out and kick the sh*t out of her. Would you want them in your home and around your family?! Had all of my windows and my sliding door replaced, they were the original window from 1994. Jake and Nate were very easy to work with, from the estimate to the install. They did a great job explaining the entire process and communicating with me throughout this process. Once the install was complete, I could not believe the difference it made. I recently had my new windows installed and was very impressed with the process from start to finish. Jake and Nathan were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the windows they provide and were helpful with answering my questions during our initial consultation. I was pleased with the fact that they were accurate with how the process would go from start to finish, measurements were taken within two days and I was told the windows would be made and ready for install within 5-6 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to set up my install right at 5 weeks. The install crew were very friendly, prompt and professional.
