Scam Warning: They took my trade-in, charged me full price, and never honored the promo. I came here in December 2023 to trade in my iPhone 12 for the free iPhone 15 Pro Max with a new line deal. That was the entire reason I agreed to the new line and the device. What actually happened? They took my trade-in--and never applied the credit. Instead of a "free" phone, they submitted a full retail contract for $1,210, with no credits, no promo, and now I've already paid $400+ out of pocket for something I was told would cost nothing. To make it worse, the rep who helped me was fired shortly after. I didn't find out until recently, which explains why no one ever followed up. And now I'm stuck paying for a phone that I already traded for. Verizon corporate confirmed that this location isn't even a real Verizon store, so they can't help. I went to an actual Verizon location last week--and they told me this kind of thing happens all the time at these third-party stores. Don't come here. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go to a corporate Verizon store. This place will take your phone, lock you into a full-price contract, and ghost you the second there's a problem. read more

I purchased a new I-pnone from the Verizon store at 3165 e Lincoln drive in early March and the scene saver started cracking within 3 days. I received a text from Victra Verizon asking about my experience and I related the problem and did not receive a response. I went to the store to get a replacement and I was told by the clerk that it looked like I was responsible for the scene saver cracking and he could not help me.I informed him that research I had discovered on the internet details that new screen saver spontaneously cracking is not an uncommon problem. Because of this and the condescending attitude that I was met with I recommend that you do not do business with this store or any other Verizon franchise that is associated with Victra. read more

Currently at a 2 hour wait time. I'm 2nd in line and have been the entire time. One person working without any assistance. Tried to get estimated wait time and was treated horribly as if I was being the problem in this situation. I would suggest doing business at another location. Ive had verizon for years and i hate them every time they tell me one thing but then its always something else. I went in to upgrade my phone and was told my monthly bill was 109. I went the next day to add a line for my son and was told my bill wud increase 26 and the promo for the phone wud be 250. Well my next bill is over 200 and monthly bill is 173. I think they tell whatever they can to con their customers to buy their phones and the its wrong. This isnt the first time this has happened with verizon. Ive been working with someone for the past 3 weeks and he keeps saying the bill is being fixed and it has not. Again i think they r telling their customers what they think they want to hear but wont accommodate what they r being told and the customers r gettn as screwed over. They had a promotion for cracked or damages phones and was told i qualified. Wen i tried it wouldnt work. I called customer service to be told i had to be on an unlimited plan. Against my better judgment i still upgraded and now having billing issues. Now im returning both phones and going else where. I feel like they lie to their customers. Also stay away from they protective glass. Had the phone for 3 weekz and the glass popped off and this is the 2nd one. read more

I called the store to find out if they had a case for my tablet and when I asked the associate on the phone, he seemed like he didn't really care to even be there, no professionalism and from his tone, he was not eager to help me, didn't even try to get any of my business. If I could give no stars, I would. We came in to get a new phone. Two people helped us, Esni and DeShawn (sorry if spelled incorrect). They were unprofessional and Esni was just rude. They say "oh we are giving you a great deal..." lies. don't believe them. They told us they were giving us stuff for free..lies, they charged us $70. They told us we couldn't get a credit to our account, that we had to buy a case or $80 screen protector to break even (WAY over priced), we couldn't be in the negative because they can't give us money back, I insisted they credit the account, but they said they couldn't. We called Verizon today, found out they completely lied that they charged us for the "free" items and they could have credited his account the entire time. Do not work with Esni!! DeShawn will say you're getting the best deal, but he's just trying to make a sale and will say anything he thinks you want to hear. read more

It's a retailer, they're not true Verizon corporate....they're main focus is selling and upgrading. Any customer service complaints will be referred to corporate down the street or a long wait on the phone. If you're looking for a good deal, they at times may have it if the phone has been in stock for awhile and it's not selling....other than that look for corporate. Great experience with this Verizon Go Wireless store. I was desperate for a pair of Apple AirPods for my daughter's birthday. So close to Christmas, every pair was completely sold out within hundreds of miles. Called this store.....DeShaun Goss said he had a pair, actually went and physically viewed them to ensure his system was accurate and because I was driving a distance to buy them. He also stayed late and offered me a great customer experience with his awesome attitude. I went to GoWireless on Friday, January 6th and spoke with a young man named Jason. My wife's phone, an older LG G3, received an OTA (over-the-air) update that caused her phone to stop functioning. Instead of being normal it was stuck in a boot-loop cycle. The phone is located on Verizon's EDGE plan and is covered for the duration of the plan. After Jason could not get the phone to turn on he told me that it seemed dead. No shit? Really? I took the phone from him and removed the battery, replaced the battery, held down the Volume- and Power buttons and booted the phone into a menu system that would allow for various functions. I informed him that I had already cleared the cache and performed a factory reset but he wanted to do it anyway. Lo and behold, the machine was starting to boot! And then it started the cycle, the one that I had already informed him it was stuck in. He handed it back to me and told me I had two options: option one was to pay the phone off and upgrade to a different phone or pay the phone off and cancel my account. Neither of these were acceptable to me but I have no doubt that the scam has worked on countless other, less stubborn people. I asked Jason if by calling Verizon I would have any better luck and he said "they can't do anything that we can't do here". Dissatisfied with these answers I went home. I called Verizon Customer Support and spoke with them. Verizon CS immediately escalated my call to a Level Two technician who, after hearing about my fiasco, decided that the best course of action was to send me a replacement, factory-refurbished phone. Verizon managed to overnight me replacement phone. She also helped me open an investigation/complaint into/about GoWireless because as an Authorized Distributor they should be doing anything and everything to help the customer reach "satisfaction". In dealing with this I decided to email GoWireless Customer Support to ask how/where to file a formal complaint. She gave me Verizon's CS telephone number. Just remember that if you go to GoWireless you are essentially going to a car sales lot for phones. They don't really want to do anything other than drive their own sales numbers up; even if it means screwing you the customer. read more

They explain everything and are so willing to help with the smallest needs up to what some of us believe are complicated devices! Do not get Jesse as your customer service helper! I wanted to pay off my phone and check out other options that would save me money. He had no suggestions other than I was free to search out another provider. I asked him if I could get my phone cleaned and he replied he was not a cleaning service but I could buy new products starting at $13 OR he could provide alcohol wipes IF I didn't have some at home already. I said of course to purchasing items and when he stepped away to get items....I left the store and went to the mall where the booth guys no how to make a customer happy. HORRIBLE experience at this store. Very LOUD blaring music that forces customers to speak loudly above the ear piercing levels of obnoxious music. When I asked if they could turn the music down that I could not hear the associate, I was told NO WAY, that's the way Verizon managers want it and they are not allowed to mess with the music!! I will NOT be going back there again. It seems Verizon wants to promote their new speaker products without taking into consideration that the head banging music they choose to blast may be offensive to some customers and the long lines, so not worth it. A young girl waited on me and showed me that they only had a 3' cord, which was much longer than what I wanted. She said she had never seen a short cord like I was describing. It was for a birthday present and I was concerned that I wouldn't find one in time to present my gift so I asked her several times if I could return it. She said as long as I returned it within 2 weeks there would be no problem for a full refund. As it turned out I did find a shorter cord and my husband went to take the cord back that I purchased ag Go Wireless. By the way today is 11/10/16, three days later. My husband was met by a very rude sales person who advised him that he was bringing back unsaleable merchandise (it hadn't even been taken out of the box) and that he was going to have to charge a 25% re-stocking charge. The man said he didn't need our business and didn't care if we ever came back. We live in the small city of Surprise AZ and this attitude toward customers is appalling!!! read more

So the button on my iPhone that you can switch up or down is broken. It won't stay up, so my ringtone won't turn on. I went to this Verizon yesterday hoping for some help. My phone is only a couple months old, and I also have insurance. When I went, there was just one girl working, she seemed nice. I told her the problem and I said "so what do I do? Do I need to put a claim in with my insurance? How does this work?" The girl took my phone and was like "umm I'm not really sure." And I said okay well can you look into it...? I have insurance, can you please tell me if this will be covered. She said well it will be at least 140$. This was with her not even looking anything up, asking for any of my information or anything. I said so can you put the claim in for me? Is there any way you can look up if my insurance will cover it? And she said to me, "why don't you just use the website and put the claim in that way." Honestly this girl was just lazy and rude and didn't want to do her job. Is it that hard to look up my account and see what is covered for me? Is it that hard to walk me through the process of filing a claim? I asked her one final time, so if I pay 140$ right now you can do the claim for me? She said yeah my manager was just telling me that there is always a fee when things like this happen. This girl had such an attitude and was being so sketchy so I left and called the Verizon customer service. And guess what happened? After sitting on hold for a good 15 minutes (which was worth it) The guy told me my insurance will intact cover it, and they can do the claim for me over the phone, and my new phone is being sent as I type this. read more

Dustin, the District Manager, took the time to explain the new phones to us, and made suggestions that are working perfectly for us.
