While waiting in line for at least twenty minutes, I asked my son to go over to two workers at another counter to see if they could help. FINALLY, a person agreed to help us with this simple fix...but was told they do not carry the covers any longer. SO...the warranty I paid for is now null and void. I asked for my money back since the service is not usable any longer, but was told I could only have a store credit. WHAT??? If I paid for something and cannot receive what I paid for, shouldn't I get my money back? A miniscule $22 by the way...not hundreds of dollars. The manager Joe was very rude and basically told me that was all he could do and was condescending to boot! Cannot believe a store is allowed to run that way. What happened to caring for customers and giving outstanding customer service. I spent a pretty penny during the holidays, but Best Buy has lost me as a customer.
