I have nearly 40 years of technical experience behind me and am competent enough to fix most computer glitches. However, this one was beyond even my expertise and abilities, because the file system was completely corrupted. How did this happen? There are lots of bugs in Windows 11, & when I did a system recovery, Windows corrupted the file system to the point of no return. I had most of my data backed up on a separate drive, but there was one file that was absolutely vital, because it contained information that was absolutely imperative to my business, as well as my personal affairs. I immediately got on the phone and called several computer repair services, but none of them suited my timely needs; i.e., I couldn't wait a week or longer. Then, I decided to try Yelp and received numerous replies, but only 1 really caught my eye; the one sent to me by Dominic Danko of GetItFixedAZ.com Dominic came to my house the very next day and was on time. Windows 11 was completely corrupted & needed to be replaced, but he was able to save that important file, which was a life-saver to me. After reinstalling Windows 11, he reconfigured my system & got me back on-line. Then, he helped me reinstall some old (but very important) programs that didn't function with Windows 11 & needed tweaking in order to make them work. Before he left, he also showed me how to access some hidden Windows programs with several tweaks that most people don't know about. I am thoroughly impressed by Dominic's knowledge & talents, his honesty & trustworthiness, & his geniality. His prices were extremely fair & reasonable, and he did everything he promised to do and more. He left me with his business card & personal phone number, which I shall guard with my life. They said I would have to take my computer elsewhere (because it was "outdated") to have a power unit installed. I began contacting Computer repair business businesses to get pricing on installation of a new Power Unit . Within a few minutes, I received a phone call from Ray (as a result of my inquiry to his business). I told him the issue. After only briefly speaking to him on the telephone he was able to tell me that it was unlikely to be the power unit. While on the phone he gave me some instructions of what to do to my computer and, like magic, it came to life! No power unit necessary! That, alone, saved between $250 and $550 (or more). Then, he was able to tell me, via the phone, that my operating system, as well as the new operating system that I installed, we're both corrupted. Again, over the phone, he was able to successfully guide me how to take care of THAT issue. FURTHERMORE, he stayed on the phone with me and directed me how to clear my cash and get rid of things that he called useless "crumbs" scattered throughout my computer that slowed my computer down. Talk about going above and beyond!! And, voilà, as he said it would, My computer worked faster than it has in years. I purchased this Commercial printer, in 2017, and haven't used it much for my home/office business. My 3-year warranty is now out of range for any repair work. Issue: The unit is making loud squirreling noise while printing. Canon Customer Service referred me to contact SW Business Machines and/or I can replace it for about the same amount of money for this "service person" would be charging me. I called (623) 939-3355 and spoke to the owner where he told me that he can't remember a time where he had to replace the ITV Assembly ($200) as they don't go out. I was using cheaper Replacement INK Cartridges instead of Canons. He told me how to test the machine and to put up with the noise until I replace the cartridges even if it's one at a time. As a business owner myself, I endorse his work ETHICS, HONESTY, and CUSTOMER CARE PRACTICES. Definitely, I'm keeping his information for future needs. He saved me a small fortune. I found this company when I was having an error message show up on my Canon printer. After all of…read morethe online troubleshooting, it told me that I needed to contact an authorized Canon service center -- I was surprised to find there were only 2 in the Phoenix area...and luckily, this one was close to me! I called and was thrilled to have a human being answer the phone! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions about service fees and possible charges -- I said I would think about it (it was just $25 for the diagnostics, but I know oftentimes it's cheaper to just buy a new one than have one fixed...and he agreed!). I decided to take it in to them anyway and see what was wrong. I was greeted by Grant when I went in and he was extremely understanding and helpful -- said he would check it out and get back to me the next day (it was about 4:15 pm) --- I was very surprised to get a phone call later that evening from him -- he said he was working late and went ahead and looked at my printer. Unfortunately, it was bad news...the part and labor would run about $125...pretty close to the cost of a new printer. I said I would think about it and get back to him. He understood and even gave me suggestions of places to look for new printers! I decided to purchase a new one...but was allowed to go back to the store to get the ink cartridges out of my old printer! A nice savings as I didn't have to buy new ones right away! It was just very refreshing to find a small business still ran on honesty and customer service! I feel bad for not spending more than $25 there...but should I ever need printer repair (or other business machine) services again, I'll definitely be back!

So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)
