    I tried to get a hold of the Cox Store for over a week. Option number 2 will give you a chance to…read moreleave a message and a number for a returned call. They won't return your call and I am not even sure if anyone at the store even knows they are getting messages. Heehee. I needed to upgrade my 7 year old modem for internet and my landline. So today I headed to the store right when they opened at 10am. There was already a line out the door down the sidewalk. I wanted to faint! Haha I was in line and a gentleman asked me what I needed and kept each of us in line educated and entertained while we waited. They were actually very fast and friendly! It wasn't a bad experience at all. 5 people in front of me and I was there maybe 5 minutes. I took the modem home and it lit up but wasn't working. On the phone they couldn't get it to respond. I went back to the store and exchanged it. Even a longer line and I still was there no more than 5 minutes. I had the same issue with the modem not working so I called Cox and they scheduled a tech to come out the first thing the following morning. He told me the particular phone/Internet modem they gave me has to be turned on at the house first and then added to the account so you will always have to have a tech come out for this particular phone/home modem. He came and left in a jiffy. It was cool he also installed a new phone cable for me that wasn't broke at the tip, was longer, and had a neutral color so it blended in with our office better and was way more functional. It was kind of annoying no one knew about the modem set up in advance at the store or on the phone with tech support, but it was resolved fast. Even the guy who kept us informed in line who was a installer as well didn't even know about the set up. Equipment turns over fast I suppose in the digital world so by the time word gets out something new will be replacing it. No issues at the store at all. I am so glad they are working smart to get people in and out as fast as they do.

    I would caution not to do business at this store. They blatantly lied to me to get me to start…read moreservice. The employee is now being investigated by corporate for it his name is TIMOTHY HARLAIN. I went in and told them exactly what I needed and said if not possible I'll wait it's not a big deal. Then he told me it was then said to do so he had to start a contract with a new phone for the offer I needed to be extended to me. I already had the newest iPhone $2k phone due to memory I buy and he made me buy the identical phone saying again that it's necessary. He told me that I just can sell my device I had in hand that I just needed to email my prior bill to an email that he gave me. To make matters worse he didn't explain any added details which when I called in to find out more another Rep on the phone lied to me and told me I had to be past 60 days on the line to unlock the offer. He assured me everything looked good but to call after the 60 to get confirmed if I still was worried. I did that this past week only to find out after the 60 days you're fully locked into the contract and they told me the offer didn't exist and that Timothy HARLAIN was just wanting to sell a phone for his sales so he lied to me. They told me they would be investigating this and do their best to repair this. However I'm now stuck with another $2k phone that I'll have to pay off if I leave and don't give the phone back. Don't do business here, at the very least if you're that desperate just call in don't give any of these shmucks here a sale. What an awful experience to create at a brand new store.

    My son and I stopped into Best Buy to have his phone screen cover replaced. I had purchased the…read moreextended plan to be able to have this replaced as many times as needed throughout the year. While waiting in line for at least twenty minutes, I asked my son to go over to two workers at another counter to see if they could help. Neither person acknowledged my son standing there awaiting their assistance. He stood there for at least another 10 minutes and I called him back to me, still waiting in line. FINALLY, a person agreed to help us with this simple fix...but was told they do not carry the covers any longer. SO...the warranty I paid for is now null and void. I asked for my money back since the service is not usable any longer, but was told I could only have a store credit. WHAT??? If I paid for something and cannot receive what I paid for, shouldn't I get my money back? A miniscule $22 by the way...not hundreds of dollars. The manager Joe was very rude and basically told me that was all he could do and was condescending to boot! Cannot believe a store is allowed to run that way. What happened to caring for customers and giving outstanding customer service. I spent a pretty penny during the holidays, but Best Buy has lost me as a customer. I will NEVER shop at their store again all because the manager Joe couldn't do the right thing.

Went to the pick up area and the two workers that I interacted with were both not the friendliest. I ordered a TV and they didn't offer a cart, they just pointed out where they were kept and wouldn't bring it out to my car which was parked right in front for pick up orders. I'm petite with disabilities and couldn't believe that they wouldn't help me to my car. I had to get my own cart, load it and bring it out to my car. I managed but I've never not received help for bringing things out like that to my car. Unbelievable! I wont ever shop here again. I would give NO STARS if I could. Would rather order from Amazon where they deliver and will bring it inside if asked or Walmart (which will help me outside if needed)
