I walked in, eventually got checked in giving my name and reason (phone upgrade) and waited over an hour just to be told they can't upgrade my phone after 7pm. If they had told me that at 6:45 when I checked in, I wouldn't have waited. the kid that helped me (not the person that checked me in) was new and nice, but the girl in charge of training him was awful. she was rude to him and refused to help until he asked 3 times. And she seemed so annoyed he needed her to check the stock room since he didn't have access yet. I waited over an hour just to have to go to another location tomorrow. read more

Terrible customer service. Walked in to upgrade my phone and was not even greeted when I walked in. The associate offered no expertise on phones or deals. She started calculating math for the highest priced phone all while keeping a brick wall facial expression and a monotone voice. Calculated I walk out the door paying 170 for a new phone. Went to another location at surprise towne center and Irene was great and up beat. She was friendly and nice and helped calculate the best price for me. I had wonderful customer service last month when I went in. Went in to upgrade my phone from the S10e to a Note20. Everything was done in less than an hour. The employees were helpful and polite throughout the entire transaction and transfer process. I've never been so disappointed in people. The staff at this T-Mobile are rude unhappy mean people. In January I went into lower my bill and somehow the lady got me to upgrade my phones and change my phone plan. Which is fine. I blame myself for letting it happen. But when I got my next month bill it was crazy. $200 more than what I expected. All I wanted them to do was explain my bill and my discount so I understood what was happening and so I could explain to them why my bill is wrong. The first person I talk to was ridiculously rude. I kept trying to tell him that when I changed my plan the lady told me a different price than what was on the bill. He got so frustrated with me that he wouldn't even speak with me anymore and he asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager I said sure. He went to get the manager and I guess the manager was on a business meeting call he asked me if I would wait. So I waited. For 40 minutes I was already there for an hour. I could hear them in the back room laughing and joking. I got so upset I wanted to cry. They were treating me like I was so stupid and being the difficult party. All I wanted them to do was explain my bill to me and honor the price that the lady first told me. I was humiliated and I left the store crying. They were so very unhelpful and they offered no solutions. I went home and called customer service and they honored the price for me. So if you ever have problems skip going in to the store and just call customer service. read more

Normal service nothing above average. They sold us on switching providers but have been no help in the transition to get the old bill paid as now they have our business and don't seem to care. They only go above and beyond while getting you signed up then to the curb you go. So far the service hasn't been horrible but not any better eighther and now I'm stuck paying the debt they were supposed to pay for the switch. read more

Went into store today with issues with my business services. Kira and Jermain were extremely helpful. They called customer service to correct an issue created by another store when I switched carriers. They also ordered a booster to help improve service in my companies remote area. I was so impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond to support my business' needs. It took a while to get things sorted out. Most dishonest people I have ever come across. Went in to ask about the military plan. The cost is perfectly clear on the website and they started by telling me it was $40 more. Assuming they were tacking on extra stuff I again said the price I had seen and knew it was correct. Sales rep said I must not be reading the fine print. What?!?!? After lots of back and forth, she relents and says that yes there is a plan at the price I said. Wow! Needless to say, I left. I went into this store after calling and being told about a promo on the IPhone 6s for $99. I confirmed the promo by phone and with the sales girl on July 30th and purchased it. I just got the bill for the Regular price and now I'm told I had to get their high speed data in order to qualify for the promo. I have been going to this location for a while and it is ALWAYS a disappointment! These employees are not properly trained. I called T-Mobile before going in and talked about what the cost would be etc for my new phone, they gave me all the info so I went in to make this transaction. I'm on the jump plan and I went in to upgrade my phone (hence being on the JUMP plan) and one store employee seemed like she could do it but was having difficulties, another male employee came up and said "what he wants can't happen" apparently I needed to have my current phone for at least 90 days which is not true. So I called T-Mobile again and surprise surprise they shipped my new phone and I received it within 2 days. I then went back to that store to turn in my old phone and went I got there this lady said "you have to ship that phone back I can't take it here" which again is false and bullshit. Every time I go in that store it's like they are all scratching their heads and no one knows what to do. Get on the same page bc this location is giving T-Mobile a bad name.
