Told us about upgrading both with trade ins to the 26+. We thought ok, but they had no phones in stock, salesman ordered, stated they would arrive in three days at the house, and come back to transfer data. Asked about covers, after looking at them, choose one, I wanted one that closed, like one I had. Payment transaction. Then he brought up getting a tablet. Another payment transaction, for a cover. Now during this time I left, dropped off husband at appointment, went back to store, hour later went picked him up and back to the store. Salesmen then stated, about keeping one phone, which did to give my 90 year old mother for emergency when power is out. This day took over four hours. Once we got home, are current phones had problems. Discovered that the salesman had shut down my husband's phone to 991 calls only. He is wheelchair bound. My phone kept giving SIM errors. Salesman gave his card with cell number, called no answer. Store Mgr was there during the purchase transactions, left as soon as we locked in for new phones, wanted his cut of the daily sells, was commented. Went back, weekly appointment in area 24 miles from house, went through the transfer, told them about the phones not working, gave the salesman a piece of paper with some steps for helping out the next time, he put it in the drawers, for only verbal discussions happen. This area of town is senior over 70, visual does better and for me. After leaving three hours later, his phone was good. Mine, had problems, greatly. Call the store an employee stated nothing he could do, come in. I ended up at a Verizon operated by Cellular Sales, in Oro Valley, the next day, near my mom's. Went there twice, they were helpful with my issues. Overall, this store is commission driven, lack mentorship/training in working with seniors culture in money, visual, compassion, and overall sales/work ethics. Take a list of needs, wants, goals into this store before being put at harms way and write what they say. Commission base not customer service/satisfaction at this store. Again I will be going to a Verizon store in north Pima County (Tucson) area, either the Cellular Sales or a Corp closer to mom's, for having trouble with the table.

This might be long but worth it…read more I came in today around 11:30am because I needed to be verified through a T-Mobile store so I could get my number transfer pin (whole other story) 2 hours go by and I get no call back from whatever dept that handles that issue. So I went back to this location and call customer care again to get this pin and have the Rep at the store verify me. After arguing with customer care on the phone, your new transfer (assuming) from Cali named Stephen/Steven was a godsend. He had me grab my old T-Mobile phone, put a SIM card in it and locate my pin through the T-life app. That man, even though I was leaving T-Mobile after being a loyal customer for years and transferring over to Verizon, showed the most hospitality I've ever seen in any business I've been to. He took his time to help me out even though I wasn't going to be a part of Tmboile anymore. I just wanted to say thank you sooooo much to Stephen/Steven, everything transferred over and is working perfectly! She saved me money, switched the phones and added the new line for my daughter (in-law) making everything work seamlessly!
