The young gentleman working their on the morning of 1/26/24 was such a pleasure to deal with so knowledgeable, helpful and very considerate. A true blue company employee but has your best interest in mind as well. read more

Had an issue with my phone The staff at the Bell Rd store took a lot of time attempting to sort it Even though unsuccessful, they were most polite and cheerful Will return read more

I had a slight miscommunication error on getting a battery for what I wanted (partially due to my ignorance). Being on a retirement budget I needed to save every $$$. The Mgr totally helped me unwind and find the best solution for me. Also, there was a great recommendation for my door lock batteries (to ones that would do better for me). They are truly after repeat customers with the service(s) and courtesy they offer here. So refreshing to have good service and someone who wants to truly help when you ask for guidance... and is focused on repeat business. read more

I had some bulbs that were burned out and dead batter. Both needed to be recycled. No help at big box home improvement stores. Stopped by Batteries plus Bulbs. The kind gentleman told me I could just toss them, he also took them and dispdef of them for me. very friendly and helpful! read more

I recently purchased two brand new duracell AGM batteries approx. $500 from the mesa location in an emergency. I live in peoria and was told i can return the cores to any batteries plus as long as i have my phone number. i tried returning my cores to this location and was informed they couldn't give me my core $44 without the receipt. he advised i can jump through hoops by calling the mesa store and getting the receipt number at which point i told him that makes zero sense, and he kept the batteries. hire better employees that will do the work and not make customers go out of their way for what's rightfully theirs anyway. this occurred around 10AM on November 26th. dont trust what any employee tells you because apparently they dont have any idea what their policies are for franchises or otherwise. 1/5 stars, do not recommend simply for lack of customer service. read more

I needed advice on a cell phone case for my dad with limited hand mobility and the owner walked me patiently through very good options and helped me make a choice which worked great for my dad. Jon runs a great store. It's clean, organized, and has wonderful inventory. There's more to this store than most people realize, it's the only authorized Samsung repair shop in town, and it's conveniently located. This family owned business is worth shopping. Don't just drive by - stop in and I promise you'll find something useful and fairly priced. read more

We had some problems with my wife's IPhone and brought it in to replace the Battery. Both Gary and Pam are very knowledgeable with the best customer service!!! We are very happy and will keep coming back to this store. read more

Great staff, they are helpful in finding what you need and give great advice. Thank you!

Went to get a new key fob. Ordered one and came back to have it set up. The man made me wait until he helped other customers then spent an hour trying to set up the fob only to tell me it was the wrong fob. Then said he had a new fob and tried it. Still didn't work. Ultimately he never got it programmed. Wasted 2 hours of my time and left without a new fob. Don't go here. Skip this and go to a professional if you need a new key fob programmed. read more

Great service and very knowledgeable. They went way beyond to help me find an obscure light bulb. 5 stars !

I just needed the batteries replaced in my remote, I couldn't get the cover off.. Walked in and it only needed 2 AA batteries. . It took 30 seconds and the cost was $5.00 I gave the VERY POLITE man a generous tip~!! read more

This place is a joke ! Don't waste your time with these clowns. Order your batteries online and avoid the poor excuse of costumer service.

Batteries Plus was twice the price of Home Depot for two small batteries for my garage door opener. He installed them then charged me double b/c of the installation fee. I never asked for them to be installed.. I'm sure it's a good place for hard to find batteries- just watch out for their hidden charges. Wow... The owner of Batteries Plus just called me at home to admonish me for my review of her store today. Make sure to leave a positive review or Pam, the owner, could call you at 630pm on a Friday evening to hassle you for your less than stellar review. One more reason.... Yelp apologized profusely for the store owner's unprofessionalism. I guess they rate the store as well.. read more

I love this store!!! My husband and I came in looking for some help on his iPhone 5 and the staff, owner Gary, Pam and Kellan went above and beyond to answer our questions and find the solution to our problems. We had gone to Verizon with the same question and they weren't helpful whatsoever. Next time I have an issue, this is the place I'll go to get it solved. Very helpful staff and they have so many products in the store that will solve so many other issues I have from lighting to batteries to phone holders. This is my place for answers and great service. Check it out and you'll be a "happy camper" too!!!! read more

Brand new store. The gentlemen who greeted was extremely helpful in helping us find an odd shaped light bulb we needed to replace. The store is brightly lit and extremely well stocked and well organized. read more

AMAZING service and super nice knowledgable staff. I got an education from Larry on my RV batteries which was very informative. Gary replaced my four house batteries on my diesel pusher and the installation was free. Did I say Gary installed four batteries for free. I called around and a typical shop would charge you $149.00 per hour and this is for an easy installation. Check out this business and you will not be disappointed. read more

Great service for screen repair on my grandson's phone. Also, screen protector for 1/2 price , but bought a battery , too. Half price screen protector for my other grandson, too. Excellent store. Jon and his staff were very professional, and even finished the job on time, which is rare these days. He didn't have a battery one time, but told me which location that did and he even called them and had them hold it for me. read more

So I Got a battery from the batteries plus on bell road It's only six months old and went bad took it to this batteries plus on Lake Pleasant. They said they can warrantee it then they told me I couldn't I have to take it to a different batteries plus. So the names has batteries plus but they only sell Chinese batteries and then will get American-made ones so they can that's why they couldn't warrantee it. the Chinese ones have terminals on the opposite side. Bad service I won't be buying anything from batteries plus again specially that one! I would like to add to this. I received a call from batteries Plus and was to he was not happy with this review and that I need to take responsibility for the battery. Then called me a pu##y and a tuff guy on Yelp. Look it's a battery I already got one yesterday from Ram Jets so don't need this one to ride. This place is a joke and I'll keep letting everyone I know just how bad it is here. Chinese batteries. The guys last light could not have been more professional. But the guy today calling like that was not right at all. I did not say anything to him . I did stop at the store and he ran his mouth out front. Great customer service !!! read more

Chris with this co. Won't hold up battery warranty from 5 months ago. Worst customer service ever.

Wow. These people are amazing. I took my smartphone in to get the glass replaced, after I managed to shatter it the day before. They told me it would take a few hours. When I returned to the store the phone was not ready. I was unable to wait another 45 minutes or return for it the next day, because of illness in the family. Since it is a business phone that I need 24/7, the owner offered to deliver it to me at my home later that day!! And so he did! I was very impressed - this really went above and beyond the call of duty!! They are new in this location, a few doors down from Pets mart on Lake Pleasant Blvd. Thank you, folks at Batteries Plus Bulbs! read more

Went into the store wanting to replace my 4 foot fluorescent tubes with equivalent LED tubes that bypass the ballast. Gary helped me find the proper replacements. The instructions with the LED tubes explained the bypass wiring. Brought the old tubes and ballast into the store the next day to recycle them. Store has a wide selection of both bulbs and batteries. read more
