I had no receipt because I'd loaned my car to my step-son for over a year and he'd been the one to buy the battery. No records to review, the O'Reilly guy wasn't able to help at that point. I decided to put it on hold until I could talk to my step-son and get particulars on the purchase. I left the store but before I even got home, I got a call from O'Reilly's.
