I have used this pool company for over 35 years and could never be more happy with the service, quality of workmanship or their prices. Extremely interested in taking excellent care of customers, whether new or old. The owner is a delightful gentleman and honest, trustworthy and a credit to the industry. I had a sand filter a few years ago that went bad. I only had it about 5 years and the owner gave me a brand new one, installed and never charged me a penny. That is honesty! I now have them doing my pool servicing weekly and we are extremely satisfied with that too. Yes, I highly recommend them to everyone who have any kind of pool or spa. Let me just tell you right upfront, stay away from this appliance store. Jason is plain and simple…read morea crook in my opion. First time ever doing business with him and he the absolute worst. Delivered a broken refrigerated that at no point worked. He claimed that he had a new compressor in it (not true) he refused to produce anything that would verify it. He also failed to produce anything that would verify that he had in fact replaced the faulty compressor for the second time. When asked to produce any time of paper work that would verify the compressor change he became very, very angry and started throwing used parts from old units and yelling obsenities to the top of his lungs. I pointed out to him his behavior was reckless and violent and his response was he could do what ever he wanted because it was his store. I left with the situatuon completely unresolved for that reason. I will be suing him in small claims a filing report for his violent behavior. There is a lot more but I hope anyone that reads this will get the jist of this post and think twice before getting caught in a web of bad business prior to doing business. I made to huge mistake of paying cash up front.

This place has been in business for a long time, owned and operated by an experienced plumber. It's in an older strip center and doesn't look like much to do from the outside and inside, but they know what they are doing and have what you need. They can help the most uneducated and ignorant plumber out there, and that was us! We showed the plumber dude a picture of what we thought we needed and he found us what we really needed after asking us a few questions. He also recommended the things we needed to help in putting everything back together easier. I'm a fan of this place and recommend you try them the next time you decide to tackle a plumbing project at home.

My husband wanted to stop even though we weren't at the point in our process to consider lighting. He is a former electrical contractor and picking out lighting is his joy, so we went in. First of all, the options are immense! So many great lighting fixtures to choose from, but what really stood out to us was the great senior consultant there, Norma Jean. She took the time to talk to us, show us options, and gave us no pressure at all. We explained what we were doing in our kitchen and she led us to some great over the counter lights and a chandelier for over the breakfast nook area. It was insane! When I put the lights in my AI image of our kitchen, everything clicked and came together. I appreciate Norma Jean's personality and expertise! We hired Luxury Bath/Home Concepts because my stepfather was coming home from stroke rehabilitation…read moreand would be on hospice. We urgently needed a shower that he could safely be wheeled into. We were told they could complete the work the following week, which was a major reason we agreed to move forward. Instead, it was approximately three weeks before they even showed up. We were told the installation would take one day. It took two. When they told us the shower was finished, we immediately noticed an approximately one-inch chip on the front right side. I pointed it out, and Jason responded, "That small thing?" He filled it with putty, but the repair is very noticeable. The much bigger problem was that water poured out onto the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. There was no adequate barrier to keep the water inside the shower. After several calls, they agreed to come back and try to fix it. Jason installed a piece of rubber, but it did not solve the problem. We discussed installing a more substantial piece of material, approximately six inches tall or at least halfway up, to actually contain the water. That was never done. The bathroom floor continues to flood every time the shower is used. There were also repeated communication problems. We were given one set of expectations by the salesperson, but the result was different. We were told that delays were related to employees not communicating with each other, including communication between the warehouse manager and the installer about when parts arrived. We later learned that this work might have been available at no cost through the Veterans program, but approval would have taken approximately three to six months. Unfortunately, we did not have that much time because my stepfather was coming home for hospice care. Within a week, the new shower handle also broke off when the shower-head cord caught around it while I was trying to rinse soap from my eyes. To their credit, they did replace that part promptly. The most heartbreaking part is that this shower was purchased specifically because my stepfather was coming home from rehab for hospice care. After all the delays and problems, when they finally considered the job "finished," he passed away less than a week later. He never had the opportunity to use the shower that we had urgently arranged for him. We started this process believing that this company understood how important the situation was. Unfortunately, the experience was very different from what we were promised. We are still left with a shower that leaks water onto the bathroom floor every day and a repair that was never properly completed. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company--especially anyone purchasing a shower for an elderly, disabled, or medically fragile family member--to ask very specific questions about water containment, installation timelines, exactly what will be done before signing a contract, and whether any Veterans program assistance is available if they have enough time to wait for approval.
