I highly recommend Home Concepts Custom Remodeling. We had had a few estimates for our bathroom. We decided on Home Concepts and glad we did. They were extremely professional, neat and skilled. Our bathroom was done in 1 day! Looks incredible...only regret was not doing sooner read more

We hired Luxury Bath/Home Concepts because my stepfather was coming home from stroke rehabilitation and would be on hospice. We urgently needed a shower that he could safely be wheeled into. We were told they could complete the work the following week, which was a major reason we agreed to move forward. Instead, it was approximately three weeks before they even showed up. We were told the installation would take one day. It took two. When they told us the shower was finished, we immediately noticed an approximately one-inch chip on the front right side. I pointed it out, and Jason responded, "That small thing?" He filled it with putty, but the repair is very noticeable. The much bigger problem was that water poured out onto the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. There was no adequate barrier to keep the water inside the shower. After several calls, they agreed to come back and try to fix it. Jason installed a piece of rubber, but it did not solve the problem. We discussed installing a more substantial piece of material, approximately six inches tall or at least halfway up, to actually contain the water. That was never done. The bathroom floor continues to flood every time the shower is used. There were also repeated communication problems. We were given one set of expectations by the salesperson, but the result was different. We were told that delays were related to employees not communicating with each other, including communication between the warehouse manager and the installer about when parts arrived. We later learned that this work might have been available at no cost through the Veterans program, but approval would have taken approximately three to six months. Unfortunately, we did not have that much time because my stepfather was coming home for hospice care. Within a week, the new shower handle also broke off when the shower-head cord caught around it while I was trying to rinse soap from my eyes. To their credit, they did replace that part promptly. The most heartbreaking part is that this shower was purchased specifically because my stepfather was coming home from rehab for hospice care. After all the delays and problems, when they finally considered the job "finished," he passed away less than a week later. He never had the opportunity to use the shower that we had urgently arranged for him. We started this process believing that this company understood how important the situation was. Unfortunately, the experience was very different from what we were promised. We are still left with a shower that leaks water onto the bathroom floor every day and a repair that was never properly completed. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company--especially anyone purchasing a shower for an elderly, disabled, or medically fragile family member--to ask very specific questions about water containment, installation timelines, exactly what will be done before signing a contract, and whether any Veterans program assistance is available if they have enough time to wait for approval. read more

Worst experience ever! Booked an appointment through them at the local home show no contact confirming our appointment the day of our appointment. We called to find out where they were and the secretary stated they hadn't any information about our appointment. Don't waste your time nor your money with this company, what a disappointment. read more

This company was absolutely the best! Will use them again.. Very clean, had great ideas. Jose was so wonderful it made very pleasant to have him in my house. Thank you again! For my beautiful shower. read more

Great company. A year ago, they took out our garden tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. I love the barn style glass door, the pony wall, rubbed bronze grab bar and shave bar. I was so pleased with the great quality of work and the value we had them remodel our second bathroom last month. read more

UPDATE: they called three more times since I asked them not to call me again this morning. This is ridiculous. You all need a better sales tactic and realize people do not want to be hassled! Leave a message and they will get back to you! Pushy sales tactics are not the way to go. I received 10 calls from them between 8am and 10am on a work day. Have they never heard of leaving a message or following up with an email or text? Really obnoxious and inconsiderate for them to think calling nonstop is the way to gain a new customer. Will be looking elsewhere. read more

Bathroom remodel: For the cost we expected quality fixtures just as was discussed and described. There were several things we purchased after the installation replacing cheap items. Buyer beware, just make sure you know the brand and quality of what you're paying for because once the final payment is made you are a stranger. read more

I set up an appointment the guy was super nice over the phone that is Manager or supervisor he said call back to verify the information wasn't very nice asked if my significant other was going to be available I said no and he said we wont be there and HUNG UP! Wth? So unprofessional It's amazing to read all the reviews on here and not one time did the owner recognize the low star reviews all I need a five star I guess that just goes to show they don't give a shit read more

These people are really pesty and will not take no for an answer. I had them come out to quote on a tub to show remodel. Found it too expensive of a project so when they called I told them that and that I would not be proceeding. then I got another call, told them the same thing again. This morning I got yet another call. He claimed this was their first call - NOT. Finally told them to stop calling me - never call me - and that the pestering was really annoying. Obviously I would not call them again. read more

I wanted to cancel the job because I felt I was pressured into it and salesman got frustrated when i didn't want to pay a deposit. Hexwas pretty pushy. Then I had to talk to the sales manager to get my deposit back. He was downright rude. I wouldn't tell him if we were going with another company or what their name was or how much they were charging. They must be desperate for work cause he was willing to lower the price by $3,500 from thrir original quote. So if you do go with this company just threaten to cancel and they will do anything to keep you. I found out they lie about the products they use as well. read more

While sending time at the balloon festival my wife and I was a free inspection and a quote to be at my home at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th of January 2024 not only was there no show but there was no phone call saying that they were going to be late so instead of going to the activities that we had planned for the day we thought we would wait for this individual to show up or where we wrong I hope you have better luck read more

I would not hire this company if they were the last remodeling co. on earth. Kind of harsh right? This company has spammed/called my phone 41 times in the last 2 days!!! I filled out a questionnaire on their site last Friday, along with inquiring with 7 or 8 other remodeling companies (via website). I just purchased a home and I am in the beginning stages of finding/pricing remodeler. I find sales calls extremely annoying, so I DONT GIVE MY REAL NUMBER. Instead I provide my email in order to obtain basic information until I am ready to listen to the sales pitch. Its worked fine with the other companies Ive inquired with. But, Nope, these guys decided to look me up, get my real number. AND THEN CALL ME 41 TIMES IN 2 DAYS!!! read more

Very professional company that actually takes care of customers! They're amazing and the quality of the product is incredible and since they're local they keep the prices very affordable. I wouldn't look for any other company besides Home Concepts. read more

Very good service they replaced tub with shower at a good price. Can not go wrong with this company.

Was looking to redo my master shower, which included ripping out the original shower (from 1974), tearing down a wall, building into the closet behind the shower, and putting up a new wall. I haven't actually used the shower yet because I'm still looking to hire people to finish the flooring, but will update if any problems occur! Timeline: From the initial quote, it takes about another month for them to get the materials and start actually remodeling. Since ours required more labor, the actual shower remodel took about 5 days (From 8 am-4pm ish everyday). About 3 weeks later was when another guy came out to install the shower doors which was done same day (probably around 1-2 hours). Pros: - Cheapest quote I got! ($11,069) - During the quote process, you get to choose materials and style so you get an idea of what it'll look like in the end - Super personable people - transferrable lifetime warranty - Wall material is easy to clean. It's one sheet made to look like tile without the annoyance of cleaning grout, but it's nice and smooth like tile too! - Considerate of my requests (I asked for them to wear booties since I had carpet and they also wore masks for the most part) - Overall satisfied and would recommend/use their service again! Cons: - Some messes left behind but honestly not a big deal - Painting new wall and finishing up the flooring is not included, although I knew this ahead of time! They actually said they could do this but it would be an extra charge, so I'd be better off doing it myself or hiring a separate contractor. This isn't a big deal to me, but good to note. - Materials for the shower and the door got delayed for shipment so shower installation and door installation actually started a few days later than initially planned. Again not a big deal to me, but noting this could happen if you're on a tight schedule. Things to Note: - Keep in mind that the smell from the products is pretty strong, so some days during installation we'd sleep in a different room. read more

I wanted to thank Frank our salesman for taking his time in explaining what they were going to do to make our master bath ADA for my disabled husband. Mostly, I want to thank the two men Kevin and Justin for coming every day when they said they would, they were very professional and respectful to our needs. They were amazing working on our project. They left the area picked up and clean when they left each day and cleaned up completely when the project was done. All this in 117 degree weather. And the bathroom looks amazing. LastIy, I want to thank Larry for being very professional while I ranted for various reasons not in his control. He made everything right with me. I will refer this company to anyone looking to remodeling their bathroom. read more

Although this remodelling did not start out as a five star review it at least ended as one. Had a remodelling scheduled with this company. Went two weeks longer than expected and was very frustrating to work with one member of their staff. At least at the end of the day the bathroom looks great, the owner personally came out to apologise about everything that went wrong on the job and made it right read more

I needed a redo of 2 showers. Larry came out to look over the jobs and detail the options available. I was so excited by what they were offering that I signed up on the spot. After measurements were taken, the materials were ordered. Kevin then came out to do the demo and installation. Everything was completed in 5 days and it looks spectacular. Kevin worked his tail off. Additionally, he was a stickler for details (he knew I was very particular). Could not be happier. read more

I am so satisfied with my bathroom. My mom recently had a stroke and was being discharged from rehab faster than I was prepared for. I spoke with John, explained my situation, and that I would need the work done asap. Typically, the lead time is more than 2 days. But Home Concepts made it happen. I placed the order on Friday, and the work was completed by Tuesday the following week. Tom, the installer, was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained every step of the process. He answered questions I never thought to ask. In the end, I was very happy with the final product. I also appreciate they tool into consideration my sense of urgency. read more

4 months later and our shower is still not finished with no end date on the books. What was supposed to be an 8-12 week project turned into 5+ month deal. Subpar internal and external communication and broken promises. We had a great experience picking out our new shower with Doug. He was transparent and let us take our time. What followed after that initial visit could have been a lot better on the back end. I hate to leave this, because Doug and the owners were so nice responsive, but this is truthfully what happened so here goes...We know the pandemic threw a wrench in the supply chain, we knew there was an 8-12 week wait for our shower. What I didn't appreciate was the lack of communication and flip flopping. We were told (and I verified this by repeating it back to her) that our shower would get to their warehouse for inspection on a certain date. When I called on that date she told me something completely different and that it hadn't even shipped from the manufacturer. Another 2 week wait. Finally I called 2 weeks later and was told it would get in on a truck that day and I could expect a phone call within 24-48 hours to schedule installation. That call never came. I called 4 days later and their phone lines were disconnected (huge scare since we put thousands down on this shower already). I called Doug and found out he had left the company a month ago (another red flag). He kindly helped us and apologized on behalf of his old employer, getting in touch with them himself. Apparently they were moving and their phones were disconnected. Shouldn't they have called me the day before like they were supposed to and let me know? Why tell a customer that you'll call by a certain date and for that customer to follow up if they haven't gotten that call, on a day when you knew phones would be disconnected? When I finally got in touch I was told they are short staffed and made some excuses about why I haven't been communicated with, which is something a customer should never even hear. I was told their lines were being connected as we speak and I can expect a call from the scheduler asap. I had to call again and talk to an owner who then told me they won't reach out to schedule our installation until the following week and that it will be another 2 weeks until it's installed. She told me our shipment was in and everything appears to be ok (no breaks or parts on back order) not even 10 minutes later I get a call from the installation manager that they have NOT inspected the shower at all. I asked the manager why I was literally just told that everything appeared fine and now he's telling me no one even looked at it and he does "yeah they get me in trouble doing that." Doing what? Lying? Having shelled out thousands of dollars up front, this lack of communication causes a great amount of distrust and quite honestly, anxiety on my part, which should never happen. A week later we got the shower measured for the door. Initially, we were told the door gets installed 2 weeks after the shower. Well we were just told the door will take close to 2 months before we can get it installed. The pushed back schedules, the lies, the broken promises left a horrible taste in our mouths over this experience. This process was supposed to be easy and instead I'm getting a total run around and there's almost no communication between management and staff and contracted companies. Its not a great sign when one of their top salesman, someone revered on feedback and who believes in the company's great product, quits because of poor management. We went with a top dollar, reputable company to avoid exactly this. read more

I can't rate how well their work is because they canceled my appointment and then no-showed when the new appointment was rescheduled. I had scheduled them to come out to my parents condo to quote a new shower remodel. They called me a day before, but since my voicemail box was full, they weren't able to leave a message. My fault. I called back the same day at 3 PM and left them a message, but didn't get a reply back. My appointment was for a Tuesday morning and I took the day off work for it. When they didn't show up after waiting for 20 min, I called them. They apologized and told me whoever set the appointment forgot they had a monthly meeting every first Tuesday of the month. I rescheduled the appointment for a Friday night that week and they called me on Wednesday to confirm an appointment for Thursday. You mean, Friday?!! Guess what...NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! read more

Never showed up for consultation they made at home show the day before.Never called or left message letting us know what's going on

These people come into your home and they sell their product well!!! Once they get your money, they do not care any longer!! They arrived late to install our shower. The shower looked amazing!!! Within a couple of days we noticed a stain on the shower floor that we could not clean off. A technician was scheduled to come and repair it, he did not show up. We rescheduled for another day and he arrived late. He removed the stain but also removed the texture of the shower floor as well by sanding it. They ordered us a new floor which took 8 weeks to arrive. When it was scheduled to be installed, the tech arrived late and was going to install the new floor over the old floor, but we noticed that by doing this we would lose 4 inches on all 4 sides equally 30% loss of space. We were told it would look exactly the same as the original floor and we would not notice any difference. These people do not back up their product and do not care about your time. read more

Home Concepts gave us a bid on removing the bathtub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. They knew we had a tight time schedule because we were leaving town in two weeks. They promised to do the work in time and they did. Everything went perfectly. Workmen arrived when they said they would, they called to say they were on their way, the time estimate of the job (2 days) was correct, the workman cleaned up after themselves and were careful about the rest of the bathroom when they were working. We think the shower looks great and is just what we contracted for. The work comes with an unconditional guarantee.
