Since…read moreit was a common problem I contacted LG for warranty, to find out that they couldn't fix it becasue there was no serial number sticker in the fridge. I contacted A4L and they gave me the run around and gaslit me, saying just becasue there wasn't a serial number sticker in it, doesn't mean its refurbished. You see, they also forgot to take off the "KM Return" sticker on the side of it. The number on this sticker was the same one they used on my invoice as the "serial number"- but it was a return number. One given to it when refurbished. Nothing on my receipt said it was refurbished, and the sales person even told me if I but THEIR warranty I don't have to wait like people do for the Factory warranty techs. So, they sold me a refurbished unit as new, didn't disclose it, and tried to play me for a fool like I dont know how refurbishment and removal of Serial stickers works. The owner said he would look into where the fridge came from, after I presented all the proof that he sold me a refurbished unit that I cant get fixed through factory warrant which it was still covered under....No response, its been 3 months. They wont answer emails. Just becasue its a little cheaper, means you get what you pay for. The Owner of this place John Li, is a liar, and wont take responsibility for what happened, even if he didn't know it was refurbished, which makes no sense as he should have known. The way they blew me off with all the proof I have that they literally broke the law is disgusting.

    I called LG when my washing machine started having issues w the agitator or spinner coming off the…read morebottom mid load. I waited 20 minutes to speak to an actual human and then the messaging got dropped and I had to start over w a new person spending 50 minutes just to be quoted $470 before they even came out to see any damages in person! So I sent a job bid on YELP and out of 4 replies Phoenix Appliance Repair was not only the first one to reply and carried on quick replies in our conversation that followed, but also had a fair up front diagnostic fee of $75 and then booked for me same day! I was already 5 loads behind in my laundry after the weekend so this was super helpful. He fixed screw and hopes that would be it but after I tried my first load I reached back out stating it still was popping off. He said I needed a new agitator. Instead of $470 like LG quoted he charged $208 including tax and did not charge another fee for the second visit either. Machine is working great now! This business owner is fair, works hard, has great communication and integrity! I highly recommend.

After many phone calls to other companies I chose Phoenix Appliance Repair and scheduled an appointment. Dru arrived promptly to our appointment and was professional yet friendly. He assessed the noise issue and found the motor had stalled on the pump and sump. Also the racks were rusted. I appreciated that Dru took time to answer all my questions and explained my options. After some thought, I decided to replace my dishwasher rather than repair it. He agreed, didn't try to sell me on an expensive repair and helped me prepare the necessary paperwork to process my claim. He is a man of integrity. Impressive! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Phoenix Appliance Repair !

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called the store several times and it went…read moreunanswered...during their open hours... then I went online to their chat which said that I should just go into the location. I didn't do that since I used them twice before at the location and I thought they would pull up my customer record and save some time in ordering. So when I called I spoke to someone who was helpful and quoted me a price for a new bedroom set for my guest room. He suggested that I come in right away to make sure that the items would be there for delivery on Tuesday. So I left work with a co-worker in tow and came into their store. When I walked in a guy who looked like he was mad at the world greeted me. I told him what I was doing, that I am a repeat customer and I spoke to someone already who said they would put my order in and for me to just come in to sign everything. He told me to come to the counter with him. I did. When we got to the counter a contractor came in front of me and he told me to wait. HOW RUDE! The guy he was talking to just wanted to see if his location was having a plumbing problem because the neighbor was. So THAT is why I was bumped while being helped... but that is petty so let's move on... just saying that at this point he is mad at the world AND not helping customers... ME! So when I got to the counter he proceeded to tell me the items were not all in stock. I explained I spoke to a person here and he said he didn't care... they were not in stock. I told him MAYBE the reason why they are not in stock is because the I guy I spoke with is holding them for me. He said he didn't care. I saw only one other guy there and I asked him if he could ask that guy and he said no. Every interaction was met with more and more uncaring and pretentious tone. I explained maybe he could pull up my last transactions and he said no. He didn't care about that. WOW. I said maybe the guy at this store I spoke with put a note in my file because while on the phone that guy said he would AND he pulled up my accurate account. Again he said literally that he didn't care and then turned his computer screen to me and said "see its not in stock". Now at this point this jerk upset me sooo much with his total lack of caring and customer service I was raising my voice. I told him that I want to speak to someone, ANYONE else other than him and then he told me to get out. GET OUT? So if you think being a repeat customer means anything think again. If you think being a current customer means anything, think again. I will NEVER EVER use these guys again. Oh by the way I went , after leaving there, to American Home Furnishings and got the bedroom group including a few more things. Sure I spent $2600 which to me was cheap AND they are going to deliver the furniture in 2 days ... on Sunday... and gave me EXCEPTIONAL service. So please, do NOT use Aarons. Not because of my experience. Because it is clear... the owners passion is gone. They hire people who should be perpetually unemployed and they really don't want your money. VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS!!!! The rep who needs to be fired is "Ramone" and guess what... this guy is the MANAGER! Oh yah read a review on Google from Rebecca...she had the same experience so it looks like they really don't care and want you to jump thru hoops until they LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS and fix it. You guys at Aarons think we are lying? You think we should send you emails? No...wait... I have a better solution... I'll shop elsewhere and enjoy watching you close your doors. That's much more satisfying.

    Boo... incompetent managenent lied to me over the phone to get me into the store.... bad service…read more. :( I used to like Aaron's and am sad to see the standards they have now. The staff was clueless at best when I walked in and I finally found the manager. The staff looked high so i doubt they do drug tests its probably all drug induced customer service reps helping you lol.... you will get the aarons quality of service ;( the manager introduced himself as Ramon and quickly guided me to the cash register while deflecting all my questions. This place is a joke... Don't waste your time here.
