From specialty car bolts, Armstrongs Once and done floor cleaner to my most recent purchase, Glisten's washer machine liquid cleaner. Sure, I could order from Home Depot online and wait or I could buy from Amazon but would have to buy two. I like to purchase just one when trying a product for the first time. I called ahead and they kindly confirmed that they had some on the shelf. I bought it, used it and now have a sparkling clean clothes washer all within a few hours. This chore is done.

The old, unkempt, crabby woman at the register(think cat lady combined with prison guard personality)ordered me to also remove my backpack in a tone befitting a county jail intake matron. I complied without a word since I just wanted to get on with my shopping. I walked around the store and was asked if I needed help about 10 times and followed everywhere. I had a feeling it was more about treating me like a shoplifter just because I wore a backpack(that I already removed when I walked in). The other annoying thing is when I had a question the staff isn't smart enough to be more specific than answering tools section(Correct answer is aisle number and shelf level). I bought a tarp, shoelace, $10 wool socks, pepper spray and made sure to get my receipt or be falsely detained by the woman auditioning for crazy cat lady/prison guard. I spent over $43 and the cashier woman prison guard wasn't even nice enough to apologize and thank me for my business. Instead, she again admonished me not to look at the 3 different pepper sprays the one competent staff Russ put on the counter for me to look at. It didn't occur to her they were on the counter for me to look at. After her 2nd incredibly rude outburst(not to be confused with customer service)I told her firmly to learn some manners which I do rarely but will call out jerks when they deserve it. Since the one employee Russ was professional and competent and they had the items I wanted I bumped this store up to 3 stars. I doubt I'll shop there again. Today, I brought my knives in (it's a Wednesday) in the morning and my knives were ready by early afternoon. To sharpen each knife, it's $1.99. All I wanted was to buy the batteries and leave because I've changed them before but they insisted. First time they installed them backwards so I walked out to the car and walked back in. Then a second guy got involved and he said he's pretty sure there's a piece of paper that went between the batteries since they stack but that made ZERO sense to me! Anyway, they finally got it all back together and we went out and checked and sure enough the fob was good. Now don't take this all the wrong way because they were ALL super friendly and were all really trying to help! I wasn't mad or anything, they were all fun to watch and I enjoyed my visit! Plus the batteries were priced really good AND they installed them after all, that along with the show made it a good time. In addition they had the puffed nuggets with caramel that I used to get at Rock Springs and that made for a perfect day! I give them 5 stars for this visit, I only wish I would have been able to video them all working on my fob! lol.
