They advise me and the other couple in line behind me to drive to a different location nearby. What an inconvenience, especially considering there is no signage on the building that indicates this store is for commercial accounts only, nor is there any indication online. I just used this location to purchase paint for my residence two months ago, and now they are declining my business? When I asked them if they could just help me, considering that I just purchased a 5 gallon bucket here recently and I am very pregnant in the summer and had two children with me, the employee told me that they don't carry the paint I needed. That's hard to believe considering the size and inventory of this location. A young man, Carlos, came right over to assist me in selecting paint color swatches for a project at home. He was clearly experienced, and also put forth genuine care in his work. I brought the paint swatches home to verify they would work - yes! Success! So I returned the next day to buy the paint. That day, Carlos, again, was very helpful. Also, Cameron helped me select a paint brush. At the register, it turns out there was a sale, so in a happy surprise, I got 40% off the purchase! Woo hoo! Later, at home, I applied the "Duration" interior paint/primer product over a deep, saturated color I was trying to cover and was pleasantly surprised that one coat of the Sherwin Williams totally covered the old, dark paint.
