This is where they won me over. The staff members are very helpful, knowledgeable in various trades and familiar with the stores products and inventory. The big box sites are missing the mark in this category. Value 5/5 Some might argue the big box stores offer lower prices which may be true, however; I can look past that because of the way they listen to your project plans and make suggestions based on their trades experience. Have good experiences in store, but NEVER do delivery…read more Scheduled delivery for washer/dryer. Delivery was scheduled from 3-7pm, notified us day before at 5:45pm. Which makes time off for homeowners incredibly difficult. They proceeded to mark delivery "failed with attempt to deliver" with a blacked out photo at 5:41pm, leaving no proof of attempt to delivery. This is a complete and utter lie, see next section. I was home all day, our ring camera shows no history of this "attempt" to deliver. Proceeded to call support and they could not provide any details except that it was rescheduled and they have no idea why. The tracker for delivery showed no details, changed 4 times, and ended up leaving it as "delayed." This is completely unacceptable and we are now left with our washer/dryer disconnected (because they require them to be upon arrival) and have to take another day off work as the new delivery is now 5 days later into another weekday.

George also managed to get us scheduled in a timely manner that worked for both of our schedules. George carefully ensured that the brand (D&E), sheen, and (custom color) of paint that I wanted was ordered in a timely manner, ready and on-site at the start of the project. George was also was on-site during the job to supervise his crew of painters. The painters worked efficiently, taped out the trim work and covered the work area meticulously, patched/prepped as needed, and painted everything thoroughly in two coats. The wall painting is beautiful and ties our newly refreshed kitchen together! The end result is the kitchen of my dreams! Unlicensed Painters. Do not use this business. They ask for half the money down. They took over…read more3 months to even start my job. They never communicated with me and if they did they said they would be there the next morning and never showed up. They use paint that they mix themselves and not from a business paint store. Very sketchy. They ended up starting my job and did not come back for 9 days. When they finally came back they packed up all their gear and left without seeing me. They took my deposit and never came back. Beware this business. They advertise House Paining for $999. Not true. Do not support this business. I learned a hard lesson. Once they have your deposit you are hostage to them. I finally cut my losses and hired another painter and lost my money and three months of frustration.
