Ace delivers and installs all their grills for no additional charge that cost over a certain dollar amount. I think it's $399. Even though Ace features Traeger products, they sell other brands as well. We ended up buying a Recteq. The smoker arrived a day or two prior to when the website stated it would. Ruggiero's Ace had a couple guys deliver it to our house and they had it set up very quickly. The smoker has worked flawlessly ever since. And I use it a lot! We buy all our supplies from there as well. I realize that you can buy spice blends, sauces and pellets for less elsewhere, but will you get better service? And I always use the Ace app. There are some good deals to be had on there!

Today I went in because I had bought a 6 pack of LED flood light bulbs for our kitchen, when only 2 were bad at that time. Now it is 6 months later, and in trying to use the other new bulbs I found that only 1 of the 4 worked, and the rest were defective from the factory! I took the box back with the receipt, when the cashiers told me that THEIR WARRANTY is only 90 days, even though the warranty from the manufacturer is 5 years. Therefore if I try to exchange defective items after 91 days, they will not take care of their customers! I realize that each Ace is privately owned, which is why I try to patronize them whenever possible. Unfortunately I cannot count on them given their rigid policy, so I guess I will go to Home Depot from now on, as they would have exchanged these defective bulbs after 6 months, regardless of their store policy. There is such a thing as the "spirit of the law" versus the "Letter of the law", and even the big box stores will look at the facts before chasing customers away. Too bad that the owner of this Ace stores does not give their people the latitude to make decisions that will maintain their customer relations, especially when they could have easily exchanged these bulbs with their distributor. I thought I was in Queen Creek, NOT LOS ANGELES!...

As a loyal, long-term Lowe's customer, I have always held your store in high regard; however, my recent experience has been entirely unacceptable. On December 19, I purchased a microwave along with professional installation services scheduled for December 29. On the day of the appointment, the third-party installer contacted me to state they could not fulfill the request because the microwave was missing from their inventory. When I visited the store seeking a resolution, I was told that no assistance could be provided until a manager returned from a break. Following a subsequent call to your corporate office, I was assured that a manager would contact me the next day to resolve the matter. It has now been three days since that promise was made. I have received no follow-up, no solution, and I remain without a functioning appliance. The lack of communication and the breakdown in your supply chain management are frustrating, but the lack of accountability from the store leadership is what I find most disheartening. I chose Lowe's because of a perceived commitment to customer service--a commitment that has been absent throughout this ordeal. I am requesting an immediate update on the status of my order and a definitive timeline for delivery and installation. I trust that, given my history with the company, you will prioritize resolving this matter and restoring my confidence in your brand. I look forward to your prompt response
