First time to this location never had a problem at any of the other locations. Went in to pickup a will call order (placed about an hour ago), the SALES clerk red hair with a bread was very rude from the start. I told him I was here to pickup a will call order and I give him my company name. He went over picked up a paper on the back counter went to his computer, after awhile he grabs his stool and sits down still says nothing. I walk away for a few walk back up to the counter he states looking to see if we have this in our warehouse. I attempted to tell hm I placed this order on the phone and dont understand because the person I talked on the phone (I think John) stated that they only had so many in stock at THIS LOCATION. I told him I'll take them and asked to put them on will call to pick them up with in an hour. I this point RED got upset and stated "first you need to calm down" that did it, went from bad to worst. I left after telling him to F off. Next day I call the store manager told him what happened he stated that he got a complete other side of the story and I could tell he did not really care. Sure they have cameras and I told him he should review the cameras. This is the first time in 61 years I have ever left a review good or bad. Mr. RED should go work for MVD not a good company like CAS!!!! Shout out to Dawn! She assisted me as a walk-in on a Saturday. She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. To be sure, you need and want to make an appointment and not just "pop-in" if ordering for a project. BUT when I called to discuss this with our sales rep (the wrong part was on order and had not arrived after 3 weeks) I was sent to her voicemails. A week and a half later and multiple voicemails, we finally drove back to the store. We walk in and there sits out sales person. Right next to the phone. Alone and seemingly not very busy. My contractor sent me here today to pick out a shower fixture. I walked in and the two women behind the counter just looked at me. They never acknowledged me or even said hello. I went to one of them and she looked at me and continued to do whatever she was doing on her computer. I started looking around and came back to her and I basically made her talk to me. She asked when I needed the fixture. I said today. She said most of our products have to be ordered and take 6-8 weeks. I asked what they had in stock. She acted so annoyed that she had to take care of me. She left and came back and showed me what was available. It was so incredibly expensive. I asked if there was something less expensive. I went to the Mesa location meeting air register vents of unique and various sizes. They had all of the correct sizes in stock today! I waited less than a minute at lunchtime and had outstanding customer service. Staff even took the time to answer air efficiency questions. None of the big box stores had any the right sizes and special orders where complicated and expensive. Even Internet sites did not have right sizes. Calling in to order something so simple having to be transferred a million times. An hour before closing on a Saturday seems enough time for me. Luckily someone wanted to do their job today! If it wasn't for Hamaya's customer service I would've thrown in the towel after the second transfer. Such a hit and miss for friendly helpful customer service in this establishment. Several weeks ago I went to their store on country club Drive and was helped out by,I think it was Mike, who was very friendly and helpful and professional and efficient. Today however was a different matter. There was a female person (she did not act like any lady I know) sitting at her computer who was rude unfriendly unhelpful and nasty when I asked if they were open. Turns out they were not open in that part of the store but the other part of the store was open. I checked on their website before I left home and it said they were open at 6:30 AM. Granted, she was probably doing her paperwork before her part of the store opened and when I ventured into her part of the store she could've been more friendly in telling me that they were not open yet. It is little wonder their reviews online are not very highly rated. If they don't want customers and make us feel like we are intruding when we enter their store, maybe they're in the wrong business, Or management needs to speak to some of their employees about trying to keep customers and be friendly to them. This company is unethical. They placed a lien on my personal property becuase my builder didnt pay their supplier. I ended up having to pay the bill twice to have the lien removed. The worst part of this whole story is they had my contact info and failed to even call me to let me know the situation. Terrible service and follow through.... And over priced. Went to Central AZ supply Phx location on 16th st south of Camelback with the recommendation of our designer. We picked out some high end items for our master bath remodel. Staff said week to 10 days for delivery. Since our project was slated to begin an about a week we agreed. After a week they said it would take about another week. Since we needed items sooner, we cancelled half the order and found those items on line (able to ship the next day AND they were cheaper EVEN with our designers trade discount of 40%). What a joke!! So the other half of the order that we kept with Central AZ Supply was delayed even more (another week to make it 3+ weeks to deliver items we could have ordered on line and had delivered in a few days. Our store rep was less than honest on several occasions which made the experience even more disappointing. Basically, stay away from Central AZ Supply. read more

A/C off on Saturday 7/9/2016; Too late to get service till Monday, so decide to give a shot on common problem-CAPACITOR, after purchase made and on my way home, then realize there is a red stamp on receipt as "NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL PARTS", which was not disclosed at all before handing over my credit card. This is the only trick I have been pulled on, don't know how many out there, FOLKS, BE ALERT ON THEIR DECEIVING BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! AC tech squeeze his time come out after I get home and fixed my AC, but the store refuse take this brand new and unopened part back on Monday, 7/11/2016 when they open door again. It didn't cost me much ($21.97), but am disgusted being rejected for next business day return; Is it the only store which pass Best Buy for none return? She even suggested I might like to look at the Phoenix showroom since it is much bigger, which presumably means she was willing to forego a sale to help me get the best outcome (I did go to the Phoenix location and that experience was absolutely the reverse).
