Update: They credited some money back, so I'm giving them 4 stars. Because they did address the issue. We purchased a Toto Washlet and a toilet to go with it from the Mesa sales office. The toilet was sold to us as one with the ability to hide the hose in the back (extra hole so the water hose wouldn't stick out to the side). After it was installed, we noticed this feature was NOT included. read more

First time to this location never had a problem at any of the other locations. Went in to pickup a will call order (placed about an hour ago), the SALES clerk red hair with a bread was very rude from the start. I told him I was here to pickup a will call order and I give him my company name. He went over picked up a paper on the back counter went to his computer, after awhile he grabs his stool and sits down still says nothing. I walk away for a few walk back up to the counter he states looking to see if we have this in our warehouse. I attempted to tell hm I placed this order on the phone and dont understand because the person I talked on the phone (I think John) stated that they only had so many in stock at THIS LOCATION. I told him I'll take them and asked to put them on will call to pick them up with in an hour. I this point RED got upset and stated "first you need to calm down" that did it, went from bad to worst. I left after telling him to F off. Next day I call the store manager told him what happened he stated that he got a complete other side of the story and I could tell he did not really care. Sure they have cameras and I told him he should review the cameras. This is the first time in 61 years I have ever left a review good or bad. Mr. RED should go work for MVD not a good company like CAS!!!! Wow, I just look at all the negative reviews at this site after I posted, its to bad that this location is making this company look so bad. Not sure who runs the Flagstaff location but they should send the Flagstaff manger to Mesa to work on some much needed sales skills. read more

NO HELP. Walked in to purchase a kitchen sink and everyone kept chatting away with each other. Very rude. they clearly do not care about sales or customers. It's like this for everyone I've talked to. VERY DISSATISFIED. Found a cheaper one on facebook marketplace brand new anyways Will not come here again. read more

Do NOT waster your money here. The lack of intelligence and competency of the employees here definitely shows. They make mistakes on their end and do absolutely NOTHING to correct them and justify them and then won't refund you because of their own mistakes. And we're talking thousands of dollars in mistakes. Worthless. read more

Shout out to Dawn! She assisted me as a walk-in on a Saturday. She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. To be sure, you need and want to make an appointment and not just "pop-in" if ordering for a project. This was the only plumbing supply showroom I could locate in the greater Phoenix area that was open on a Saturday. Dawn wasn't able to order for me but she got me headed in the right direction. Surprisingly wide display of options in a small space. read more

Thank you Zac for your professional knowledge and friendly attitude. Notwithstanding, your product knowledge too, the experience was great.

If I could give 0 stars to this business I would. The customer service is terrible. No greeting us or asked if we needed any assistance. Terrible experience I'm a designer. I would never recommend this place to my client or do business with them. we ended up just leaving very disappointed. We ended going to another company and we had a wonderful experience with them. Got greeted right away and worked with a sale person that knows what they're doing and even asked if we wanted refreshments. We ended up spending a lot more because of the experience and knowledge of the sales person. Do waste you time with Central Arizona supply.. brewery should have been put there instead of wasting this space on this compan. read more

Use this company if you want some blow-hard giving you attitude and offering NO help whatsoever. Went here looking to see if they had an 80 gallon water heater in stock (knowing this is a long shot). The "sales" guy there immediately went into a rant that 80 gallon water heaters are illegal. Wait you mean to tell me that Home Depot is illegally selling 80 gallon water heaters that can be delivered in a week? No, sir. They are classified as light commercial duty and are not illegal. But your 5 minute rant was oh so very helpful. read more

Fast and friendly service. Margarita gave me great choices for a speedy delivery of faucets I needed in a hurry.

We were sold the wrong part - which happens. No problem. BUT when I called to discuss this with our sales rep (the wrong part was on order and had not arrived after 3 weeks) I was sent to her voicemails. A week and a half later and multiple voicemails, we finally drove back to the store. We walk in and there sits out sales person. Right next to the phone. Alone and seemingly not very busy. Oh - and they're seriously overpriced! So, save yourself a trip. Go somewhere else. read more

My contractor sent me here today to pick out a shower fixture. I walked in and the two women behind the counter just looked at me. They never acknowledged me or even said hello. I went to one of them and she looked at me and continued to do whatever she was doing on her computer. I started looking around and came back to her and I basically made her talk to me. She asked when I needed the fixture. I said today. She said most of our products have to be ordered and take 6-8 weeks. I asked what they had in stock. She acted so annoyed that she had to take care of me. She left and came back and showed me what was available. It was so incredibly expensive. I asked if there was something less expensive. She heaved a sigh and showed me something else. I was so disgusted at this point I said thank you I would look somewhere else. I will never go back there again. read more

I thought I would need a plumber to repair my shower drip because my plumbing is original stuff from the 70's. I didn't even have to say anything, and they guy at the counter, seeing what I was holding in my hand before even getting to the counter had it waiting for me. What service and their knowledge was invaluable. You will never find this service (or the part) at Home Depot. Thanks guys...You have my business for life! read more

this place is a complete rip off. employees have no knowledge of what they are doing and their incompetence shows. they measure an area and send you supplies just for the measurements to be off, send the supplies that don't fit, then not refund and return the money. do Not waste your money here because that's all you will be going is wasting it. read more

Like Ollivander's wand shop... but for plumbing. We came in with a broken piece from an old tub faucet and the man behind the counter immediately knew the exact part & problem. He walked us through the repair & saved us a return trip by predicting another fix (and part needed) that went hand in hand with our problem. Turns out he was absolutely right! I wish I caught the man's name (daughter in Air Force--great guy!). Anyway, wonderful & really helpful experience today! read more

I went to the Mesa location meeting air register vents of unique and various sizes. They had all of the correct sizes in stock today! I waited less than a minute at lunchtime and had outstanding customer service. Staff even took the time to answer air efficiency questions. Best location in Arizona for odd sized AC register vents. read more

The people at the Mesa Az Central Supply are THE BEST! They have always bent over backwards to help ! Calling in to order something so simple having to be transferred a million times. An hour before closing on a Saturday seems enough time for me. Luckily someone wanted to do their job today! If it wasn't for Hamaya's customer service I would've thrown in the towel after the second transfer. After her reassuring me she would have someone get a hold of me then taking down my information, I received a call back within minutes! Maybe we should consult in her for service instead of the parts department phone system. You have the parts I want almost thought twice before coming in. Let's re-evaluate who works on a Saturday though. read more

Such a hit and miss for friendly helpful customer service in this establishment. Several weeks ago I went to their store on country club Drive and was helped out by,I think it was Mike, who was very friendly and helpful and professional and efficient. Today however was a different matter. There was a female person (she did not act like any lady I know) sitting at her computer who was rude unfriendly unhelpful and nasty when I asked if they were open. Turns out they were not open in that part of the store but the other part of the store was open. I checked on their website before I left home and it said they were open at 6:30 AM. Granted, she was probably doing her paperwork before her part of the store opened and when I ventured into her part of the store she could've been more friendly in telling me that they were not open yet. It is little wonder their reviews online are not very highly rated. If they don't want customers and make us feel like we are intruding when we enter their store, maybe they're in the wrong business, Or management needs to speak to some of their employees about trying to keep customers and be friendly to them. I was going to buy thousands of dollars of faucets for my whole home and some other needed parts as well, but they just lost my business because I will not deal with unfriendly unhelpful people who look upon me as as anuisance when I walk into their store read more

This company is unethical. They placed a lien on my personal property becuase my builder didnt pay their supplier. I ended up having to pay the bill twice to have the lien removed. The worst part of this whole story is they had my contact info and failed to even call me to let me know the situation. When i called to ask why they didn't bother to call the person if affected the most, their response was "How many people are we expected to call?" ummm, the ones that matter? Totally horrible, rude and unethical. read more

I used to go to Central AZ supply for plumbing products that I could not find elsewhere. Recently I went there to look at shower fixtures and I NEVER had any help or interest from the sales staff. Finally my wife and I left. Amazingly we found real customer service at Lowe's. This business doesn't even deserve one star! They are the rudest, most unprofessional business I've dealt with in a very long time. Horrible customer service. Specifically, the staff seems to get off on belittling customers who aren't expert plumbers. I went there yesterday for the first time and ill never go back. I personally watched the staff treat several customers in a very condescending way and I was amazed at how this behavior seems to be the "norm" there. Terrible service and follow through.... And over priced. Went to Central AZ supply Phx location on 16th st south of Camelback with the recommendation of our designer. We picked out some high end items for our master bath remodel. Staff said week to 10 days for delivery. Since our project was slated to begin an about a week we agreed. After a week they said it would take about another week. Since we needed items sooner, we cancelled half the order and found those items on line (able to ship the next day AND they were cheaper EVEN with our designers trade discount of 40%). What a joke!! So the other half of the order that we kept with Central AZ Supply was delayed even more (another week to make it 3+ weeks to deliver items we could have ordered on line and had delivered in a few days. Our store rep was less than honest on several occasions which made the experience even more disappointing. Basically, stay away from Central AZ Supply. read more

The ladies at the desk in Mesa were delightful and helpful. I am shopping for a new shower set and Margarita spent a lot of time with me and printed off some information from the manufacturer's web site. She even suggested I might like to look at the Phoenix showroom since it is much bigger, which presumably means she was willing to forego a sale to help me get the best outcome (I did go to the Phoenix location and that experience was absolutely the reverse). CAS Mesa gets a big thumbs up from me. read more
