I called the store several times and it went…read moreunanswered...during their open hours... then I went online to their chat which said that I should just go into the location. I didn't do that since I used them twice before at the location and I thought they would pull up my customer record and save some time in ordering. So when I called I spoke to someone who was helpful and quoted me a price for a new bedroom set for my guest room. He suggested that I come in right away to make sure that the items would be there for delivery on Tuesday. So I left work with a co-worker in tow and came into their store. When I walked in a guy who looked like he was mad at the world greeted me. I told him what I was doing, that I am a repeat customer and I spoke to someone already who said they would put my order in and for me to just come in to sign everything. He told me to come to the counter with him. I did. When we got to the counter a contractor came in front of me and he told me to wait. HOW RUDE! The guy he was talking to just wanted to see if his location was having a plumbing problem because the neighbor was. So THAT is why I was bumped while being helped... but that is petty so let's move on... just saying that at this point he is mad at the world AND not helping customers... ME! So when I got to the counter he proceeded to tell me the items were not all in stock. I explained I spoke to a person here and he said he didn't care... they were not in stock. I told him MAYBE the reason why they are not in stock is because the I guy I spoke with is holding them for me. He said he didn't care. I saw only one other guy there and I asked him if he could ask that guy and he said no. Every interaction was met with more and more uncaring and pretentious tone. I explained maybe he could pull up my last transactions and he said no. He didn't care about that. WOW. I said maybe the guy at this store I spoke with put a note in my file because while on the phone that guy said he would AND he pulled up my accurate account. Again he said literally that he didn't care and then turned his computer screen to me and said "see its not in stock". Now at this point this jerk upset me sooo much with his total lack of caring and customer service I was raising my voice. I told him that I want to speak to someone, ANYONE else other than him and then he told me to get out. GET OUT? So if you think being a repeat customer means anything think again. If you think being a current customer means anything, think again. I will NEVER EVER use these guys again. Oh by the way I went , after leaving there, to American Home Furnishings and got the bedroom group including a few more things. Sure I spent $2600 which to me was cheap AND they are going to deliver the furniture in 2 days ... on Sunday... and gave me EXCEPTIONAL service. So please, do NOT use Aarons. Not because of my experience. Because it is clear... the owners passion is gone. They hire people who should be perpetually unemployed and they really don't want your money. VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS!!!! The rep who needs to be fired is "Ramone" and guess what... this guy is the MANAGER! Oh yah read a review on Google from Rebecca...she had the same experience so it looks like they really don't care and want you to jump thru hoops until they LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS and fix it. You guys at Aarons think we are lying? You think we should send you emails? No...wait... I have a better solution... I'll shop elsewhere and enjoy watching you close your doors. LE truly went above and beyond for me…read more I was referred by Mariee's Bridal in Scottsdale to Suzanne's Sewing to have my wedding dress altered, and unfortunately it turned into a disaster. After my very first appointment, my dress went from fitting perfectly to not fitting at all, and with every subsequent appointment it only got worse. Two weeks before my wedding, I realized I had to take a chance and find someone else. I called Le and she knew even before seeing the dress, she immediately understood what was going on and agreed to see me at the end of her workday. When she finally saw the dress, she was shocked by the condition it was in. It had essentially been slapped together by Suzanne's Sewing. The dress had been stretched out and damaged from being repeatedly taken in and out, and mismatched material had even been added under the arm area and along the sides that looked nothing like the original fabric. LE worked on my dress every single day. During the first week I was in the shop every other day, and the week before the wedding I was there every evening. The night before we left for the wedding, I didn't leave her shop until 3 a.m. Despite the condition the dress was in, LE managed to completely transform it. She made sure it fit me perfectly and that the corrective alterations looked seamless. She even prepared a backup dress for me in case the original dress ripped during the reception because of the previous damage. LE is incredibly skilled and has a remarkable eye for detail. With formal gowns, every adjustment affects the entire structure of the dress. If someone doesn't fully understand how each change impacts the rest of the garment, the results can quickly spiral into bigger problems. LE clearly understands this craft at a very high level. If you are getting married or have a special event, this is absolutely the place you should go for alterations...DO NOT GO TO SUZANNE'S SEWING!

Went here to have some patches sewn on my leather vest. This was one of the only places in the area…read morethat I found that could do the work. It was about two weeks to have them sewn on and while they did ask me if it was ok to sew through the liner, they did sew through the liner and pockets rendering the inner left pocket unusable. I don't really use the pockets except maybe to put my phone in, but I would have thought that they wouldn't have done that. All in all I had 4 patches sewn on for $80. As you can see, one got sewn right through the inside pocket. I would have like to have been asked about that, but hindsight being 20/20, I guess if I need any more sewn, I'll let them know. This business seems to do a lot of alterations for wedding dresses, so I'm guessing not a lot of bikers are hitting them up to sew their cuts. Just be aware if that's something you need.

Quality On-Site definitely did the opposite, My refrigerator stopped cooling and another company quoted me over $1000 to repair it. I couldn't afford it and felt like I was being oversold. I decided to get a second opinion and that was exactly what I did. Carson and Crew replaced a failed fan and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. I'm happy I have found a company that I can trust and I will call them again with any issues
