My wife made an appointment online the other day, checked in, then her name wasn't on the list when she arrived and they treated her as a walk-in. Sat there for a half an hour before asking what was going on, then they made her check in again on a kiosk and wait some more while she had to email her doctor's lab order they hadn't received. Clown show. Meanwhile, other patients arriving were told the online check-in system was down. I mean... talk about a disconnect. Maybe, I dunno, put a sign up on the door, or make an announcement that online check-in is broken and you're not actually in the system? They're making people sit, thinking they're about to be seen, when they're not even in the system yet. Come on, Lab Corp., people are taking off work to come here. Everyone in the waiting room was confused by the process. Pure laziness on the part of the staff for not communicating, and gross incompetence on the part of the web designers who built a broken system. And finally, ownership is asleep at the wheel for creating this mess and not handling it promptly. If any other business that relies on appointments or reservations operated this way, they'd be laughed out of existence. I mean, you can use Open Table to get a reservation at the Cheesecake Factory and it works. Why cant the medical industry solve this?

They don't accept insurance here since you need a doctor's order to bill insurance, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure if it works. You can basically request just about any lab test here without needing a doctor's order. Very handy if you know what you need. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in and out very quickly. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this place!

I paid my copay there and verified they were in net work and, received no extra exams or anything and they billed my insurance $268. I called the billing department and tried to get a breakdown but it never went anywhere and I just had to pay the bill. Could be a great place but will never go back due to the billing issues.
